J'ai un problème un peu embêtant. Je commence à utiliser illustrator cs5.5 depuis un certain moment sans problème. Mais je ne sais pas pourquoi,
depuis aujourd'hui quand j'utilise l'outil plume et place deux points d'ancrages sur un axe horizontal ou vertical, ben le contour qui était mis sur 0.25 d'épaisseur

Plantage photoshop à cause des masques...
Bonjour,
Je rencontre de sérieux gros problèmes de plantage photoshop CS6 (pareil avec CS5) dès que je touche aux masques de fusion (un flou, un contour progressif et hop... plus rien... que mes yeux pour pleurer...).
Un problème qui me paraît similaire a été traité dans le forum par PECourtejoie en regardant les infos système de l'ordi pour savoir si tout était bien en place (cf http://forums.adobe.com/message/4943193)...
Pourrais-je bénéficier du même service svp ?...
J'ai bien peur qu'il y ait un problème dans la configuration de mon ordinateur avec photoshop et je me dis que ça pourrait me donner une marche à suivre pour tenter de résoudre le problème définitivement...

My Photoshop Creative Suites Premium crashes when I try to print a document. WHY? Why can I not print anything? I have to save it and then print it with Preview.
Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like printer used, print settings and so on.

I purchased a bundle with Wacom Intous5 that included Adobe Photoshop CS6 Suite 2 years ago and my Serial number is now invalid, Can anyone tell me why?

Installation errors for Photoshop Creative Suite 4
I did not have success with any solutions suggested for this installation problem. Microsoft has since sent me a message telling me that this application is not compatible with my new computer (Toshiba running Windows 7). It ran just fine on my HP (running Vista). I tried using the Troubleshooting application to see if changing settings on my computer would help - it did not. That is when I submitted the problem to Microsoft and got the response that it is not compatible with my computer. Uggg! Lotta money to spend on an application that becomes obsolete!
My apologies. Speaking out of frustration. I am a fairly good user, but technically, obviously lack some skills to appropriately find my way around this problem.
Here's as much information that I have:
My old computer was an HP Pavillion running Vista OS that I originally ran Adobe Photoshop Creative Suites 4 on with no issues.
I purchased a new computer last month - Toshiba Satellite S70-ABT3N22 Laptop
Processor is Intell Core i5-4200M Processor (3M Cache, up to 3.10GHz) with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0
Microsoft Operating Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) with recovery media for Windows 8.1 Pro
Memory is 12GB DDR3L 1600MHz SDRAM (8GB + 4GB)

1. When I first tried to install Photoshop, I got the error that stopped on RGB settings.
I then ran Adobe Support Advisor diagnostic and got this message:
I then tried the solution that was recommended - going into the color folder and removing the files, transfer them to a folder that I created on my desktop. However, the files would not cut, since they were in use. They then recommended another solution - go into another folder, remove those files and try again. However, when I went to look for that folder, it did not exist.
This is when I went to the forum and asked if anyone had a solution.
Compatibility mode was suggested. I got further information on this and went through the process, launching the application Compatibility Mode. It asked me what system I had previously used to run Photoshop. I entered Vista. It reset my computer to be compatible with those settings and again I tried to install Photoshop. The installation stalled at the RGB.
I went back and tried Vista Service Pack 1, same result, Then Vista Service Pack 2, same result, then hit I don't know. Same result. That's when I hit the send to Microsoft for further help and solutions.
That is when I got the message back from Microsoft that this Photoshop application was not compatible with this Windows 7 Operating system.
I hope this isn't too much, but it's what I have and hopefully I haven't offended anyone overmuch with my previous rant.

PHOTOSHOP CS4 SUITE START UP CRASH

I have a new system with windows 7 64bit with the latest updates of today.
It as 8 gig of ram
Video card x1950 512 meg with the latest ATI drivers.
500 gig hardrive which have 400 gig of space.
Installation of the CS4 suite was install without a problem.
I have install the latest updates also.
Other applications seem to be opening without a problem so far.
But when the user open photoshop 64 bit or 32 bit, you see the splash screen and then it crash. I dont even see the photoshop window. Just the splash and crap out.
I have remove it everything, delete the folders and reboot it and reinstall and still the same problem.
I have check the even viewer and this what I have.

Windows system error code 0xC0000005 indicates ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.
This implies a permissions issue is causing your problem.
Please consider this very, very carefully:
In Windows 7 or Vista, a user with admin privileges is NOT, by default, running with administrative privileges. There is a process called USER ACCESS CONTROL (UAC) that "elevates" your privileges.
Thus your quick answer, quoted above, does not answer the problem.
Try actually running the Photoshop executable "As Administrator", or lowering your UAC setting level.
If these things do not help, then you have a folder permissions issue. That's correctable too, but let's move one step at a time.

CS5 Photoshop/Bridge/Suite not working on new Retina Macbook Pro, running Mavericks 10.9.2
I recently purchased a new Retina MacBook Pro laptop running Mavericks OS X 10.9.2. I had Apple perform a data migration of all my apps and files from my older laptop onto the new one. Now when I go to open Photoshop CS5 I receive the following error message, "Could not synchronize the color settings because of a program error." Photoshop will then open but I can't do anything in the app. When I go to quit Photoshop I get this error message: "Could not save Preferences because the file is locked or you do not have the necessary access privileges. Use the 'Get Info' command in the Finder to unlock the file or change permissions on the file or enclosing folders."
I am able to open Bridge, however the app in entiretly is noticeably lo-res and pixelated looking, so clearly something is not up to speed there either.
InDesign and Illustrator are also having issues.
I have run the System Update and it does not show anything in the CS5 Suite needing to be updated.
Please advise! Thank you.I do not get the Airplay icon on my Macbook's menu bar. I have checked the box in the Display settings to show mirroring options but still no icon. Airplay Display shows 'No device Detected'. Both AppleTV and MacBook Pro are on the same physical Network (192.168.1.0/24) and connected directly to my home ethernet switch (not wirelessly). I also made sure MacBook's Firewall is disable. Airplay feature use to work before upgrade to 10.9.2. As far as Home sharing from my AppleTV has a similar issue; it just does not find my MacBook after a while of loading and searching my music library. I am logged in to icloud on both devices (appletv and macbook). Also use to work before upgrade. Any ideas or recommendations. Thanks.

I uninstalled photoshop creative suite from old lap top how can i reinstall it on new laptop
I need to uninstall photoshop CS 6 suite and lightroom 4 from my old laptop and reinstall it on my new laptop. I Have uninstalled photoshop, but can't seem to uninstall lightroom 4. There were no option to deactivate it.
How can i put it on my new lap top PLEASSSSSSEEEEE HELPProbably a question for the Lightroom forum, but I understand Lightroom does not need Activation. It just needs the serial number. My gut feeling is that it will install on the new laptop without a problem.
But what about all the libraries and stuff that Lightroom produces? I'd have thought that would be the most important aspect of transferring to a new computer.

Photoshop CS5 suite will not open files or any pictures
We are seeing a problem with our CS5 suite with Photoshop only. The actual Photoshop program will open and allow us to browse the menus, but we cannot open and recent files, or open any new pictures with it. Also we are not able to create a new file with Photoshop.
We have reinstalled the CS5 suite twice now with now changes. We have also verified that the CS5 suite is up to date with all the latest updates and patches needed. All other parts of the CS5 suite work on the computer.
Please let us know what other information you may need to help resolve this problem we are faced with.

PC Version of Photoshop CS4 Suite on a MAC with Windows Vista Via BootCamp?
Trying to decide wither to give Adobe another $1,400 for a MAC version of their Creative Suite or just use my PC Version on my MacBook Pro and iMac 24".
Either way I am spending money ($350 for Vista Ultimate 64BIT, or $1,400 for the Suite).
Technically I could installed Vista 64 Ultimate under BootCamp, VMFusion or Parallels, and then install my Windows Version of the Adobe Suite I already own and use it on the MAC since you are allowed to have 2 installs on the same Windows OS. I have 1 on a PC and thus would use the other on the MAC.
I wonder however how well Windows and Photoshop in general will play with the MAC via Bootcamp... and will I be able to share files between the Windows OS and MAC OS easily?
Or Should I just let Adobe fully take advantage of me and purchase the MAC platform Version of the exact same software I already own for PC (BTW, I need to keep it on PC as I have to use PC's for certain things and need a PC version).
Its a "$350 Vs $1,400 decision"... I guess I am looking for a little advise from people that might know how Vista64 and CS4 play with bootcamp, Parallels and or VMFusion and what is the best Ultimate option (money aside).I have the Windows version of CS4 installed in a VMWare Fusion virtual machine (running Windows 7 Ultimate) on my MacBook Pro. While it's not quite as fast or responsive as the native versions I have on the Mac side (I installed the Windows version mostly out of curiosity), it's quite usable.
That being said, you're probably going to be better off using your current Windows versions on your Mac. The reason doesn't have anything to do with the software, but with Adobe. Adobe is a complete mess right now. Their Better Business Bureau rating is currently a D and the BBB recommends caution when dealing with them. They are correct in that. Adobe's Customer Service is worse than useless. They claim they're working on fixing it, but so far, I haven't seen any improvement at all. The went so far as to post a public apology from Lambert Walsh, Adobe's VP of Technical Services, on their website, though that seems to have been removed now. Adobe has always had very poor service, but in the past couple of years, it's gone from bad to horrible. You can indeed switch your license from Windows to Mac. I did it a little over 3 years ago (you're allowed to switch 5 times in a lifetime) and it took many hours on the phone (dropped calls, failure to call me back, endless time on hold) and 4 lost faxes before it finally worked. Photoshop creative suite 5.5; error message "stopped working"; twain install failed;
I am at the end of my rope, I am about ready to uninstall the whole thing and install Corel. With the latest update of Windows, my Photoshop stopped working. I tried to download and place the twain drivers that the directions told me to, but the download came with all kinds of "optional" plug ins and no directions on where to put them, do i put all of them in the Import/export folder, do i put only one in there, is so which one? I have windows 7 on an HP machine, I need my photoshop for obvious reasons. there are also hints to another file/folder like twain, but nothing about how to fix that either...
Hi everybody, we have the same problem. I work for university.We have to make a packeging for the Adobe CS4. I installed with administrator privilage, but the user for student isn't admin. Message came up when I opened programs... "Licensing for this product has stopped working: You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or adobe customer support for help."
The program for repackeging is Wise. I can put the admin privilage for adobe PCD and Macrovision Shared.
How can I do?

J'ai un problème d'activation de ma licence photoshop.
La carte mère de mon macbook à cédée sans prévenir ce qui m'a obliger à racheter une autre machine, il y'a 2 semaines.
Au moment de l'activation de Cs5 sur ma nouvelle machine, la clé n'est désormais plus valide.
On me demande une nouvelle clé ou le lancer la version d'évaluation de 30j.
Je n'ai plus accès à mon MacBook Pro.
Je suis en possession de la boite originale de mon Photoshop extended Cs5 avec toutes les références/codes...
Je ne trouve pas le numéro de téléphone du service client Adobe et le chat semble être inactif.
Que faire ?
