I wanna know why....
i downloaded Vortex for my Nano, i just downloaded the version 1.2 and after i bought the game it didn't show up on my iPod at all....What do i do to play the game i just bought

Please note the comment on Apple's site...
"1. iPod games work with fifth-generation iPod only. iPod games are not compatible with iPod nano."

Hi,
I recently bought an ipod game form the itunes web site, it was successfully downloaded to my itunes downloads, but I can not figure out how to sinc it over to my ipod. Normally you can drag new songs to your playlists but this one has got me stuck.. Can you help?

What model iPod do you have? Games can only be played on the 5th gen iPod (iPod video).
I ask because you are posting in the forum for older iPods which do not support games from iTunes.

Can't play downloaded game

I bought the game Volcanic Panic from the Apple store today and I have downloaded it onto my macbook but when I double click the icon it comes up with the message 'there is no default application to open the document'. Have I done something wrong?

What device are you trying to play it on ? Apps from the iTunes app store can only be played on an iPhone, iPod Touch and/or iPad - the game's requirements should be listed on its description page in the store e.g. which devices that it's compatible with and the minimum iOS version that you need on the device

I allow my grandchildren to play free games on my ipad that I download for them. Is there a way to prevent them from accidentally (or otherwise) purchasing upgrades? My 6 yr old just did so and has no idea how she did it. Can I block this access?

TS1702 I downloaded from the Apps.store a game named 'Ninja Run'. When I was playing this game, I got out and then received a message,'"Do you want to buy 5 revivals for Rs.170/-?". When I clicked the "Buy"

I downloaded from the Apps.store a game named,"Ninja Run". When I was plkaying the game, I got out and a message appeared, asking me whether I would like to buy 5 revivals for Rs.170/-. When I hit the,"Buy"button, I was asked to confirm my Credit card details. I confirmed it and was asked to enter the Security Code. When I did so,, a message appeared telling me that the Security Code was invalid and the purchase could not be completed. When I continued the game and got out again, the message appeared again asking me whether I wanted to buy. Thinking that my purchase was not completed, I again hit the,"Buy" button. Nothing happened. I continued the game and when I got out, I received the same message and obliged accordingly. This went on for three or more times. By this time,however I got confused and quit the game. All these things happened on 6th September 2013. The next day,I was shocked to see 5 receipts from the Apple Apps.store in the In Box of my email account,each for Rs.170/-
totalling Rs850/. Worse still, when I played the game the next day and got out and asked for a revival, would you believe it, I was again asked whether I would like to buy 5 revivals for Rs.170/-.
Thus,I ended up buying a game for Rs.850/- while the actual price is only Rs.170/-,and not even able to play the full game.
Could anyone please tell me whether I can get a refund of Rs.680/-,the extra amount I paid for this game.
I will be much thankful to anyone who can guide me and help me claim the refund. Thank everyone.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

It sounds like you have downloaded a game from the App Store in iTunes. These Apps can only be run on iOS devices (iPhones, iPads, iPods) and you can check the App's specifications on the info page in the App Store to see which specific devices the developers have made the game for.

I can't play my downloaded games,I get an ERROR code and it restarts.

I have some downloaded games, every time i try to play them, I get a screen that says, PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR, and then my computer restarts. This is a new computer.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have looked into your issue about your HP ENVY Notebook and issues with PNP error message. Here is a link on help from Microsoft. Here is another on bug checking.
Please note remove any and all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices, as these could cause some issues.
You could have something in the Universal serial bus controllers that is causing an issue. Here is a link to troubleshoot USB connections. I would uninstall everything listed in the Universal serial bus controllers list. Restart the Notebook after uninstalling. Then try your games.

Click Safari in the menu bar and then Preferences.
Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Block cookies and other website data:
Select "Always".
Adobe Flash Player has to be downloaded, installed and allowed.
Allow Plug-ins
    Safari > Preferences > Security

Why do you assume that this problem is a "bug" that Apple has to address, and not a problem with your phone, that you need to address. Do you see others having this specific problem?
Try:
1. Reset phone (no data loss): press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears
2. Install using iTunes on your computer/
