Have Anyone Else Had Problems Playing Gta San Andreas While Using Audigy Ls Sound Card (Problems Like Music But No Sound Effects)?
I Did But I Installed My Old Sound Blaster Li've 5. Digital Sound Card And I No Longer Have That Problem.

I'm still using a soundblaster and I find the game crashing completely and locking up my computer.

I would like to play GTA: San Andreas (from the Mac App Store) with my Gamepad "Thrustmaster Firestorm Dual Analog 3". An internet-research did not help me. No Mac drivers avaible, but I found something called "ControllerMate". Unfortunatelly the software is way too complexive for me.
Can anyone help me?

You will get the authorization holds back. There are multiple ones if you kept trying to make the system accept the card that it declined.
No one here can say why the card was declined. Check with the bank and ask what they see on their end of the transaction. At this point you need to supply a different bank card or redeem an iTunes gift card.

Well my iPhone 5s gets hot playing grand theft auto San Andreas. I was wondering if anyone else experiences this on their own iPhone 5s. If you've experienced this please tell me I would really like to know How many other people are having this problem. It's hot in about two minutes of gameplay and it is Not or hot enough to burn my hand just uncomfortably warm. I'm going to guess videos buffer for a while also...
Two possibilities, one is you should close apps on the iPad, the other is your internet speed is not able to handle the demands of a high speed device.
To close apps: Double click home button, swipe up to close the apps.
To solve internet problem, contact your provider. Basic internet is not enough for video games and movies. Your router may be old and slow.

GTA: San Andreas On Sound Blaster Live! audio cut

on the game GTA: San Andreas for the PC, after you play it for a while the sound cuts out and certain things will not make a sound, and in points nothing except the radio will make any sound. i have all the latest drivers and patches for the card and game, if you can help i would be thankful.

Not too sure what you are asking but the Li've! 24Bit card incorporated Microphone In, Line In and Digital Out into single jack/connector(Blue) so you could only use function at one time only. If you wish to be able to use Microphone and Line In at the same time, you will need to check out the other cards like the Audigy 2 ZS, Audigy, Audigy 2, etc... that have Micro In and Line In built on separate jack.

Problems with GTA San Andreas

Last Sunday, I bought GTA San Andreas from the App Store, and now i have time to enjoy it - but there appeared 2 problems
install Savegames
           A few years ago i bought the same game for Windows, and played it throug. And now I won't play the missions again
           The last hour I tried to find a solution in the internet - and with trying out, but nothing helped
          I already tried:
appear the hidden folders, but nothing important appeared
saved the savegames under
          /Applications/Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas.app/Contents/Resources/Preferences/p_drive/Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files
also saved the savegames under
          /Applications/Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas.app/Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/data
play the first mission and then search the savegame
     - but nothing
     2.     install mods
             An other problem that I have is to install mods - cars, planes and more....
          I already tried:
SAMI => it looks like it would works, but in game the car doesn't exsist...
     - but also nothing
I would be sooo happy if someone can help me

libasound_module_pcm_jack.so is in the lib32-alsa-plugins pkg so it may work without lib32-jack but you might just have to use alsa in wine.
Also, the export should come before creating the wine dir you're going to install into.
Something like:
export WINEARCH=win32
export WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine-gtasa
winecfg
wine setup.exe
should work for you.

Deleting GTA San Andreas

Hello I have a question- I want to delete GTA San Andreas to clear up space on my iPhone and was wondering if I delete the app I can get my save data back if I redownload it? I have saved a slot to my phone in game and to the cloud in game, I have checked the documents and data in settings and it doesn't show up there. I have tried rebooting my phone but it doesn't show, basically all I want to know is can I get my data back using icloud if I delete it? Someone please help

You might be better off contacting the support for the App itself. But to take a shot at helping...
Have you first tried force quitting the app? Double click the home button, then scroll to the icon for the App. Swipe the app upwards to quit it from the task manager. I would add a reset (press and hold the home and sleep/shutdown buttons until the iPhone shuts down and you see the Apple logo.
If this doesn't work, you might want to try deleting and redownload and install the app.

GTA: San Andreas doesn't work

When I try to launch GTA: San Andreas under Wine, it doesn't work.

What does "it doesn't work " mean?
Have you tried deleting and installing again?
have you tried a reset?
Have you contacted the app developer?

Problems with Audigy 4 sound c

Ok, well I bought a new Gateway computer (FX400) speced with the audigy 4 sound card. Well I got it all set up, I ran a DVD and it ran beautifully, but then I noticed that when some system sound occured I got some of this wierd feeback, I also noticed it while using my mic, and I also noticed it while I was gaming on World of Warcraft, and Counter-Strike Source. First I tried downloading the updates for the card, no change. I then called Gateway, and they concluded that the card must be bad, well they came and installed a new one and the same problems occured. I was wondering if anyone else was having the problem I am having, and if there is anyway I can fix it with some sort of patch.

I just got a FX400XL from gateway with the audigy 4 sound card and the logitech z 5300 5. speakers and i get the popping/crackling noise in my speakers. It actually sounds more like a spark noise like if?you touch two li've wires together. So i?tried switching the speakers....that didn't work,?I hear it on the logitech speakers as well as the factory speakers and in headphones.
I tried switching the slot the card is in on the motherboard....that didn't work. I've installed?every driver for it possible....that didn't work.
I've tried changing power strips and moving the speakers further away from the tower and turning off my cell?phone......doesn't work. Gateway even replaced the soundcard....didn't work. Are?you seeing the trend here.
I notice that?I hear the noise when?I play F.E.A.R., when?I play streaming internet audio and video, flash videos and with certain programs like aim triton when some one signs on or off or when?I send an instant message it makes the sound. Its getting really annoying and I've read all the posts on possible solutions and what not.
I wish someone from creative would at least acknowledge that most of us here are suffering from this issue and?to assure us that their company is taking the proper steps to remedy this obvious product malfunction. Granted no product is perfect but if creative is a company?that advertises?the quality and care of their merchandise i would at least expect to them to recognize these issues and manage them with the quality and care that they so pride themselves in having. Failure to do so would only represent false advertising on the company's behalf.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- Try on another computer

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup

SBLive 5.2 Sound Bugs; GTA San Andr

I?ve been hearing about all these sound problems for SB Li've 5. on GTA San Andreas.
Things like;
After it rains, or entering a building = loss of all ambient sound, or all sound
Entering a car = hear nothing but the radio
No sound in cut scenes.
Solutions?
. There has been some success converting to quadraphonic. This is done via special non-Li've drivers like kXproject ones, or (try this first) just resetting windows sound settings to quadraphonic.
2. Also in one case an individual used the most recent windows 98 drivers and the bugs disappeared. Very confusing
3. Running dxdiag.exe, and pushing sound acceleration down notch by notch until it works, has had some success.
4. Also reinstalling the drivers is always a good thing.
I?d like to get some official Creative feedback on this issue if possible.

I've had the same kind of problems with my older Audigy soundcard...And honestly, the lack of response to this from either Rockstar or Creative is annoying me! I've tried using different drivers, which helped for a short while, but then my crackling and popping was right back where I didn't want it!
I'm currently unable to play the ****ed game in a satisfactory matter, if I leave the hardware acceleration on, the sound just starts popping, which also makes the game freeze for seconds at a time...A framerate of 0. frames per second is no fun at all! When I turn down the hardware acceleration, all I have left is the sound of the car radio, all speech and car sounds (the whole atmosphere of the game) are gone!
Things I've tried thusfar :
- Using SBLi've/Audigy drivers
- Installing the original drivers
- Replacing the eax.dll file with an older version (this actually helped for a bit, but apparently today the problems have returned)
- Changing/checking my speaker settings (both in the creative control panel and through windows)
- Using my onboard soundcard gave the same problems, so it might not even be a creative problem...As I'm sure they're happy to read!
This is annoying the hell out of me, I must have spent hours looking for a good fix for this problem, and all I'm finding in answers is to upgrade my soundcard, but noone is saying that that actually works! The most problems come from using older Audigy cards, but that's just wack. What ever happened to backwards compatibility? Has that been pushed out the door for the sake of profits?
I would like to hear the right solution, or a patch from either Rockstar or Creative, but I'm not holding my breath until this happens... Audigy 2 ZS Platinum + SPDIF out + GTA San Andr

I've recently bought an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum and I must say I'm very pleased with it.
I'm using an external audio receiver on witch I can only connect coaxial or optical. I've read the thread about digital connections and I know that its impossible to get surround sound with SPDIF in a game because it doesn't use an audio player (I have an ac3 encoder).
The problem is that GTA San Andreas (witch worked perfectly with my older sound cart (stereo)) plays his sounds as surround sound EAX, witch you all know is useless with SPDIF. The result is surround sound out of my front speakers only. So I'm missing about 70% of all the sounds (No voices, engine sounds, etc)
When I looked in the audio settings in the game I noticed that its impossible to change any settings at all (stereo/surround, EAX, Dolby, etc)...
I've tried many things, like setting my computer to stereo (sound and audio devices). I have even tried to use the analogue socket (only the stereo connection) but nothing seems to work...
Btw, I noticed another weird thing, in the THX console I can't select what speaker settings I have witch I could on an previous install (I had some di'ver probs.) In the console for the speaker settings the same problem but there I can select the option: "synchronise with configuration screen". But when I change the speaker settings there it changes back to 5. at start up....
Who knows a solution to this problem?

You did not install yout drivers correctly.
. Download the latest drivers from the Audigy 4 Pro section.
2. Right click on the downloaded file and select to extract it somewhere.
3. Go within the Folder, and find Drivers subfolder.
4. There should be an executable there. Run it.
5. Select to uninstall your current drivers, and make sure the option "Remove Creative shared files ..." is selected.
6. Restart and install the new driver using the same executable, while also checking the "Overwrite shared files" is selected!
Now you shouldn't have problems with the THX Console. I also had the smae problems and the Enviroments were also missing form the EAX Console. It was because I didn't select that overwrite option.
