Planned order status details in rem

Hai gurus,
In discrete manufacturing after confirming the respective production order we can go to T.C co02 and give
the respective production order number to view the status and from that we can know the operation details
and status in the routing.
Like wise after doing MFBF for a fert using the planned order say (x), suppose if i want to know the status
and details of the  routings in the confirmed pld order (x) , how can i get the information.
regards,
sekar chand.

Dear sekar chand,
In standard SAP in REM scenario, there's no concept like planned order status, but if you have carried
out confirmations using planned order in MFBF,then you can get that list alone in T Code MF12.
Also in MF12 you can get the list of documents where you have carried out a normal backflush, or
activity backflush etc.
Still order status for planned orders can be brought into SAP ,but lots of developments has to be made.

  • Urgent: regarding planned order status

    hi,
i want to have tcode in which it should display planned order status in which details about whether it is converted to purchase requsition or production order etc..
plzz help me out in finding dis tcode as it most urgent to me.
if find useful he or she will be definately rewarded.

    Dear Ric.S,
If your procurement type for the material is X - Both Procurement typesin MRP2
view, then after MRP run Planned orders are obtained, only these planned orders
you can convert either to Production order or else Purchase Req.
So check in MD04 or MD16 for all the planned orders.
CO40 - Individual conversion of Planned order into Prod.Order.
CO41 - Collective conversion of Planned order into Prod.Order.
MD14 - Individual conversion of Planned order into Purchase Req.
MD15 - collective conversion of Planned order into Purchase Req.

  • Reservation against planned order

    Hi...
I have one issue with reservation against planned order.
We have REM & after MRP run generates planned order with order type PE.When i check planned order in table PLAF.
I found reservation no. & same has been passed to RESB , I got the reservation details but it is not allowed for goods movement XWAOK field in RESB. So no question of goods movement through MB1B with movement type 311.
My question is that is there any customization related to above scenario so that reservation is allowed for goods movement?
    Regards
    Tushar

    Dear ,
In REM , you will recieve reservation against planned order .But GI always happens during GR or after GR along with back flashing .I do not think so you can issue material against reservation as like normal PP Order reseravation  in the production order .
1.Goto -SPRO->production-> Rep Manufacturing->Define Rem MAnufaturing profile(OSP2) --->Control data, in the Control data 1 tab select the "GI back flush at GR posting".
2.Check in  the REM profile assigned in MRP view of material Master (MM03)
Based on this above set up , you can make Goods Issue for Planned order in REM .If you deselect that option execute material staging transaction code is MF60 and then go for REM backflush. In materil staging the components issue is carried out for the planned order. After that you can execute the REM backflush in MFBF
In rem scenarion components placed on the production lines anonomously (without ref to planned order)...you cannot issue materials like in production orders scenario. if you want to have track on the good issues before the GR then use the pull list concept...there will be no movement type but you will have track on quantities issued to header parts/production lines not to planned orders.
Hope this clarifies your doubt .

  • Planned Order Scheduling - No Valid Routing Selected

    Hi Friends,
I am trying to create planned order and then trigger lead time scheduling for it.
I have maintained BOM, Routing, Production Version, and Scheduling Parameters for Planned Order as Detailed Scheduling with Scheduling Horizon as 50 days, and gactivated scheduling anf enerate capacity requirements in OPU5.
My Production Version is valid through 12/31/9999 and also validity in terms of order qty is correct.
I face problem of routing not being selected beyond the 70 days horizon.
I could not understand why the scheduling horizon considered is 70 days tough i have maintained 50 as scheduling horizon in OPU5.
Waiting for your valuable help and pointers
    Regards,
    Mayur

    Dear Maulik and Dhaval,
Good morning, Hope you remember me.
In my material master I have 28 days as inhouse production time but even aftre changing it to 0 there is not change in the leadtime scheduling result. I still get the message that no valid routing found.
    Dhaval,
For the selection ID routing status matches. My problem is, If my Planned Order has a basic start date on or before 30-Apr-2009 when I try to schedule order it successfully fetches routing but when i give basic start date as 1-May-2009 it results in message no valid routing found.
I though it might be because i have maintained detailed scheduling horizon as 50 days but 30-Apr-2009 is 70 days from now, so I am confused where to check for. My material even do not use production shceduling profile.
    Thanks for replying.
    Looking to see some clue

  • Lenovo Order Status Page Down

I'm trying to reach the Lenovo Order status detail page at http://ovp.lenovo.com/lenovo-ovp/public/showDetail!showPublicOrderDetail.action
There is a more specific address that I was given that includes my order email and shipping address though the address above would normally prompt for email and order ID if not included within the link.
It has been down for 3 days now and I currently have 2 open orders with Lenovo that I'd like to check without having to call it in.

I've just verified that it works if using HTTPS:// instead of HTTP://

  • PPRM Planned Order Reservations

I have a problem with Planned order component reservations not showing up in MMBE Stock Overview. This was not a problem when we were using standard PP and planned order type LA but since we have moved over to PPRM and are  using planned order type PE, we can no longer see  the reservations in MMBE
How can i get these reservations to show

    Hi,
    Pl check the following.
    1. See if planned order is detail scheduled or not. If not then check the scheduling parameters. This will make sure that BOM is exploded in the planned order.
2 Check the MRP type of the component. This could be reason for the reservations being not shown,

  • Printing planned order in REM

    Hi GURUS,
please advise what settings are required to print a planned order shop floor papers in REM?
    THANK YOU.

    Dear Raju,
If my understanding is correct then I dont think shop floor papers printing is available in the case of a REM scenario as like in
Order Based production(Discrete Manufacturing). In fact one of the reason for choosing a REM environment is for a continous
production of materials where in the shop floor activities are very less or its not carried out in a structured way like in a
    discrete scenario.
since there are no orders involved in a REM scenario(but planned orders are used) and status management is also not active
for planned orders I dont think the printing of shop floors can be carried out.
Let's also wait for our other members suggestions on this.

  • Planned order reduction in REM scenario

I havent worked on REM scenario before (all my exp is in discrete) so my question might be quite basic...
    lets say I have 3 planned orders po1, po2, po3 for a material running on 3 lines.
    po1 - 100 quantity
    po2 - 150 quantity
    po3 - 100 quantity
I have done scheduling using MF50 and schedule is released to the SFC.
now, when I go to MFBF screen and just enter the material number and post backflush + gr (which is the normal case almost all rem clients do, if i am not wrong) for quantity 75, which planned order will be reduced? how does system determine which planned order to be reduced? is there any logic?

    Hello
The following note explains which orders are selected for reduction during backflush:
1932420 - Reduction Period for planned orders in RE
You can find the relevant customizing for planned order reduction on the repetitive manufacturing profile (transaction OSP2). See the screenshot for details:
Planned orders are sorted for reduction on program LBARMFCV, on the following piece of code:
    SORT PLAFX BY SORTFLG PEDTR.
It means that, if there are several orders selected according to the customizing, system will select the order to be reduced according to the finish date.

  • Manual creation of planned order in REM

    Hi,
Can we manually create a planned order in repetitive manufacturing? I know that in case we run MRP , then planned order for finished is created with order type 'PE' due to which it cannot be converted to production order.
I dont want to run MRP , still can i create a planned order manually with the same order type 'PE' ? I tried in MD11, but not getting option to chose PE as it is not available  in F4 of planned order profile.
    Please help..
    Regards.

    Dear,
You cannot create a planned order with PE order type manually, because a planned order of REM related material gets order type "PE" only when it is assigned with a Production Version.
So achieve manual creation of REM Planned order with PE type with the following options,
I - Using MD11 transaction create a planned order with LA type and assign a suitable REM related Production version to the planned order during creation itself, now this order would automatically become "PE" order type on saving the order.
    2. In the planning table using MF50, you can directly create a planned order for a production line using F7 key.

  • Query on open planned orders details with process order GR details

    Dear Experts,
I need to create a query in SQ01 where the requirement is as given below,
Query output should display the open planned orders  (Planned orders which is not converted to process order details) details for a material like Planned order number, Planned order quantity, Start date, Finish date and also  the details of the list of process orders created for the same material with its details like PO qty, GR qty, Basic start date, Finish date, Actual finish date, BOM Component material codes, component quantity.
But i tried creating this query by joing the tables PLAF+ AFPO+AUFK+ AFKO+RESB . My input parameter will be the Material Number for which Planned order and Process orders are being created.
But i am unable to generate the output when i create a query by joining these tables
Is it possible to obtain the output for open planned order details and process order details in a single query ?
I am failing in my repeated attempts
Please provide your suggestions for developing this query
    Regards,
    J.Balakrishnan

    Dear Bala,
as alternative , for use a query report and not a custom abap report, you can try to read data from MRP tables MDKP and MDTB . In these one tables you can find both elements (planned order and production orders) for to start to research all details that you need.
You can also use MDTB-DELKZ to filter only planned order (PA) and Production order (FE).
With the number order you can read the RESB table in order to define components details.
With this table would you the advantage to have always the opened orders.
If the following table are empty you should make a little customizing modification so that once MRP run will write them.
Give me feedback if i have been useful for you.

  • REM Planned Orders being generated with Order type LA instead of PE

    Hi All,
I'm running the Repetitive Manufacturing scenario and when I execute the MRP run for my Planned Independent Requirements, Planned orders are automatically generated with the order type LA. I understand that for repetitive manuf., planned orders should have the order typ PE.
Is there something missing in config? How can I get the orders to be generated with the Order type PE??

    HI,
Check the following settings which is required for REM
    1. Master Data -
    - Create Material master - MM01
    -Create BOM - CS01
    -Create rate Routing - CA21
Create Rem profile - SPRO ->Production planning -> Rem.Manuf->Control data or use existing one
Assign Bom seelction method = 2 & 3 (Prod version) in MRP view
Rem MFG indicator - mrp view in MM01.
Assign the REM profile to a material - MRP view in MM01.
create Valid Production version - MRP view in MM01 & Check Rem mfg ind
Assign the BOM and routings in Prod. Version
    2.For Preliminary Cost Estimate:
Create version specific product cost collecter for Header material and preiminary cost estimate - KKF6N as per the settings in Rem profile. -
    3 For standard cat Estimate.
    create std Cost estimation(CK11n)
std cost Estimation Mark & release(CK24)
    Thanks

  • Firming planned order in rem

    hi,
i want to firm all planned orders automatically(rem) .mrp run hapened a day before. i already given always firm  in rem profile 0002.
but still not get firming ????

    Hi
If you wsith to firm the planned orders through MRP run, then you have to assign MRP types with Firming types in the material master and the PTF. as you require Automatic firming, U can use P1 MRP type. so while MRP run all the planned orders available within the PTF will be firmed automatically and any new requirements within the PTF will be moved to the end of the PTF.
Note system will automatically firm the Planned orders when  u make any changes to the same.
    Hope this helps

  • REM- Planned order with Movement type 311

    Hi,
I want to use movement type 311 along with planned order in MFBF but system is not allowing me.
Do I need to mention movement type 311 somewhere in configuration of planned order.
    Regards,
    Samir Wadajkar

    Dear
Basically Movement 311 will be used for Material Staging.Material Staging can done with reference to the Material or with reference to the Planned Order etc...
You can do the following with MF60:
    1. Direct stock transfer : You must select Staging type (Storage location level)
To use direct stock transfer, you must maintain an issue storage location for each component in the BOM (or in the material master record or the production version). The system only displays those requirements for which you have defined an issue storage location
    2. Stock transfer reservation : You must select Staging type ‘1’ (Storage location level)
The system then automatically displays the storage location view of the pull list. The system also only selects the corresponding requirements.
In Global Settings, you must adopt the default settings and you must also select Stock transfer reservation.
I hope you must have maintained the Customization Setting for Stock Determination Strategy with reference to your plant with 311 movement.

    Hi Experts,
I need BAPI to change Planned order details, which are created through SNP PPM's.I searched for Bapi and got one 'BAPI_MOSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3'  but this BAPI will change order details if created for PP/DS PPM's.
Kindly suggest will this BAPI only work or someother.
I want to keep the PPM name blank and save the order details through BAPI.
    Pls reply asap.
    Thanks
    surbhi

    Hi Surbhi,
You may please search on google, there are lots of tutorial on BDC, you will surely get the solution... in short BDC is to record a transaction & then use same recording to generate ABAP program & you can play with screen navigations & update the fields you required...

  • To find BOM from a closed Planned Order in REM process.

    Hi,
Pl. let me know how to find Planned order no. and its BOM which has been closed?
In mb51 we get only Order no. which is not the pld ord and we cannot get the bom.
    pl. help.

    Hi,
Planned Order details are available in Table : PLAF.
Once you convert a Planned order into Production Order the Planned Order will be deleted from PLAF.
You can only view the Planned order number from the Production order tables AFPO/AFKO where you need to provide the production order number and get the planned order number (PLNUM).
If you want to find the BOM items of the planned order which is converted to Production can be known from the table : RESB, where you can provide the Planned order number fetched from the AFPO/AFKO tables.
    Hope this will help you.
