  • Delivering Plant In CRM Order

    Hi,
I need SAP CRM Field delivering plant.
Does Anyone know how I can get this field from sales order CRMD_BUS000115.
I need it for a condition pricing.
    Thank you
    Lidisaid

    Dear friend,
I had lots of problem with PLANTs in CRM because the only information about that it is stored in the table CRMM_LOCMAP (access with SM30 ). If the table is empty you need to download object DNL_PLANT.
In this table there is only a BP id in CRM that represent the Plant, and their ids in ECC or R/3 system.
In this subject CRM behaving different, because in ECC or R/3 there is a specific place to store Plants details, for CRM plants are Business Partners.
In the sales document CRM fill at the partner procedure a partner type Plant with the BP id that represent the Plant, and then, through the middleware this information arrive in ECC or R/3, and in the back end system all necessary processing for Plant happening. The execution to transform a BP in CRM in the Plant in ECC system the moust part it is hard code in the middleware, so it is impossible to change this behaving.
In my previous project I sent a message to SAP support complaning about the different behaving and information about Plant in CRM and ECC system, and SAP answered me that, for SAP vision, Plant it is not relevant for CRM process (front end).
So, if you need to create a new condition based on Plant information, in CRM could be impossible.
In my case, the solution was, sales order that needed information about Plant I create in CRM through BOR conection, so in fact, the order was create in ECC system with a link in CRM.
    Good luck,
    Lalas

  • Plant Replication CRM Service Contracts & Orders - ECC Debit Memo Requests

    Dear experts
we are struggling with the assignment of a plant in SAP ECC Debit Memo Request Line Items created from SAP CRM documents - the Plant field on the Shipping tab stays empty. This refers to Service Products.
We use CRM 7.0 (however, same problem exists in 2007) with ECC 6.0 with the following main relevant settings:
    - Service Products do not have a Plant assigned in their Distribution Chain data
    - Table CRMC_SEORG_R3MNP contains a correct mapping of service organizations to plants
    - Table OFIC_PLANT_SVC does not contain relevant settings, as we assume this table as not relevant in this scenario
This is the end status after some trial&error sessions - we did not find a successful combination of settings amongst the above.
Thanks in advance & kind regards
    Christian

Should it be a problem related to the leading zeros?

  • BP Upload of delivery plant: CRM 7.0 = ERP 6.0

    Hi Experts,
we have downloaded customer master data and ERP Plants (DNL_PLANT) into the CRM. In future we need to create customers (sold-to) in CRM and distribute them into the ERP. Some ERP sales area data do not exist in the CRM data model. Among others t field delivery plant (KNVV-VWERK). As I said ERP plants have been downloaded (DNL_PLANTS) so that table CRMM_LOCMAP is filled. My query is how to maintain delivery plants in CRM BP / Account maintenance. I did not find a relationsship category to assign bp plant to bp customer. Is it necessary to enhance BP (Shipping data - CRMM_BUT_SET0020) and if so,what are the steps because bp sales data enhancements are not possible in EEW/AET?
I hope that anybody has alreday had similiar requirements.
    Thanks for your help.
    Regards, Mark

    Hello Shanthala,
in our system mentioned relationship category is "Undefined partner". Besides to which partner function do you assign the relationship category?. This is necessary to assign correct sales area in ERP.
Have you had a similar requirement and already solved it?
    Thanks for your further help.
    Kind regards,
    Mark

  • How to download Delivering Plant of R/3 Customer Master in CRM BP

    Hi,
We have successfully downloaded the Plants from ECC to CRM  using the object  DNL_PLANT  which has successfully created BP's for PLants in CRM with BP Role=Plant and have updated the mapping in table  CRMM_LOCMAP.
Now I want that the Delivering Plant mantained in ECC Customer Master Data (XD02 -> Sales Area Data -> Shipping Tab -> Delivering Plant Field) to be updated in the CRM Business Partners as BP Relationship.
The BP(Customer BP) should be updated as a BP Relationship "ZPLANT - Has Plant" with BP(BP of the Plant in CRM). This is not happening.
Can you please tell me the Steps to be performed in both CRM and ECC side to bring the ECC Delivering PLant as Relationship in CRM ?
Is the Delivering Plant change in ECC Customer Master Data does not gets captured in the  BUPA_MAIN  BDoc ?
When we change the Delivering Plant in ECC Customer Master Data, a BUPA_MAIN Bdoc  gets triggered  but when we look into the Bdoc we can not find the changed information of the Delivering Plant. I am not usre if this behaviour is right or not.
There is an OSS Note - 493947 which is quite old and talks about creating a Customer each for all the Plants in ECC and creating a Partner Function for Plant in the Customer Master Data. I am not sure if this process is still to be followed    Or     SAP has given some stadard settings to bring ECC Delivering Plant mantained in Customer Master to CRM.

To my knowledge oss note 493947 is still relevant

  • Please help....BOM structure in CRM without plant

We have the BOM structures downloaded into the CRM system from the R/3 system, but have an issue with the plant data.
When we enter the product into the sales order, it explodes, but brings in all components, not just the ones related to a specific plant.   the issue is that because plant doesn't exist in the CRM system, it cannot determine only the componet parts for that plant in crm.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and can help?
    Thanks,

  • Shipping cost not getting calculated in CRM IC webclient for a region

    HI all,
I have an issue where when we create an order, the shipping cost is not getting calculated automatically.. and so we are having to manually enter the shipping cost..this is happening only for Apac regions. for all other regions it seems to be working. but the shipping cost is getting calculated in R/3. can anyone provide input for this?
Also, what factors determine the shipping cost?
    Thank you,
    Preethy

what price conditions determine your cost in R/3?
might be easier to use the CRM gui and create the order in crmd_order and look at the conditions.  Unless you set it up there is no plant in CRM (just vendor) so if your cost is tied to your plant, I'm not sure how you would get this without a possible rfc call to R/3.

  • Plant not populating in internal order

    Hi All,
When we release a serivce order in CRM-Service, system is creating internal order. But it is not populating plant field in internal order. We have done the customizing of linking service organization to plant in CRM. Could you please let me know if there are some other configurations/enhancements to be done to derive plant field for internal order in ECC?

If plant is maintained in Customer-Material Info Master & Customer Master, it will be defaulted in Sales Order.
But incase of Plant being maintained in Material Master, it is a common practice that it requires to be maintained in Sales Otder. If before entering the Material, Plant is maintained at Header level in sales Order, it will default in Line items, else it is required to be maintained for all Line Item.
    This is Stansdard SAP.

  • How to load R/3 Plant, Customer, Vendor, all linked in T001W

    Hi,
In R/3 we have a Plant PL01. In the initial load of object DNL_PLANT this creates CRM BP #101 with role BBP003.
In R/3 we have a Customer CPL01 (linked to Plant PL01 in R/3 customizing table T001W). In the initial load of object BUPA_MAIN this creates CRM BP #102 CRM000.
In R/3 we have a Vendor VPL01 (linked to Plant PL01 in R/3 customizing table T001W). In the initial load of object VENDOR_MAIN this creates CRM BP #103 with role BBP000.
Question 1: How can we create the R/3 Plant PL01 in CRM as BP #PL01 (i.e. using an external number range)?
Question 2: How can we create the Plant, Customer & Vendor as a single CRM BP #?
    Points will be rewarded.
    Thanks,
    J

    Jim,
The problem you face is that CRM is going to download those as three separate partners.
Note 865321 gives a solution on how to load plants into CRM in an external range that you would specify.  This is however for DNL_PLANT.
Your next issue is unless your plant as customer and your plant as a vendor are in separate account groups for each, you won't be able to map these into a single business partner in CRM, unless you do some manipulation.
I guess what you could do on an initial load for those objects is the following:
    1.  If the customer or vendor is a plant:
    - Remanipulate the BDOC so that it becomes the single "plant business partner", on the ERP side.
    2.  For delta's you will need to also do this remanipulation.
    3.  If you plan on sending delta changes from CRM back to R/3 then on the CRM side you will need to decide how to distribute the changes from the single business partner back to the customer and vendor partners.
This is definitely possible, but it is going to take some effort and you will need a very seasoned middleware developer to make it happen.  I am guessing a couple of weeks for a experienced middleware guru to complete this.
    Good luck,
    Stephen

  • Errors in Material Transfer from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
When in am transferring the materials from R/3 to CRM I am getting the follwoign errors in Transaction smw01
1)One or more sales texts have been maintained for the combination of sales organization O 10000147    01 and distribution channel 01 for the product 1930107, but no sales data. As long as no sales data is created, you can only save an inactive version of the product.
The material got downloaded from R/3 to CRM and I can see the material in CRM.so I could notfigure why I am seeing the error in SMW01
2)Distribution channel 02 is not allowed for sales organization O 10000147
    Waiting for your suggestions

    Hi Zack,
It is getting more clear now (hopefully). From your last
reply seems that your material master could not get the
    Plant from R/3 correctly yet.
Ensure once again you have downloaded R/3 master plant
into CRM. I don't know whether you aware this, R/3 master
plant downloaded into CRM as Business Partner. So you
need to check it, is the required R/3 Plant downloaded
into CRM as BP. Or the easiest way, just go to CRM
masterial master and open Tab Sales & Distribution.
Press F4 in Delivering Loc's field. If you can see the
required Plant listed here, means you have succesfully
    download the Plant from R/3.
This plant is required because, Sales Text is maintained
in R/3 based on Plant and Sales Area. Means, you have to
able to see Plant (Delivering Loc in CRM Master data
in order to get Sales Text downloaded from R/3)
Forget about Sales Text ID, this should be standard
(there are some steps to check Material text
    determination)
So please check the Plant and also the combination with
your Sales Org + Dist. Channel and division (R/3-CRM).
Because your first message mentioning about error in
Sales Org & Dist Channel. At this point, I assume you
can see the Sales Org and Dist Channel in Material Master.
Hope you can proceed some checking from here...
Let me know the result ..
    Cheer,
    Gun.

  • BOM in CRM

    Hi  guys,
I'd like to create in CRM something like BOM in R3 - main material and it's components. Could you please tell me what CRM functionality to use. I don't see any BOM transactions. May be it's possible to use relationships in these cases?
There is no R3 in our system, only CRM 5.0.
    Thank you in advance.
    Sunny.

    Hi Sunny,
in CRM there is no concept of BOM as in R/3 since BOMs are plant specific
and there is no concept of plants in CRM.
however you can implement a maximum of one level of explosion by using the relationships. The Main product must have relationship with the parts which it contains.I don't know the exact relation.. may be it is 'Components' , this you can find out yourself.
the main product must have item category group ERLA or LUMF.
depending on further item category customization you can carry on pricing and availability check either at the components level or at the Main Product level.
Please award points if it is useful .
    Regards,
    Ashok

  • Sales BOM in CRM

    Hello experts,
We would like to have sales BOM (single level) in CRM internet sales. What are the limitations in CRM if we use a sales BOM.
When we create a order with reference to an existing sales order in ERP, how does the system behave?
Also when we refer the existing order can we make one of the component quantity as 0 and save to create another order in ERP?
    Thanks,
    Suhail Shaik

    Hi
Question -  We would like to have sales BOM (single level) in CRM internet sales. What are the limitations in CRM if we use a sales BOM.?
1.Single plant BOM download are supported.
2.Ideally you should put a filter to restrict the download to a single plant.
3.We don't recognize the plant data in CRM therefore having BOM data from more than one plant in CRM does not make sense.
4.If no filter is set, the plant for the first BOM that gets downloaded is set as the default plant. For example, lets assume that the BOM for plant 1000 was downloaded first, this has become your default plant.
5.All the consecutive boms will not be downloaded if their respective plants does not match the default plant.
Question -  When we create a order with reference to an existing sales order in ERP, how does the system behave?
    >> In case of BoM, system allows you to create order as a standars and all the material, pricing data is get copied.
    Hope this will help.
    Regards

  • Plant Information

We have added a Z field for plant in CRM Web UI, which is mapped to the Delivery Plant Field in ECC. The problem is that once the plant information is updated in Web UI, the all the queues are proccesed, the information does not gets updated in ECC. But when there is a change in the Sales Area (for eg Delivery Priority or Currency) in Web UI & then the queues are processed, the plant information gets changed in ECC.
    Please help!!

    Hi There,
The standard way to map plants from CRM to ERP is by using the Vendor partner. Note  493947 outlines this functionality ( its an old note but the manual steps are relevant). The mapping table is important CRMM_LOCMAP. The restriction is that the items must be relevant for ATP.
If you dont want to use the standard mapping then maybe the following will help:
If you have created your own field and done the mapping I presume you are using BADI crm_dataexch_r3d_mbdoc_fill to do this? If this is the case then you would need to debug the transfer to see why the maping isnt  happening on create - use note 656823 to help with the debug.
    Kind regards,
    Vanessa
