Hi, I recently updated my ipod, can't remeber the name(the one to play purchased movies) and since I updated it all the videos on my ipod became mpg-4 audio files and they no longer play as video files, any help?

Make sure to use a port on the rear of your computer (if you are using a desktop), and disconnect all other USB devices except your keyboard and mouse and see if this makes a difference.

Including down payment made to vendor in the internal order

Hi all
My requirement is like this.
We use IM and IO(Capex orders) for procuring and capitalising assets. We are able to assign all the costs of procuring assets (both APC and incidental expenses to the internal order). We use purchase orders and assign the internal order while raising purchase order.
Sometimes we do make Down payments(advances) without raising purchase orders. My question is how to include this down payment made in the internal order. We cannot assign any internal order while making the down payment. But, can we include this down payment made to vendor in the internal order(commitment) while making down payment or after that.
FYI:I came to know that there is some functionality in Controlling (Project systems) where we can assign the down payment made to the internal order after making payment.But, i do not know how to do that.

How do I get the Podcast app to keep playing even after a longer break?

So I´m using the Podcast app in order to be able to stream content without having to use Itunes. So far so good. Now, If I pause the podcast I´m listening to, the track information will stay accessible via clicking the screen or double-clicking the home button to access the Iphone Controls/Multitasking bar. For a while, that is.
If I stay away from the Iphone for a longer period of time, the memory of the track being played mysteriously vanishes, If I try to press "play" as described above the currently listed song in Itunes will instead start playing. So what I then have to do is access the Podcast App again and hope that I can find the episode I was listening to again (which of course I don´t keep track of - no pun intended).
I´ve tried changing the order of the app icons in the Controls bar, but they seem not to want to be moved.
Any tips? True continous play would be an awesome feature as I listen A LOT to podcasts.

I doubt it is a bug.
In Messages > Preferences > Messages you can set the Font, It's Colour and the background (default Balloons) colour as well plus of course the size.
This should stick if you Own the .plist that this info is written to (And the folder that it is in)
You should also have Read and Write permissions.
In the Finder use the Go Menu > Go to Folder and type in ~/Library/Preferences
Find com.apple.ichat.plist (yes messages till uses this one)
highlight it
Do a Get Info (CMD and iKeys together)
In the Info Panel at the bottom your name followed by (me) should appear.
Highlight this and then use the little cogwheel icon under the list.
A phrase saying make yourshortname (me) the owner should appear and it should be greyed out if you alredy Own it.
In the list you should be showing Read and Write Permissons
Like so
Whilst the Preferences folder is open go to the View menu of the Finder and SHow View Options and hit Show PAth Bar.
Right click on Preferences in the Bar and select Get Info and check you Own this and have Read and Write permissions
Repeat for Library.
If you can't write to the .plist the info you change will not be saved. (This includes having access to the folders you have to navigate to get there).
If you are using the Format menu then this is letter by letter or word by word changes.

Fetch a column value from list 2 on the basis of list 1

Hi,
I have a listA of user data in which the columns are:
UserID   Name    Email
E01        Ali        [email protected]
E02        John     [email protected]
In another listB there are multiple columns but one column is same that is "Name" and another column like UserID.
So on the basis of Name if the name is available in ListA then get UserID of that particular name and show in listB UserID column.
In both lists user detail is coming from active directory.
Using List web service I fetched details in the form to show in listB UserID.
I tried to matched the Name column of ListA with ListB all occurances then I got nothing but when matched the Name column of ListA with ListB any occunces then every time got E01 if I search Ali or John.
I know a little tuning is required but lost so much time and couldn't figured it out.
Please guide me using the same technique as most of the work has been done.
If any other simple idea is available then that also would be appreciated.
One more thing that I used a people picker to populate user detail in ListB. So when I search user details all the fields gets populated and the ListB UserId field should also populate.

In tiles-defs.xml i have the following code:

Now the problem i am facing is after doing the validation in the form when some wrong data is entered in memberinformationextraction.jsp ,it returns back to the jsp,then it is showing both the jsps memberinformationextraction as well as corpinfoextraction one below the other.
Please can somebody reply back as to why this is happening, could it be because i have "info" is there in both the definitions, in that case i even have other jsps in the tiles xml with name as meminfo and addinfo.

It might be a crossdomain.xml problem.
Please make sure that the server hosting the xml allows the domain where the swf is hosted.

Payment Terms in Third Party Sales Invoice.

Hi Experts,
We are facing the problem in third party sales process.
Suppose X is our customer and Y is our vendor, here Y is supplying the material directly to X and Y sending us the bill of entry and other documents to us, and then we create the sales invoices to X, we are following all process like first we create SO to X then with the PR we create PO to Y then we do migo and miro of vendor invoices then creating the sales invoice to X.
The main problem is that we want that the payment due date to our customer invoice starts from the vendor bill of lading date which we enter at the time of migo and miro (document date), but in our system, in sales invoice to X, system is calculating payment terms which we have entered in the customer master of X.
How to get above functionality activated in sap.

Why Did I get An E-mail From Apple, Saying free Apple iPhone 3G?

When I got my iTunes gift card and activated it, I started buying music from the iTunes Store. I get 2 e-mails. One from iTunes and one from Apple. I read the 2 messages but then one of them explains and tells me that I can get a iPhone 3G (Black 8GB) Free of charge? if I just update to 2.1. I have a old generation iPhone. Does this mean that I just got a free iPhone 3G (Black 8GB).
P.S:
The messages says that I need to write my serial number, Does this mean I just got a message from a hacker who wants to hack my iPhone or does this mean Apple is really offering me this?.

Can we trigger a workflow from e-mail create event?

Hi Experts,
My scenario is very simple-Whenever a mail is send for approval to the approver,two workitems-Approve or Reject should be created in the Appover's inbox.On clicking on any one workitem, corresponding mail for approval/reject should be sent.
My only doubt is how to trigger an event which will start the workflow. Also it should be triggered only when the mail is sent to a particular person-say admin and not to every individual.
Can you please guide me on this since I am new to workflows?
What I am looking for here is:-
a) The definition of E-mail creation event, which can trigger my workflow.
b) This definition has to be specific. I mean workflow should trigger only when a mail is send to admin.It should not trigger everytime a new mail is created in the system.
c) I thought that the business object for E-mail is activity-BUS2000110.But again activity can be anything-E-mail,task,telephonic conversation.Which business object should be used here?
Please give me some pointers on this.

Error in Benefits Plan Enrollment

Hi,
I am receiving an error when executing HRBEN0001 transaction to enroll employees in spouse Life plan for MOLGA 10. This error happens in case the EE does not have a spouse (IT0021 subtype 1). The error details are as below.
Spouse's birth date could not be determined
Message no. HRBEN00FMODULES159
For EE who have a spouse, we do not get this error.
The coverage and cost variants for this plan are configured in IMG for Age determination relevant data from SPOUSE.
How do I prevent this error. Ideally, would not like this plan to be eligible in case no spouse is present. Could not figure out how this would be done.
Appreciate any assistance. ECC 6.0

I tried using dependent/beneficiary and RLPGR but it did not work. Would this not be used to control eligibility in the dependents/beneficiary tabs.
What the client wants is to control Employee eligibility to the plan. If spouse is not present then EE must not be eligible for spouse life plan. How would this be achieved through standard customizing without using PBEN0006 and ABAP coding.

I cannot view photos in my albums in the finder window

This is a repost since my original post was over a month ago and I did not reply to any of the responses to my question.
I have my photos stored on an external drive (i don't even recall how i set that up), but here is my issue. When I try to view the photos in the Finder window (or use them as attachments) my named albums all show "0 items". All photos are visible when I look through the folders organized by years, but nothing shows up in the folders/albums I have created in iPhoto. I know I was previously able to do this, but cannot figure out what is wrong.
Does anybody have any suggestions? Somebody replied in a post that there are no image files in the iPhoto albums. In that case, I'd like to know where they are. My main interest is where I go to attach files to emails and such.

Trying to setup a LDAP Realm

I'm runing WLS6.0 SP2 and I'm trying to set up a LDAP realm to talk to a openldap
server. I'm on Win2k and have it installed as a service.
I can connect to the server via a ldap browser, and I have a user in the ldap
tree with a clear text password.
I created a LDAP realm but I can't find where to configure WebLogic to use that
LDAP realm for authentication.

I guess they don't use the LDAP Realm in Weblogic, you should create your custom
realm that access to AD and return user/group enumerations, acl's, etc...
I'm able to access to AD using jdk1.4, and I have my custom realm, the only
problem is wl uses jdk1.3 (+jaas) and I couldn't connect to AD with the old jaas,
because it didn't support kerberos authentication. A more complete jaas it's included
in jdk1.4

Then you should have included your contacts with Outlook on your Desktop with the backup for your Desktop along with all other important data on your Desktop.
The sync process for contacts and calendar events is a bidirectional or true sync process but if the supported address book and calendar application on your computer is empty when your iPhone includes contacts and calendar events, all contacts and calendar events on your iPhone will be erased...I said I have some contacts in my laptop but not all of the contacts from my Iphone.

Did you have sync contacts and calendar events with Outlook selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes before the first sync with iTunes? Unable to find service in Oracle Service Registry

I am trying to use the Oracle Service Registry for publishing and lookup of services (either OSB proxy service or normal service exposed as webservices.) Publish happens fine from the sbconsole of OSB. For findService or lookup from the service registry I have written a simple java client using systinet registry api which works. But I need to expose this as a webservice for a diff application to perform findservice using this client. When I try to create a webapplication i get error wasp.location cannot be identified or Protocol Repository instance creation error.
Please reply if anyone has come across same issue or got a solution ...
