Hi PP Gurus,
I am developing MRP report for a client in which we are calculating the delay in plan opening period means difference between plan opening date of plan order and actual production order creation date .
For this we are getting production order creation date from production order but this order is creating from plan order so we are not getting plan opening date from plan order as the entry of plan order gets deleted from PLAF table .
Is there any other table of plan order for getting the plan order data even after converting it into production order?
Regards,Hi!,
No you won'tfind that data once the planned order is converted to production order. You can do one thing. Please develop an enhacement which will fetch the planned order data from PLAF table and will save it to a ZTABLE before the planned order conversion, so that you can use the same later on. You can also update the created production order number in that table.
I hope this will help in solving your issue.

To build query related to SNP: Planned Order
Hi,
System: SCM 5.0
Scenario: SO received at plant and planning creates PR against SO at plant and accordingly SNP:Planned Order at Vendor location. If SO is cancelled/deleted (manually), sometime only the PR gets cancelled/deleted (automatically during planning run) but corresponding SNP:Planned Orders still remains at vendor location and so the dependent requirements. PR and Planned Orders are pegged to SO so one-to-one relation is maintained.
I could not find any reason why system is not deleting Planned Order at vendor location despite SO and PR is deleted at plant location. So I am planning to build query where SNP:Planned Orders are not pegged to any PR or SO.
Can anyone help with list of SNP:Planned Order tables so that I can build query around it to identify ghost Planned Orders.
Hope I was clear with my query but let me know if any further information is require.
Thanks and regards,
DevangHI Marius,
Sorry for delay reply.
I was working on on some other more critical issues to business.
Finally we decided to built report to identify obsolete Planned Orders for which PR is not available in ordering plant. I have listed below logic for that report:
Get Location ID from table /SAPAPO/LOC based on Location entered in selection screen
Get PEGIDs from FM /SAPAPO/DM_MATLOC_GET_PEGIDS based on IV_SIMID as 000 and location id from step 1
In FM /SAPAPO/OM_PEG_CAT_GET_ORDERS, use SIMVERSION as 000 and in Import Para IS_GEN_PARAMS insert all PEGIDs from step 2.
From Export Para ET_PEG_INPNODE take From_OrderID and store in internal table.
Execute T.Code /SAPAPO/RRP4 with following selection (Use Selection Variant: OBSOLETE PR and add Location as entered in Selection Screen)
Planning Version: 000
From: Current date – 60 days
To: Current date +180 days
Location: 0000201328
Product: *
Order Type: 1F
6. Compare output of step 4 and step 5 and display result.
From FM /SAPAPO/DM_MATLOC_GET_PEGIDS the output (step 4) will be Order ID (22 characters) while step 5 (T.Code /SAPAPO/RRP4) will give Planned Order number (8 character). I am not sure how to compare Internal Order ID (22 characters) for corresponding Planned Order Nos. (8 characters).
I have not marked your post as correct answer as still need to find answer of above query.
Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Locating Planned order from a purchase requisition
Hi Gurus ,
A purchase requisition has been created manually , by converting a planned order . Is it possible to find out the planned order , from a purchase requisition Pls advise.Hi
Once planned order converted in to Production order or Purchase requisition, we can't see any details of the planned order.Planned orders are stored dynamically in tables.once it is coverted,Details can not be seen even in PLAF-Plan order table.
In production order, you can see the planned order number but for PR , it is difficult to get the reference Plan order number.

Conversion of Planned order into produciton order
Hi,
I would like to know "On a limited period, how many plan orders are converted to production orders and purchase requisition"
Can we get this detail from any standard SAP report?
Waiting for your positive reply.
Thanks,
AlexDear,
There is no standard report in SAP. You need to develope custom logic for that.
PLAF - planned order table EBAN - Pur. req table AFPO Production Order.

Original Planned order quantity
Hi,
I want to capture the planned order quantity. Since planned order quantity is dynamic, I cant able to capture the original planned order quantity.
Eg: After running MRP, system gives a planned order 001 = 10,000 pcs.
When I convert this planned order in to partial order. Partial order quantity = 1000
Now system shows remaining planned order is 9000 pcs.
In which table system will store the original planned order quantity of 10,000 pcs. I tried in planned order table PLAF. The field total planned order quantity (GSMNG) is dynamic. It shows the current planned order quantity only.
Question:
1. Is it possible to find original planned order quantity?
2. If yes, then from which table we can see that.
Regards / USMD05 info cannot be directly read from a table in a meaningful manner unless you have setup the same to be a transparent table. So to read the info you will have to use - BAPI_MATERIAL_MRP_LIST
But I believe a better approach for your need would be to read the planned order & planned qty. from AFPO, add this to the value which you see in PLAF. This would give you the correct picture in your report, as MRP list keeps changing & you will not be able to have a reliable report if its based on MD05 data.
Provide the above spec's to your developer & the report should be easily built. -
Planned Order vs Production Order
Hi,
Is there a difference in planned orders and production orders with respect to Tables, Deletion Program, Changing status?
I want to delete planned orders for one plant ?What are the steps to delete them?
Thanks & Regards,
AndrewHi Andrew,
Planned order and production order differneces
There is no status management for planned order, and production order use status managed.
Planned order - You can delete plannd order by deleting demand (MD62) and then run MRP (MD02) planning mode-3 deleted and regreated and firm planned order can deleted as per roll forward peroid in OPPR.
Tables used are different.
PLAF - planned order table
AFKO, AUFK, AFPO for production order tables.

What is the table to get the all planned orders related to a sale order
Hi,
May i know what is the table to get the all planned orders related to a sale order. My scenario is make to order scenario. we can get my out put final product by completing the nearly 916 planned orders.(Like major assemble, sub assemble). From this scenario i want the total orders related to a sale order. ( The planned orders from sale order to sale order will change. i.e 1 sale order will have 916 planned orders and one sale orders will generate 920 like that will chage when running mrp.). Now i want to pick the total planned orders for a sale order in a report. please guide me.
Regards,
Mastan.Hi,
Use the table PLAF... in this table pass the sale order no in the filed KDAUF and then execute...issue here is once the planned orders are converted production orders, these planned orders are deleted from the system....so you will not able to see them.....
Thanks

Define start date in SNP interactive table of planned order
hi,
does anyone know how to control the start date and the scheduling of planned order created in the SNP interactive table?Hi Arieh,
For SNP Pl.Order the standard SAP APO behavior is to control the availability date (End date).
To control Start date you have to convert SNP Pl.Order in PP/DS Pl.Order. Then in the PPT1, production periodic view you can change by start date if you change the strategy to Forwards.

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me the name of Table where I can see those planned orders which have been converted to Process order.
AFKO and AFPO does not have the required info. It does have refernce to the planned order but it does not give the other details of planned order like Basic date, Confirmed dates etc.
RegardsCan you please check the following table?

Planned Order Components Table
I have a question. Is there a table that holds the components of a Planned Order?
When I see the technical data of a component field in MD13 it tells me they are in MDPM, but this is a structure, not a table.
that made me think that perhaps this is being fed directly from the BOM. But when I make a change to the BOM, the components in the planned order are not automatically updated.
So they must be stored somewhere. Anyone knows which table it is?
Otherwise, what FM can I use to fetch them?Fernando,
You can get the components list of a planned order in RESB table for field PLNUM = Planned order number and BDART = SB.

Prasobh
