Plase help iphone frozen(troubleshooting tips don´t work)

afer trying to install a patch my iphone froze. i tried to restart it but now only shows the apple logo and stays. i try to restart it again (by holding the upper button and the main bottom button) and it does turn on but, nothing but the apple logo show up in the screen. i´m in spain and i don´t know what to do...
plase help!!!

These are also in the Troubleshooting tips, but it works for me.
What system are you using Mac or Windows?
a. If Windows. run Chkdsk drive: /F
b. if Mac run Diskutilty -> CRC
     Click on the iPod device
     select FirstAid tab on the right window.
     click on the first Aid Button.
Then connect to iTunes and Restore.

IPhone 6+ Website Links Don't Work In Landscape Mode

I've had this issue since I started using the iPhone 6 Plus and I actually had it swapped (not for this reason) so it's been happening on 2 separate phones. I've also installed each software update and currently (Feb 02 2015) have 8.1.3 but it continues
ISSUE: While in landscape mode, all links on a website (happens on any site) don't work as links. They act as plain text.
WORK AROUND: Turning the phone into vertical orientation fixes the problem. Also, you can turn it to vertical, then turn it back to landscape and the links work again.
So it's not like a huge problem where I have to quit Safari or reboot the phone but still, it seems like I obviously can't be the only one having the problem since it happened on 2 phones and I only sync through iCloud but don't even have backups turned on so I didn't restore from back up at any point.
Seems like something that would have been fixed with one of the 8.x.x updates but it's still happening.

Same here - I returned my original, same problem on the second one, and same problem on my son's phone. I called Apple tech months ago, got to a senior supervisor who assured me he'd get back to me, but never did.

I have a ATT Uverse (for my internet access) acct and could not log on so I requested for password reset. They sent me temp password and I had to change my password to my Uverse acct. I use my att.net email as the log on for my Uverse acct. Per att instructions above, my Uverse acct is linked to my att.net email, so now my att.net email pw has been changed to the pw for my Uverse acct.
Accordingly, go into your iPhone Settings, Mail, Contacts, Calendars, choose your Att.net mail acct and change your password. In my case I changed it to the new pw I had set up for my Uverse acct and it works.
Before doing this, I had also added new servers as shown below. The way I see it because your iPhone will try in succession to log on to each server from top to bottom of the list, it's best to add all the mail servers.
smtp.mail.yahoo.com
smtp.mail.att.net
outbound.att.net
Please note that I did not have to add "imap.mail.att.net" and my Att.net mail on my iPhone still works.

Help- Iphone frozen on the SMS screen, reset troubleshooting does not help

I woke up this morning to find my Iphone completely frozen, on the SMS screen. Ive followed the Apple 'reset trouble shooting guide' without success.
Am now contemplating Restoring my Iphone to original factory settings via Itunes, but I am worried I will not be able to restore the content on my Iphone using the back up files, as I am overseas and using a different itunes/computer than what my Iphone is synced with normally.
Please help with any tips...for example how to turn of a unresponsive itunes or how to sync my Iphone with Itunes on a new computer...

Did you try to reset, or restore the phone if you see it in iTunes? If it won't restore, try entering Recovery Mode.

Calls worked through Mac and from iPhone and Now Suddenly Don't Work at All

After Monday's update, I was able to make and receive calls through my iPad 3 and iMac (about a year old) with no problems at all. Matter of fact, it was a little annoying to have all three devices ringing whenever I received a call. Then mid-week, this feature did not work at all.
What I've Done:
1) I've gone through the set-up guides and now my FaceTime doesn't even show the option to set-up this feature.
2) I've signed out of FaceTime on both devices multiple times.
3) I signed all the devices in on my iCloud e-mail to ensure they are on the same page.
Now phone number don't even show the option to call when I was freely making phone calls just a few days ago from my Mac, a feature I love. It's as if the settings don't even reflect it's possible to set-up this feature. On the FaceTime settings it doesn't even have the check box for allowing calls to be connected through.
Please help.

HELP: iPhone 6 Keyboard/Touch Screen Not Working

Hello.
I recently acquired to an iPhone 6, which has been working properly for the last two weeks. Today, my keyboard/touch screen stopped working properly. When I am typing in iMessage, or trying to compose an email, enter a URL, or anything else that requires my touch keyboard, my "123" button that switches to numbers, punctuation, and special characters does not open. I updated my software to iOS 8.3., which switched to a new and "improved" emoji keyboard, but I did this after my keyboard had already become unresponsive. If I click on the emjoi keyboard icon to switch over, the "ABC" button to swtich back to QWERTY is unresponsive. This is REALLY frustrating! The phone is two weeks old, and I cannot use to for a huge chunk of functionality.
It's not a dead spot on the touch screen. When I am not trying to access the keyboard, that little bottom left corner works fine to open/use my Phone app.
I really don't want to reset my phone. Any other ideas?
I made a Genius Bar appointment for next Wednesday 4/15, but that seems like an eternity from now.

To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the Touch Screen . If it still does not work, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

Colored Calendars on iPhone--And how they don't work.

Ok. Let me start by asking Steve and Apple, "***?!"
I use colored calendars. They help [me]. I can visually look at my week view and determine how much of my week consists of work, and how much consists of play. Oh, and look, there's my silver calendar, it's someone's birthday on Saturday. And there's a red box, so that means my team is playing on Sunday. Colored calendars are great...but why don't they work properly for the iPhone when they sync??? This is the most ******** thing I've ever seen.
My Blue (Personal) calendar is Orange on my iPhone. My Green (Work) calendar is Purple on my iPhone. Oh and guess what? My Holidays, Birthdays, and other calendars are other colors too. Do you know why my personal calendar isn't orange on my iCal? Because I hate the color orange. I made it blue for a reason.
Why would they enable colored calendars without a) just making them sync to what the calendars are on iCal, and b) not giving you the option to edit the colors. I mean, if they're not going to just make it a proper sync, the least they could do is allow me to adjust the colors, right?
This is just one more thing that the developer of the 2.x software didn't think of.

An Apple kbase article 'explains' this (really, I would call it more of an excuse than an explanation!).
Each calendar is assigned a different color to allow you to easily identify which appointments belong to which calendar and _this may not match the exact color used on the computer_.
In the meantime, there is a workaround, although it is something of a pain. The iPhone will apply calendar colors in the following order: red, orange, blue, green, purple. (If you only sync one calendar, it's blue).
Depending on the colors you want, you first need to create 'blank' calendars in iCal to 'use up' unwanted colors. Then, you need to sync the calendars, one at a time, in color order.
Go to the Info tab (in iTunes with the iPhone connected and selected in the devices list). With the Sync iCal calendars box checked, UNcheck all the boxes and sync. Then, check the box for the calendar you want to be red. Then sync (if you look on the iPhone at this point, that calender will be blue, since it's the only one). Then, check the box for the calendar you want to be orange, then sync. Repeat for blue, then green, then purple.
For example, if I want to have two calendars, Home colored blue and Work purple, I would create three new calendars - empty1, empty2, empty3 - then check the boxes in the following order, syncing between each: empty1, empty2, Home, empty3, Work.

HELP - My mail and safari don't work

I need help. My Mail and Safari where very instable. Sudenly they stopped working. I click in the icons on the bar and they don't open.
yesterday night I did an "Archive and Install" instalation. This instalations just installs the operational system again and leave the rest intact.
It worked perfectly. I went to sleep at 3 AM with everything working.
I woke up and again the mail and safari don't launch.
I did the "Archive and Install" instalation again and the mail worked once and Safari didn't.
I just don't know what to do.
The system I have is OS X 10.3.5
yesterday after installing the system I did the update to 10.3.9
everything worked.
Today when I woke up and they wheren't working again I did the instalations again and didn't upgrade. Didn't work.
Does someone knows about this happening before?

The only "Firefox symbol" I see is the one with the blue fox 'spanning" a red globe. Neither left or right click brings up options.
As I wrote initially: "When I right-click on an empty section of the Tab Strip, all I get is options for the Navigation Toolbar, the Bookmarks Toolbar, and the Add-on Bar; no Menu Bar option."

CC Help and tutorial file links don't work

The help file and tutorial links on on my CC desktop and on all my apps do not work. Clicking on the help links defaults to a windows "notepad" that shows the code for the link. Iphone 4s and itunes don't work anymore after update iphone

I updated my iphone and plugged it into my mac to synch with itunes because the symbol of the 'usb and itunes logo' appeared.
But now itunes doesn't recognize my iphone anymore and says that I first have to recover my iphone.
But my iphone doesn't respond anymore because it only shows the symbols of usb and itunes.
What to do?

IPhone 3GS: iTunes IPSW don't works!!

My iPhone 3G is switched off again and again (about every 5 minutes) and does not come to the home screen. So I'm all about key combos made to the factorysettings. Now I want to make new IOS on it. iTunes has downloaded 5.1, but does not play (error (1)). Then I thought that maybe I should take an older IOS. If I now iTunes select the IPWS, then cames an error (see picture). How to run I get the part back on? Pizzaessa

You can't downgrade the OS - that's what that message means.
