Plantage d' Adobe sous x64

Salut à tou(te)s
Je voulais vouse demander un p'tit coup de pouce, du fait que vous êtes peut être plus spécialisés en informatique que moi.
J'ai installé, sous l' XP Pro x64, l' Adobe Master Collection CS4 (avec toutes ses mises à jour) : http://www.adobe.com/fr/products/creativesuite/mastercollection/
Tous les applications se lancent et fonctionnent très bien, sauf avec 2 applications dès leur lancement avec lesquelles j'ai des plantages intensifs  !
N.B: il faut savoir qu'avec Adobe Master Collection CS3, je n'avais aucun problème.
Je suis donc allé voir dans Event Viewer dans Administrative Tools et j'y ai trouvé ceci, pour :

That ad2h264dec.dll is the MainConcept H.264 dynamic link library file, and should be installed with PrE. See this article for more detail: http://www.processlibrary.com/en/directory/files/ad2h264dec/493621/
It could well be that your installation is corrupt, or the OS is having problems with that .dll.
I assume that you are using Windows, but which version, please?
