Play Video full wide screen for E90??

Hi,
Is there any software that can convert any videos files to play full wide screen in E90??Many thanks!!
E90 Communicator V 07.40.1.2!!

Any video you stretch to the full width of the E90 will be distorted, as the screen aspect ratio is not 4:3 or 16:9 which is what videos typically use.
In any case, you can try a converter like SUPER: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER/

  • My .MP4 video file won't "play video full screen" in Muse after I publish my .OAM out of Edge Animate.

My .MP4 video file won't "play video full screen" in Muse after I publish my .OAM out of Edge Animate.  When I "Preview In Browser" through Edge it plays (I have created a shape and used the "play video full screen" snippet)  in full screen mode just fine.  When I "Preview Site In Browser" through Muse and click on the shape to PLAY VIDEO FULL SCREEN, it does nothing.  I am new to both programs and can't figure out why it will work out of the preview window in Edge and won't work when I publish to Muse.  Does anybody have an answer or a work-around for me?

  • How to avoid pop up appearing in the screen middle top when playing video full-screen ?

I created a landing page with embedded video hosted on Vimeo. When I click to play the video full-screen there's always a pop up window in the middle top saying the meaning like Vimeo is playing full-screen, press escape to get out of it. I don't want that pop up from appearing, I am wondering if any code I can put on the embedded video to prevent the pop up ? Thank you very much.

No, as a web developer, you can't tamper with that message. The point is to prevent a situation where the user is trapped in full screen, as would happen if full screen is initiated by the page and the page doesn't provide controls to exit full screen.
If users trust the site in question, they can check the "Never ask me again for this domain" checkbox to avoid the message in the future.
Users can also get rid of all such messages altogether:
    # Install Stylish and restart Firefox when prompted.
    # Click the Stylish icon on the navigation toolbar and choose Write New Style, then Blank style.
    # Paste the following in the text box, give the style a name, then click the Save button.
    <pre><nowiki>
    @namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
    #fullscr-toggler,
    #full-screen-warning-container {
    display: none !important
    </nowiki></pre>
If you don't want to install an add-on, you can use the ''userChrome.css'' file instead, but I don't recommend it. In that file, the first line of the style should only appear once at the top.

  • ITunes 10.6 crashes when trying to play video full screen

I haven't seen this particular issue among others' comments so…
When switching from the normal video window to full screen while watching a podcast in my iTunes library, the program immediately crashes.  I've tried several different podcast, starting with the smaller video window, then trying to expand using the opposing diagonal arrows symbol in the bottom right corner.  The result has been the same.  As soon as I click on that the window screen goes black, and iTunes shuts down.
    I'm on a MacBook Pro 4,1 using OS 10.6.8 and iTunes 10.6 (40).
Meanwhile, hope someone is working on the problem with the clickable scroll bars being inoperable.

Do you have any better luck with that if you update to iTunes 10.6.1.7?
From the notes for the release:
iTunes 10.6.1 provides a number of improvements, including:
    • Fixes several issues that may cause iTunes to unexpectedly quit while playing videos, changing artwork size in Grid view and syncing photos to devices.
    • Addresses an issue where some iTunes interface elements are incorrectly described by VoiceOver and WindowEyes.
    • Fixes a problem where iTunes may become unresponsive while syncing iPod nano or iPod shuffle.
    • Resolves an ordering problem while browsing TV episodes in your iTunes library on Apple TV.

  • Cannot play video full screen.

When i try to play any kind of video full screen with iTunes, it "Unexpectedly quits". Its very annoying and is slow. I have erased all of my Library files as well as iTunes preferences and reinstalled. Still its happening. How do I fix this?

hmmm... What resolution settings do you have set? What type of video are you trying to view? Is it a purchased ITMS video?
    Sounds strange.

  • Does anyone know how you can play video with the screen locked and not just recorded video. Like downloaded video?

So I want to be able to play video mp4 for my kids and lock the screen so that they don't disable or stop the video. Is there anyway you can lock the screen and play video? I've seen an app that tries to do this, but it only plays video recorded from the device. Also, it's not very good. I've also looked at IOS 5, but it only seems to support audio, not video, unless I am not doing something correctly? What happened to the simple old manual 'hold' switches that most devices have, like the PSP etc? It seems like all of the touch devices have neglected a simple touch disable button? Anyway, please provide any enlightenment here.

actually nevermind, it's working now. I closed iTunes, then waited a little, then double clicked one of my iTunes video files from my documents, which opened up iTunes again and the video started playing. I tried restarting iTunes before and that didn't work, so maybe for those who have similar problems, just try clicking on the video file in your documents/desktop of your computer, rather than directly from iTunes.

  • High Quality Wide Screen for YouTube - PLEASE HELP!

I am using a Panasonic PV-GS400 camera in wide-screen mode (this is another topic, but the camera still outputs 720 x 480 video, my understanding is that it is called "anamorphic wide screen"). I had figured out some settings to get my videos to appear in "High Quality" mode, wide screen (16:9) in YouTube, but the last couple of times I have tried these settings, they didn't work. Here's what I used:
    - Windows Media 856 x 480 frame size
    - Frame rate 29.97kbps
    - Pixel aspect ratio - square (1.0)
    - 2 encoding passes
I got the 856 x 480 ratio from another website. I don't really understand why the pixel aspect ratio needs to be square, but when I tried 16:9 aspect ratio, the video is letterboxed. I also don't understand the two different project modes for PE7 (when creating a new project you can choose the format 4:3 or 16:9). Maybe someone can explain how the widescreen project setting works. Perhaps it is something similar to how my camera does widescreen but the videos are still 720 x 480.
At any rate, if someone has settings that will reliably produce wide screen videos that appear in YouTube's "high quality" mode, I'd appreciate it! Thanks.

As we often say on this forum, the biggest challenge with working with YouTube is that, as soon as someone figures it out, YouTube changes the rules again.
Here's what we've posted to the FAQs at the top of this forum.

  • Key Press to Play Video, in multi-screen project

I have a timeline with multiple videos in it, all loaded as external videos with playback controls as the audio is important (all are 55 seconds long and high quality audio is vital). First of all I want a specific key pressed to play one of the videos. I've been playing around with event handlers, key press event, but nothing has worked.
This is a multi screen project I'm working on so is there any way to have two seperate windows of video 1080x1920 (that would play on two seperate screens to interact with eachother) or would I have to create a stage twice the width. I need two video clips to play simultaniously once a key is pressed.
I am a real beginner to flash so I really have no idea whether this is possible.
I'm doing this on Flash CS6 on a Mac in IOS 10.9.2
    Thanks!

i'm not sure what you're trying to do with multiple screens but that should have no impact on using key listeners to control your timeline:
    stage.addEventListener(KeyboardEvent.KEY_DOWN,f):
    function f(e:KeyboardEvent):void{
    trace(e.keyCode);

  • Safari won't play videos (or anything else for that matter)

    Hi folks,
I have a MacBook Pro running all the latest software and it seems that Safari's having trouble playing things, like videos. Nothing works: Flash, HTML5 or QuickTime. Tried it all. MP3s won't play in the browser either. I've looked around and many of the other people who have this problem have it magically disappear with an update, no such luck for me. Apple isn't going to be useful for less than $49 either. Anyone have any insight?
    Thanks!

    Hi...
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)  < your profilel
I have a MacBook Pro running all the latest software
If your profile is correct, click the Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click Software Update. The most recent Lion version available is v10.7.4 and Safari 5.1.7
    For troubleshooting Flash.
    Quit Safari.
Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Storage tab. Click: Delete All
Now uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new >  Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Launch Safari From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Empty Cache
    Now try a video.
BTW... if you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to:  Open in 32 bit mode  is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.
Spend $49 for what? QuickTime is pre installed on your Mac. If you are using HTML5, that can prevent Flash content from streaming.
For QuickTime. Check Safari > Preferences > Extensions. If you have any installed, turn that OFF, quit then relaunch Safari. Try a QT video.
Not sure if this will work for recent versions of Safari for mp3, but won't hurt to try >  http://www.kalvster.com/macintosh/save-download-mp3-files-in-macintosh-safari.ht ml

  • Playing video in labview with some basic information output for my program.

I'm trying to program something similar to NI's product DIAdem CLIP in LabVIEW.  A program that synchronizes test data with video.  I'm trying to find a decent video component that gives me basic information about what is being played.
My first thought is to use Windows Media Player 10 w/ LabVIEW ActiveX container.  I'm a little confussed as to what I'm doing with it, however.  I can't find any information about Windows Media Player 10 in the Class Browser.
    All I really need is:
    Input:
    1. The file for the embedded media player to play.
    Output:
    1. The framerate of the file being played.
    2. The current frame.
I think with that I should be able to put a marker in my data graphs that indicates where that data correlates with the playing video.
    Thank you for your input!
    -Nic

Your best source of information regarding the Windows Media Player object model is MSDN. I've only done a little bit of playing with Windows Media embedded in LabVIEW, but enough to know it was a pain and not worth the effort. NI has a KnowledgeBase article that indicates you will probably need LV8. In terms of your specific query regarding position, you should take a look at the "Controls" object in the object model, as that has properties I think you're going to need.

  • Wide screen pictures

On my apple Tv viewing pictures from the Iphone 4s are full wide screen on phone but streaming on tv black bars are left and right . even if i view them from the pc on apple tv is there a setting somewhere ?  my videos play perfect to fit the tv but pictures look like the above instead of below like advertised...
    Thanks

If the advertisement shows a photo full screen using airplay, then this is because the photo has an aspect ratio of 16:9 to begin with. I crop all my photos to 16:9 because I know they work with the TV, when I airplay them from my iPhone or iPad they fill the screen as you suggest.
The pictures that the iPhone takes are not widescreen as you suggest, they are 4:3. Take careful note of the detail around the edges of the photograph and rotate your phone, you will see that when the photo fills the phone screen it actually crops the bottom of the pictures off.

  • Play video preferences question

In Preferences, under General, there are options for playing video. There's an option for playing video full screen and another one for playing video full screen with visuals. What's the difference? I don't get it. Full screen vs. full screen with visuals? So, full screen doesn't have visuals?

Playcounts that accrue on iPods only get copied back to iTunes if you auto sync. Manually managing the music won't update the playcounts or (in the case of the nano) the last played date.
