Play pics on wifi network on ipad picture frame function

I have all my pics saved on my time machine back up and want to play them all over my wifi network on my ipad2 picture frame function. Since the ipad2 is wireless I figured there might be away. I really don't want to store all those pictures directly on the ipad2.

If no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem with the wireless card or with something else.

New download of keynote files when changing wifi network with iPad

When i change the Wifi Network with my ipad3 (without 3G) it always starts to download the keynote, numbers and pages files from the iCloud. You can't open any file until its downloaded again, you just see the Folder and the file as a placeholder.
In my opinion this Akers totally no sense. I expect a synchronization between iPad and the iCloud like it woks with mail, kalender. Even dropbox just downloads the file you select for use. In my case I have 64 files only in keynote, created on the iPad and eaven without changing something it will re download all files from the iCloud before I can use them.
Anybodydid the same experience ?

No that's not my experience, it's clearly not working as it should. Perhaps you should restore your iPad.

How to authenticate using PEAPv1 (EAP-GTC) to connect to a wifi network in iPad 3?

The iPad in Business deployment senario guide says that we can connect to a wifi network using the PEAPv1 (EAP-GTC).
But when we try to connect it, there is no option to choose that authenticaion method.
Also, when we try to create a profile using iPone Configuration Utility, there is just PEAP available (by default PEAPv0 (EAP-MS-CHAP v2)).
It is very important for me as my organisation allows only PEAPv1 authentication and I'm not able to connect to its wifi network.

Can´t connect to wifi network on IPAD and I have tryed everything

i have an ipad and i can connect it to a wifi network everywhere but not at my work... there is people there that have iphones and samsumg galaxy that can connect and all the laptops used there have wifi connection... i have already tryied to use the tips that apple gives on its site.... Does anyone suggests anything?

I have two home wifi networks. My iphone only recognizes one wifi which is the slower. Ipad recognizes both. I've turned router off and on and turned iphone off and on and makes no differences. Also ipad used to pick up unsecured wifi networks but no longer does

I would follow these steps for when you're unable to locate a Wi-Fi network on your iOS devices:
Be sure you're in range of your Wi-Fi router (access point).
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and on. If your W-Fi setting is dimmed, follow these steps.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and cable or DSL modem are connected to power, turned on, and connected to the Internet. If not, refer to your network administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance.
Restart your iOS device.
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and locate the Wi-Fi network to which you're connected.
Tap i and Forget this Network.
Try to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network.
Note: You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password again if your network requires one.
Turn your Wi-Fi router off and on2. If your ISP also provides cable or phone service, check with them before attempting this step to avoid interruption of service.
Update your device to the latest version of software.
Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware2. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.
Verify that the network is available by tapping Settings > Wi-Fi and choosing from the available networks.Note: It may take a few seconds for the Wi-Fi network name to appear.
Move closer to your wireless router (access point) and attempt to locate the Wi-Fi network.

Several times I looked in the settings but could not find this option, just in the passcode settings, but I turned off the passcode, the picture frame is turned on WHY? Of course you can.
If you don't want the little flower icon appearing on the unlock screen, set the Allow Picture Frame to Off under Passcode in General Settings.
If you want to deactivate the Pcitrue Frame mode while its running, tap the home button once, and click on the Flower icon at the bottom right whihc should be blue since its on.

How to remove pictures from the ipad picture frame

First go to settings. Then select Photos & Camera. Then select "My Photo Stream". Change My Photo Sream to the "OFF" position.
This will delete all the pictures in your picture frame stream, so make sure you want to delete them.

Picture Frame Function in Fireworks 8

I recently upgraded to Fireworks 8 from version 4. I was
saddened to see that they had taken a user-friendly method of
creating a picture frame and turning it into a nightmare. Why?! I
can't get the picture frame to fill with anything but the limited
number of choices they now give AND there is no preview of the
fills.
I hate when they take a good thing and in an attempt to make
it better, they muck it up. Any advice?

Hi, I can't remember how the picture frame command worked in
FWs 4 so
I cannot compare the two.
However, from the Window drop down menu you should find an
item
Patterns and Textures which will open a panel displaying all
the
Patterns or Textures. You can also add your own Patterns fro
the
Property Inspector, but you need to unlock the Layer by
clicking the
tiny Padlock in the Layers panel.

Manually removing stored Wifi networks from iPad?

I have a rather interesting question:
As we all know, iPad will remember wireless networks we connect to by way of the settings app. Whenever those networks are in range, iPad will automatically connect to them. (This also applies to iPhone/iPod touch)
Suppose that you at some point logged into a network, using the settings panel, but you later wish to remove it from the list of saved networks (e.g. you're giving the iPad to a friend to use, giving it away, etc.)
So far, the only way I know of to do this is to be in range of the network in question, then select it in the settings panel and choose Forget This Network.
This to me represents a potential security risk. Suppose that you pair your iPad to a corporate work network. Later, you decide to loan out your iPad. All the person you loaned it to has to do is go in range of the office network (Which is heavily guarded by WPA2, we'll assume) and poof, they're in, because your iPad saved the network. Someone who is not authorized just penetrated a LAN.
Normally, you could simply remove that network from the remembered networks store prior to loaning. Mac, Windows and everything else seems to have a way to remove remembered networks manually. However, on the iPad (and any other iOS device) I can't find a way to get the device to forget a known network, unless I happen to be in range of that network at the time. Is there a way to do this?

Grayed out wifi network on ipad

I'm trying to connect to wifi at home on my ipad (have previously connected successfully) and under settings the wifi connection spot is grayed out. Any suggestions? I've already reset the ipad and it still hasn't helped.

Need picture Frame feature back for iPad running iOS 7

I am a wedding photographer. One of the main purposes of my iPad is to provide m clients same day iPad slideshows. I had been running iOS 5 on my ipad2 but upgraded to ios7. Previously I would use the picture frame feature to showcase images from the day. This feature allowed a slideshow to be left unattended and guests could get into the iPad unless the pass code was entered. Now the picture frame icon is gone in ios7. I am left with the slideshow feature in photos. But if someone touches the screen with that one, the show pauses and doesn't restart on its own. So I need the old picture frame functionality back.

That did not work, I went into the clock app, it has the weather in its map, and it's on englosh measurements. The notifaction center is still saying metric units, not English units.
Any other ideas??? please help

I turned on the iPad picture frame but would like to turn it off now. I've followed the directions in the user's guide but it won't work. How do I get rid of this thing.

OK. Maybe I misunderstood you. You actually have a visible frame on your screen is what you are saying? The only thing I can think of is that is a wallpaper that you accidentally set in your iPad settings. Could that be the case? Am I correct about you seeing a frame?
The picture frame setting turns the iPad into a photo displaying device like a standalone digital photo frame when the iPad is locked. If there is a way to actually frame the show with a visible frame, I know nothing about that.
