Playing with OVD and db adapter for oracle

Question

I am playing a little with the product and i don't get run fine oracle db adapter.
Following the metalink note 387529.1 to do it all is fine however when i try to do this part:
"Open the server in the Browser > open Adapter Source Data > the new db adapter will be listed, showing all the schemas and tables available in the database.
Find the schema/table > on the right the records will be displayed
Select Client View > the namespace > note that the user will be displayed using the mappings specified earlier"
The right panel doesn't show mapping attributes and the client view doesn't show entries only the root dn defined in db adapter. I have tryed to do a database browser to see if it shows attributes from table entry and it doesn't show it. I have checked db connection and it is ok
Version testet 10.1.4.2 for linux and windows the same problem in both.
Is there someone with the same problem?

When I run 'Payables Open Interface Import', either through e-business suite, or from within BPEL, the parameter list shown in the Requests screen in ebs are the same in both cases, (except that the BPEL one gets stuck).
I have tried to run a different concurrent program, APXBABAL, 'Bank Account Listing'. It runs fine through EBS, but when I initiate it from BEPL as an asynchronous process I get the Request ID back, but the request sits there with a status of Pending/Normal.
The parameter list in the EBS Requests screen is blank, and when I click on the diagnostics button, as per usual, I get the following output:

....but it never completes.........and it doesn't look to have been initiated more to the point.
Regarding the responsibility that the process is running as, below is the username and responsibility settings within my wsdl file, which I am assuming are correct??
