If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -
I am setting up a new iTunes account and do not have a credit card. When I am setting the new account up it does NOT give me an option of "none" in lieu of an actual credit card. What do I do?

e.g. if currently logged into an account then log of it, then find a free app in the store, click on its free 'price', and you should then be able to create a new account during the 'buying' process and get 'none' as an option on the payments screen -
I just installed io7. When I tried to check my cellular usage, "view account", it would not let me enter my email or password. Also the "view account" is blue not black. Any solutions?
Apple IDs do not go out of existence. All purchases are PERMANENTLY associated with whatever ID was used for the purchase. Go here to investigate.

I have put my head phone jack surcuely in but it's not making much sound. I have turned it up the whole way but it only gives me a tiny whiny little bit of sound. It only does this if I push it really far into my ear!!! Help!
I own the movies and I want them to stay in my iTunes library basically forever.
But in both cases the file name no longer shows in the movie list, so I don't know how to re-download it from the Cloud.
iTunes prefs > Store > Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases.
This will show all your iTunes purchases in your library with a cloud icon down arrow. Click the icon to redownload or click on Play to stream without downloading.

and techncially, you don't "own" the movie, You simply have a license to use it.
Yet the first thing iTunes does when you hit the delete key is tell you that it will remove the movie forever from all devices and the library.
Actually, no it does not tell you that.
FYI: You should keep copies of all yoru iTnue spurahses as the labels/movie studios/copyright owners can pull their product at anytime and it won't be available to redownload.

I submitted my information to receive a replacement 1st generation nano but somehow did not notice what steps I needed to take to return the Ipod to Apple. What needs to be done after submitting the serial number information online in order to obtain a replacement?
They're supposed to send you a box with shipping instructions which you then use to send them your 1st generation iPod, however, I've been waiting a month for my box and can't figure out why I have not received it

<Email Edited by Host>Most of the people on these public forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your account id from your post.
If it's disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
If you have an iPad, iPhone and/or iPod Touch you might then need to log out of your account on them by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

I bought a new Ipod (5th generation). I am trying to sync it to my itunes. I tunes does not recognize my new ipod. It is registered. I was only able to download purchases I made from my old ipod. I cannot download my itunes library or any of the games I have purchased. I tried using the troubleshooting guide to no avail. The only thing I did not do was to uninstall and reinstall itunes. I did update it to the latest version. How can I get itunes to recognize my new ipod?

I have done everything that Apple Support has suggested, What can I do to fix this issue without having to replace the ipod?
I am afraid that the solution did not work... the ipod touch of mine seems really not functioning. It receives an electric isgnal from the computer but it doesnt sync at all... Whenever I put my ipod touch off and plug it to my computer it turns on but it doesnt sync... .. Moreover, I have used different PCs so as to try it syncing.. I recently purchased refurbished Apple TV to save few bucks, but I spend more than what I saved on refurbished one. I would suggest every one not to buy any refurbished product from Apple online store. The remote which come along with the unit is not working at all. I changed couple of batteries as I thought initially that the batteries may not be working but no success at all. I saved $14 on refurbished unit, but in total I have spend $10 to fix the issue but still it hasn't been fixed yet. I have taken an appointment for yesterday at Toronto Eaton center Apple store and again it will cost me atleast $25 again ($15 for parking and $10 for gas as I have to drive from Hamilton).

Not much consolation but even new products can have issues and might need a trip to a store to return/replace.
The reason i asked about the LED on the AppleTV is that occasionally it thinks it's paired with a specific remote and ignores others - the unpair keypress I described is quick and free.

Most likely because your credit card is expired.
Either repklace the credit card with a valid card or remove the credit card completely. -

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
