Planning data changes through CJR2 transcation

Dear all,
Kinldy let me know how to track changes made in my financial planning through CJR2 . because f these changes , my project planned datas are changed and gross margin reduced.
I wish to know, is it possible to track the changes made using CJR2 transcation ? like , when , what and which WBS changed .
i tried CJI4 but no result .

Thanks for your reply , But my concern is not to get the old value there , I have a hardcopy to serve that purpose, but I really want to know who did it ? Like user name , time , which WBS got changed . I have tried CJI4 to capture this changes , but I am not getting any values under CJI4. Is there any other transaction available to track this changes ?
Eg. For sales order , any time will get a change report on line by line , I am looking something similar to that .

Hi,
There should be entries in FPLTC for FPLNR found in table FPLA. Try from SE16, enter FPLNR preceded by zeros so that the total length is 10 and execute.For example, FPLNR is 10, enter 0000000010.

IDOC - Master data changes( through MM41 & MM42) to XI

Hi Experts,
My requirement is:
Any updates/ changes to the article master through SAP transaction MM42 or any article creation through SAP transaction MM41 will trigger an update for the interface which will be picked up during the nightly batch job. For all updates/changes made throughout the day only the latest change will be interfaced to other non-sap system during the nightly batch.
An IDOC will be generated for the changes made throughout the day by picking the latest one. IDOC name is WBBDLD03.
Actually i am working on IDOC first time. I think i need to track changes in master data table through ABAP statements only and then a internal table ( with required data) need to be sent through IDOC. Please suggest if my approach is correct?
Also, tell me the method to be followed for sending IDOC?
Some examples implementing the similar scenario would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
This is a change pointer scenario.
IDOC:WBBDLD03
Messge type:WBBDLD
You need to write any code. You have to just make some ALE settings, this itself will meet ur requirement.
First activate change pointer through BD61.
Also activate change pointers for ur message type using txn BD50.
Create LS for both sender and receiver (Use txn SALE)
Assign the LS created to the respective clients .
Create a rfc dest for ur receiving system using SM59.
Later create a distribution model using txn BD64 (Here u mention ur receiver sender and message type )
Create partner profile for ur logical system with this message type using txn WE20.
Now you can trigger sending of the idocs through job schedule prg.
But i dont know what is the prg name for ur scenario.

Monitoring user msater data change through CCMS

Hello Experts,
I have a requirement where I need to set up a system in which a mail should be triggered to SAP mailbox or internet mail (of one particular person or more than one person) when a SAP_ALL or SAP_NEW profile is assigned to users through SU01 transaction.
I was trying to implement this by using CCMS (under MTE Security)
Can anyone please guide me if this can be achieved by CCMS or is there any other method?
Any detailed document to implement this would be of great help.

I did not know that CEN first calls the sapccm4x agent and only in case of inactivity it uses the RFC based data collection method.
I never could find that info anywhere in the SAP help.
From time to time I have the following situations with a system, who's built-in RFC account has been locked out:
When I open the monitor in RZ20, the login account shows up. I cancel and finally the monitor comes up and the data of this system is included!!
That could be something like a timeout effect: after a certain number of seconds, CEN tries to get data over the RFC in addition to still trying the agent ... and then the agents finally answers and delivers the MTE data (the RFC cannot authenticate and therefore will never deliver anything ... )

I need to track the changes done to material classification data.
I can not see changes through MM04 transcation. Is there any way i can see the table where changes are stored or way changes are tracked?

Hi,
Generally CDPOS & CDHDR are the history tables but cannot see the classification related changes. As i mentioned above tables can see the changes of classification, but make sure that for the related field "Log data changes" indicator checkbox need to select in SE11. If you are not able to check this box please refer the OSS Note 943559 . Thanking you.

Function module / BAPI for changing planning date (FDTAG)

Hi everyone,
Let's go for a problem.
Many FI documents have been created in our system, with a wrong planning date, these documents have to be changed and I have been trying to develop a report.
I am having a big trouble finding a function module or a BAPI which allows me to change the planning date (FDTAG field). I have been trying these function modules:
FI_ITEMS_CHANGE
FI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE
The first one works for changind data in the FI documents but it seems like it can't change the planning date, it returns an error message that informs that the FDTAG field can not be changed.
The second one is confusing, I have been unable to feed the function module with the data it needs to determine a single document.
I am trying to use BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST right now, it doesn't seems promising but you never know.
Has anyone had the same problem? I have been looking for an answer in both google and here but I can't find one, just some people with the same problem.
I will keep trying to find the solution, if I find it I will post it here.

This worked perfectly, even better because we where already using the FDTAG field for mass changes (don't remember right now which note we implemented) so I have just used FI_ITEMS_MASS_CHANGE with no changes at all.

CANNOT CHANGE PLANNING DATE

HI GURUS,
We posted a SD document 180000XXXX Base line date 16.12.2008 and Payt terms C003 (30 days) thE planning date must be 15.01.2009 but the Planning date is 12.01.2008. We intented change the base line date, the Payment terms and the Planning date doesn´t change. Can someone knows how can we fix the date line??

We have the OBB8 terms OK. but in this document in particular when we use FB03 the planning date is not correct, the Net Due Date is correct(15.01.2009), but for Treassury the Planning date is not correct
Payment Terms: C003 (30 days)
Bline Date: 16.12.2008
The planning date (claculated by SAP): 12.01.2008 (This day is not correct, SAP is not taken 16.12.2008 + 30 days)
I tried changing the bline date and the Payment Terms but it doesn´t work for this particular document? Anybody knows WHY?

How to- Log Changes in Plan Data Using Datastore Object

I followed the u201CHow tou2026 Log Changes in Plan Data Using Datastore Objectu201D in order to trace the changes made in Planning.
Although it is working fine, Iu2019m only being able to write the changes made by users that have SAP_ALL.
Do you know what kind of authorization is missing on other users?

I would recommend you to use the authorization logn on RSECADMIN to
trace what is the authorization missing for the user who you are using.
Also you can try to set break-points on the introduced code and check
where the issue is raised and check that is the authorization system is
looking for.

help us to giving more specific answers.

Maintenance plan package change resulting in incorrect call dates

When we change a maintenance package on an existing maintenance plan to a package whose frequency is not an exact multiple of the previous package (for example, changing from a 6M 180-day package to a 1Y 365-day package) and then restart the plan, the call horizon of the plan seems to be ignored and the new call dates are always a day or so before the plan date regardles
Why is the call horizon being ignored in this situation?

CJR2-The plan data transfer is locked

Hi,
I am planning costs by CJR2 on a WBS element for a certain period and version by cost element.When I execute CJR2,it allows me to enter the values against periods but when I try to save ,system gives error message-The plan data transfer is locked for fiscal year 2009 and version F06 in controlling area 1000.
I have checked in OKP1 and also in CO versions,this version is not locked for any transactions and Fiscal year 2009.Has anyone come accross similar situation and how was it resolved.
Its matter of urgency,any help will be highly appreciated.

How can I change planned dates of activity in code ?

Actually When you want to change planned date of the activity?
If it is during the processing of the activity, you can do it by two methods
1)Either by using a call back function module configured in CRMV_EVENT transaction. In this function module read the date using CRM_order_READ FM to read ET_APPOINTMENT table.
Then use CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to change to change the date.
2) use the BADI order_save and implement the method CHANGE_BEFORE_UPDATE and put the same logic.
OR
if you want to do it externally, use the BAPI BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CHANGEMULTI to change the activity dates.

Unable to copy plan data through KP97

Hi,
we are trying to copy plan data from budget to forecast c01 for current fiscal year.We could not copy the plan data. On our investigation we found that if we copy cost centres individually planning data for all but two cost centres are copied. Thus we cannot copy data for two cost centres and system issues no errors either in test run or in actual run.
What could be wrong ? any ideas?

Check the validity of the cost centers. Also check the block indicators in cost center master data.
