Playbook has stopped working unable to get support

Hi
My 16GB wifi playbook was "Turn-Off"'d with 80% charge yesterday night. It didn't respond to the power button this morning. No LED no screen back-light. After some time my phone established a bluetooth connection with it but still no display. On picking up the playbook I found it to be very hot in the area above and around the connectors.
I promptly took it to a Blackberry Expert Service Center where I was told that they wouldn't be able to accept my playbook for examination or repairs as they didn't have the software enabled to accept Tablets only GSM handsets.
I negotiated with the staff at the service center to let an engineer look at my playbook and I was informed that it may be a display issue and the back was getting hot due to internal shorting.
I am not able to get any links for support. The service centers listed on the Blackberry support site in my area have consolidated to the expert service center and they do not answer their phones.
I bought the device in May of 2012. It is still under warranty. I just want to know where to submit it for RMA/repair.

Sorry, my ol' crystal ball doesn't know what you've tried before posting. You didn't say.
But that's a good solution. Many users have found RIM's warranty support extending past the 90 days. You might try further. Without needing to be combative.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Licensing has stopped working/unable to reinstall

I have been using Creative suite CS3 for years now. Recently, I got the Licensing has stopped working error message. Im running windows vista 64 bit. I tried the License recovery tool on the adobe website with no luck. So I completely uninstalled CS3 and now I am unable to reinstall it.
Uninstall went fine, I restarted my laptop afterwards etc... Now I'm trying to install from scratch. During install I get the error message that the file AdobePDF.dll is needed.
The adobe website makes the solution seem very simple, 3 steps.
1. When the error occurs, click Cancel to exit the dialog box and continue with the installation.
2. Install the Microsoft has Hot Fix as documented in Microsoft article #930627 available at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930627.
3. Update Acrobat to version 8.1 or later. The Acrobat update is available on the Adobe website at www.adobe.com/support/downloads/.
I do step one. Installation completes and I am told that Acrobat has installed successfully but photoshop, illustrator, indesign, bridge etc have not. And I do see the Acrobat Pro icon on my desktop and it appears to have installed correctly. However, when I launch acrobat, I am told that acrobat can not be opened without opening one other creative suite application such as Photoshop.
So I move on to step 2. I followed the install link specifically for windows vista, but am told that the update does not apply to my system.
step 3- I tried to download an acrobat update, though it was hard to determine If I was doing the right one, (I did the Adobe Acrobat 11.0.01 Pro and Standard update - All languages) but I got an error message telling me that "
The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."
Any suggestions for this mess? Prior to the original issue, I was using CS3 almost daily, and I did not make any changes or updates to my system that I know of. I even tried system restore before I even uninstalled CS3.

Run it, then reinstall. You will still get the failed install, so this time uninstall again and reinstall another time. There's a bug in the installer that requires all this hocuspocus of doing things twice. And unless your life depends on it, leave out Acro 8 to avoid that other issue.

ITunes has stopped working. It get to step number 5 when syncing my Iphone then it stops working

I am having problems syncing my Iphon5S in ITunes. It gets to step 5 and ITunes will quit working. It says it has stopped working and will let me know when there is a solution I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Then I uninstalled Quick Time and reinstalled it and ITunes. Didn't help.

I know you can't help with my Yahoo problem, however, apparently at some time in the past I have went to the Sync and tried to figure it out on both my laptop and my desktop, because I have the long snyc key information. However, when I go to try to sync both computers I never get the box to enter that key on either one. That is my problem. So should I try and get a new sync key and see if that works.

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

My safari has stopped working and cannot get into internet

On my Imac (mountain lion v 10.8.5) will not open my Safari browser any more. And I cannot get into the internet. I was told to do "recovery" but they want a registration which I don't have because I bought the computer used. Any ideas?

HT4628 The time machine has stopped working and I get this message about every 20 minutes while I am work. This backup is too large for the backup disk. The backup requires 104.9 MB but only 38.4 MB are available.

Can you open Reader by itself? If so, check if disabling Protected Mode improves the situation [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].

I get the message..." licensing for this product has stopped working, Error 150:30" After taking all the steps listed and uninstalling CS4 and Reinstalling it I finally got it working again ( which took a couple of hours of down time) Now ...every time I turn my computer off and back on, I get the same message again, and must go thru the 2 hours "fix"... any suggestions. Fortunately, I'm subscribed to CC, so I can still open all CS4 files with CC apps.
BUT, I DO want to get my CS4 working again.
Have you been successful yet, in getting your CS4 back to working as it should?
I tried downloading the "License Repair Tool" [www.adobe.com/support/contact/licensing.html] file from Adobe, but it didn't work.
I have read that if it is downloaded with Safari (as I did), it won't work; that it has to be downloaded with Chrome or a browser other than Safari.
Also, I deleted the FLEXnet Publisher preferences folder. But, I now wish I had simply moved it to the Desktop, instead of trashing it entirely.
So far, I haven't done anything about reinstalling CS4.
QUESTION: From what you've learned, is it recommended to UNinstall CS4 suite (like you did) BEFORE reinstalling it?

Premiere Pro has stopped working. Windows can't open it

When I lauch Premiere Pro, I get this error message: "Premiere Pro has stopped working" Then I get this one: " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I even uninstalled and re-install the program. but I get the same error. I'm sure this must be an easy-fix for somebody out there. Please help.

Adobe Acrobat 9.0 has stopped working

I have just downloaded and installed adobe acrobat 9.0 on a Windows Server 2008. Installl process went find. When starting the program it eventually wil give me the error "Adobe Acrobat 9.0 has stopped working". I get an option to find a solution on the net or shut down. This is a 64 bit system.

To go along with Michael's suggestion, something like AA9.2 is needed for X64 systems I think. Also, be careful. Acrobat is not licensed for use on a server. Using it as a user is fine, but not as a server application. Read the license carefully.

Message "InDesign Has Stopped Working"

Hi,
I work with ID CS5, version 7.03. The problem was also happening on version 7. I'm on a network system. The problem started approx 4 weeks ago and seems to be worsening. Problem, 8 out of 10 times when I open a document a get a message "Adobe IndDesign CS5 has stopped working. I get this message before the document is even open. The program tries to find a fix, but ends up closing or I select the "close" option. When I open the same document again, a pop up reads "document may be damaged, do you want to open anyways?" .
Can someone tell me why ID is doing this? What is happening to my documents? Are they really damaged? What problems will I have with them? What can I do to resolve this?
