I purchased gems while playing Clash of Clans and they didn't show up on the auto download. How do I get them now?

Clash of clans unable to purchase gems on new device
I Recently upgraded to an iPad mini 3 and I have successfully transferred Clash of Clans, and I can access my village on my new device. However I cannot buy gems on my new device, the only way I can purchase gems is by purchasing them on my old device. On the new device, when I try to purchase, it says that "the purchase is pending" And the message does not change. Can anyone help? At the moment purchases on my old device show up on my new device. I have tried to delete clash of clans off my old device but this seems to have no effect On my ability to purchase on my new device.

I am unable purchase content from the iTunes Store. I play Clash of clan game. I can not buy GEMS in the clash of clan game by my account.
What happens when you try to buy them, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

I just purchased a "Bag of Gems" for $9.99 in "Clash of Clans". The purchase did not download. I checked my account and the $9.99 transaction has posted already. I did the advise from Apple Support to do software update and still nothing.
Check restrictions. Settings > General > Restrictions

Well, I bought some gems in Clash of Clans in app purchase function. The money has been deducted from my credit card but the gems didn't come through. What's the problem? Please help

Yes its i getting a message to contact iTunes Support when i trying bay the gems from clash of clans and i already changing my payment informition and everything fine bot why untill now still getining same messge ?
Have you contacted iTunes Support and asked them why it's appearing ? If not then you will need to do so (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why) :

BOught gems in clash of clans and did not recieve them. Went to the forums and it said go to apple support. Apple support said go to the developer what do I do because they say go to each other?
You need to take it up with the developer first. If they don't fix things, you need to open the issue with iTunes support.
Going by the threads here, not a day goes by that someone doesn't have an issue with in app purchases in Clash of Clans. -
