Dear Experts,
Will be advisable to do Planning at daily level and weekly reports in 7.5 NW?
Any body did these kind of project earlier ? Kindly provide suggestions / recommendations please...

Hi Kumar,
We had done a planning at the daily level. However, the scope was also small for this planning scenario.
The main point is that in case of daily planning, the volume of the data might get too high. Any complex manipulation of the data might take a longer time due to the huge volume of the data.

I get no audio for the Daily Show and Colbert Report

I am using the most recent Adobe Flash Player 11.4.402.265 with Windows 7, 64-bit, which works for all videos except those for The Daily Show and the Colbert Report, which have no audio.

Sometimes it's jest THEM! But be sure to check PLUGINS. The Shockwave and Java applications may need 'PLUGIN UPDATE' for newer versions. Hi I am new to the BAM. I have a BPM process. I want to generate the daily, monthly and yearly report for it. Please advise how can I achieve it. I have a one dimension variable on the process.

Script to auto download daily sales and trend reports

Does anyone have any sort of script to automate the downloading of daily (or weekly) sales and trend reports that they would be willing to share?

I got tired of downloading and formatting in excel, so I wrote a quick and dirty PHP file that takes a directory with daily reports (.txt files) and converts them into a summary report broken into products, units sold, downloaded, royalty totals, etc. You can also set a date range. I haven't split out the sales by country yet, as I mainly just wanted to see overall sales trends. You can grab it from:

All you need is a server running php (or php on a local machine). The script also allows you to upload a report into your directory using a web form. Alternatively, you could run RickMaddy's sh script as a cron job and have it download and save the reports on your server.
If you do use this script the only thing I ask is that you don't leave crap reviews or links to your app on other developer's app description pages. Come guys, let's work together.

TV sync problems- Daily Show and Colbert Report

Here is a strange problem I've been having- I have multi-passes to both the Colbert Report and the Daily Show and for the longest time they've worked great. But for some reason starting on the 10th going all the way through the 17th there has been an odd glitch. The episodes are there, but when I click on them the screen goes dark, freezes for a second, then goes back to the menu. I doesn't do this for the older episodes or for any of the other shows. Also, I have tried erasing and resyncing- I've even done a restore and I have the same problem. Anyone else had this?

I am having the absolutely same problem. My passes are to "My name is earl" and "the Riches". And... my downloads... don't run. OTher onese do. In the case of the Riches... 3 showed up at the same time, 2 short ones work the long one "Trust Never Sleeps"... will only run on Itunes, not the ipod. "FAIL THE EXAM". I am glad I am not the only one (sorry, sufferers)... APPLE, fix please.

What happened to The Daily Show and Colbert Report in iTunes Store?

I was looking on iTunes today and couldn't find ANY recent episodes of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart available for download and couldn't purchase the 04/07/09 episode or another earlier episode I put on my "wish list". The same thing seems to be happening with The Colbert Report. Was there an announcement by iTunes that the shows are no longer going to be available or are they in the middle of updating their content? Why aren't older episodes available for download?

Okay, for some reason, I tried this yesterday at least six times and it did not even change the settings. Today, I went into the Import Settings and changed it to mp3 encoder, hit 'OK', then hit 'OK' in the preference menu (same thing I did yesterday) and it suddenly decided to show up. That was weird... Sorry, but thanks for writing anyway. I don't know what happened...

Failure to Play Daily Show and Colbert Report

The most recent episodes of both shows, purchased thru iTunes and downloaded on 5th Gen iPod. Shows will play from iPod thru iTunes and from iTunes directly but not on iPod screen. The episodes seem to start, abruptly ends and goes back out menu tree. Downloaded other vids and no problems. Any suggestions?

I have walked through all the steps in the article and the files are still
showing on my itunes as nothing but a short spurt of black screen then back
to the menue but showing in the Itunes library just fine.

Easy Cost Planning at Network Level

I was able to implement ECP at WBS level, but not able to implement at network level. I am using SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 4.
I have activated the business function ops_ps_ci_1 and also activated the 'Activate Planning for Network Activities with Easy Cost Planning' in the configuration settings in SPRO-IMG. I had gone through most of the threads on this topic like :

I am not able to find the option for 'Create Alternate CO Version' and 'Activate Multiple CO Version' under the Easy Cost Planning and Execution Services in SPRO-IMG.Please advise me in implementing Easy Cost Planning at Network Level and correct me if I was wrong in completing the configuration steps.

Differentiating between Travel reports & Weekly Reports

I need to prepare a report for Management detailing all the trip reports and weekly reports (In weekly reports we include only petty expenses not related to travel)
I know there is a report in SAP "y_ab_rpr_trip_dbl" but it shows a combination of trip and weekly reports. I want an identifier to separate weekly reports from trip reports
also is it possible to filter the date on basis of its settlement date?

Why does it stop every few seconds for "buffering" when I try to watch the Daily Show and the Colbert Report?!

CN41N and S_ALR_87013533 report not showing Production order planned cost

Hi Experts,
I am having issue to get total planned production order values in my CN41N or S_ALR_87013533 cost report. I am facing 2 issues :
1. CN41N repoet does not show individual material cost planned in BOM.
2. CN41N report and S_ALR87013533 report does not show total value but only picking fixed value.
Example :
1. CN41N report :
Above screenshot shows no values in Project plan cost & Order cost column but it shows total cost as a lumpsum on top for project. I need to know how can i get material cost populated here for Project Valuated stock material?
2. S_ALR_87013533
This report shows Total Cost of BOM as 1 line under Material Procurement activity similar to CN41N report. Also Order value is picking from Fixed cost from planned order and total cost is added on top. How can i get Total cost picked from production order?
Is there any Setting in PS config which allow me to pick the detail production order plan cost in both report under planned cost.

I doubt whether Item level reporting in S_ALR... (hierarchy report) is possible or not because I haven't seen item level cost in them only the lump-sum cost because they are summarized at cost object level itself. Navigation path are there which we use to go into details of cost.

Aggregation levels and filters are spefic objects used in Integrated Planning; they did ot exist in BPS. Aggregation level is similar to planning level and filter is similar to planning package. Agg levels and filters are the essential objects for planning with Integrated planning.

What SAP tool do you use to manage daily and weekly tasks etc

Hi guys
I'm new to basis and am going through setting up my (and others) daily tasks and would like to know if there is an SAP tool that I can use to manage them.
This way all my tasks can be used by other administrators if I'm away, I can report on tasks completed etc for compliance and I can monitor whether contractors etc are doing their jobs properly.

1. If your query is related to daily system administration/monitoring tasks, you can make use of the Central System Administration functionality within SAP Solution Manager, which enable you to schedule the Basis related tasks along with the required frequency.
This is a good functionality.
If any of the tasks is not performed/left open, it generates an open action item icon in the initial dashboard of Solution Manager.
With this, you/ your team can also make a note of the tasks they have performed and finally you can generate report from it.
2. Along with the above said functionality, you can also use the Service Level Reporting functionality which gives an overview of the Service Level performance of the systems.
