Playbook DEAD! PLz help.

My Playbook died yesterday and i have tried so many things but it just won't start up.
When i plug the charger into my playbook, all i get is a red light (stays on for about 1 min) then it turns off and then shows a red battery icon which stays on for about 1.5 mins. It then goes away and then a light green led comes and stays for 10 seconds....this process continues as long as i'm charging it.
I also tried pluging the usb cable into my playbook and connect it to the computer. As soon i connect it to the computer the red light comes on. However the problem is when BlackBery Desktop Software tries to repair it and install the lastest official OS 2.0, the Playbook auotmatically turns off and then i get this message:
"There was an error updating your software.
Unspecified error encountered. [A:0x000000A2]"
Please help.
Should I contact RIM? I'm still under the 1 year Warranty.

Yes, you can contact contact RIM for warranty support.
Meanwhile I'd suggest that you leave it connected to a known good charger for several hours and after 4-5 hours with it still comnected, press and hold the power button about 20 seconds. It should show the same LED light blink and eventually restart. Keep trying, keep it it plugged in.

You could always use the "Contact Us" link on this page, and then find your nearest Nokia authorized repair/service center, and ask them to fix your phone. They'll probably charge you for the work, given that your problem is self-induced, rather than a warranty issue.

I can't sync my ipod to another computer, my first one is dead, plz help!!!

ok, so the computer that i had my itunes on died, and after i downloaded itunes on this computer, it told me i had to delete everything on my ipod and sync it with what's in the library on this computer, which is nothing. i don't want to lose my music, and i'd rather not have to download anything, so is there any other way to do this? i don't have disk usage enabled

Plz help! my ipod no longer gets charged when connected to my computer

as the topic suggests, my ipod with video(5.5G) always shows that its fully charged when connected to my computer. but it wasn't like this a period of time ago, i wonder why. plz help me. i now dare not to transport more than 1g files to my ipod in case it would run out of battery and sth worse may follow...
since my computer is old with a celeronA 533(overclocked to 760, not a big difference), i closed lots of the system services which i think are useless, maybe that's the problem? but which service should i start? ipodservice.exe is always running when i connect my ipod with my pc

If you mean that when plugged in it shows the iPod being fully charged but when you disconnect the battery is actually dead, then you probably have a defective battery.

I know there are threads on this but since I am using my blackberry to write this message I am unable to search the forum.
Ok. So that's what my macbook pro is doing and its also not letting insert a cd or dvd in the superdrive, seems like it just jammed up. However when I press T on the start up it brings me into a firewire mode? How can I fix my start up issue?
Secondly I hear the left side of my macbook pro (I think that's where the hard drive is) while the computer starts up I hear it sipping and the noise it makes is like a scratching noise.
And finaly no idea as to why its over heating?
Plz help.

generally, the flashing folder mark means it can not find the startup drive.
if you hear those kind of noises your hard drive is most likely dead. while this is almost certainly true you can try booting from the install DVD and see if the drive is visible in disk utility. if you can't insert the DVD try this. reboot and hold option at the chime. this should boot you into startup drive manager. there you should be able to insert the DVd and choose it as the startup drive. boot from the DVd and once past the language screen start disk utility from the Utilities menu at the top. see if it detects the internal drive. if it does, try repairing it. if it doesn't the drive is dead.

Something really odd is going on. In your first screen shot, I noticed that the Applications folder does not have the proper icon displayed in the side bar. Also, in the title bar it lists it as Applications 08-59-29-909.
Not sure where it's picking up that odd name, unless it's because it's still truly within the Trash folder.
Try this. In the Finder > Preferences > General > turn on "Always open folders in a new window". (I have a feeling you have the default setting with this off).
Now, in Finder > Go > move down and open the Applications Folder from there. Now open the folder where you see all your applications that you show in your screen shot, select all, and move them to this true appliactions folder.
This is what you should properly seeing (but with different apps listed):
See how the Applications folder has the icon of the letter A shaped with a pencil, ruler & pen.

Tools -> Options -> Save files to -> Click browse button and browse for folder where you want to save the file.

How to print text/data in flex 3 using printer???Plz help...

          plz tell me the way to print text/data using printer in flex. I tried the FlexPrintJob class. but it takes object of a container to be printed & prints the visible content of that container(along with scrollbars), bt i want to print all contents of the container(including invisible).
      I have tried to print bitmap image through FlexPrintJob but it takes lot of time for spooling... So plz help me out in printing(fast with all content) in flash
I am using flex 3 (flex Builder 3 IDE).

Don't worry You can use the below work around to print all the contents of the Container including the invisible contents under scrolll with out scroll bar..
So what the idea here is we are seeting the container height to full size with out scrolls before sending the container object to printer and as soon as you print the object you are restoring it to the original height with scrolls...so that you can print the full contents without scrolls...
You may have doubt that by chnaging and restoring the size the user may see momentary resize of the container but it is not so as it is a fraction of a second and user cannot notice this change... Give it a try ..I had already run into this problem recently and I have found a work around for this which is as below:

You said you updated yur 1G iPod to 4.2.1. A 1G can only go to 3.1.3 and thus you must have jailbroken it to get to 4.2.1 and that can cause problems.

Try again to log in as the affected user. If you can log in, you should find a file in the home folder with the name of the user and the filename extension "sparseimage" or "sparsebundle". Double-click that file. A disk image should open. Copy your files from that disk image to restore them.
I strongly suggest that you deactivate legacy FileVault in the Security & Privacy preference pane, then log out and log back in. Consider activating FileVault 2 if you want that kind of security.

After refreshing it.it is deleting first row in the table.But it is resulting in an error

Hi,
You can't use a 'Delete" command at a refreshing variable because at a refresch the variable need to receive a value back and the delete doesn't return value.
Change the command to "select....."
Does it make sense to you?
