Umm, I want to be as "constructive" as possible, so I'll clarify my statement. My suggestion referred to the web based spell checker built into the apple discussions site. It's the little "ABC" checkmark icon between underline and quote. This application does not run on anyone's local machine, (Mac or other)- it's web based.
On the server, it contains a database of all the words that are spelled correctly, along with thousands of suggestions for how to correctly spell words that aren't correct.
Apple generally takes very good care to make the user experience seamless and well thought out. Unfortunately in this case, it's failure to include it's own brand names like "phone" seems careless or at least sloppy. If you look beyond just it's own product names like "iMac", you'll also discover than common feature words like WiFi, GSM and dozens of other words which are commonly used in these forums are also missing. I'm trying to help Apple give the most professional image possible.
As for your comment, immediatly replying that I'm not using a Mac so too bad seems to run counter to the desire of this community, beyond the fact that you don't understand this application. If the goal is to encourage Windows, (or in my case Linux), users to move to OSX, then you might want to be or encouraging and not so dismissive. If your goal is to alienate potential customers perhaps you're ideally suited for the Linux user community who's elitist ugliness for NOOBS is legendary.

Please add exit to the last line of the sql script

Hi,
I am executing a sql script from UNIX shell. When I execute it at the command prompt the script executes successfully, but when I schedule the script on cron, the script is throwing an error with the above message
"Please add exit to the last line of the sql script"
Any idea what is happening? Thanks in advance for any help

Powerview "Add this to the Data Model" checkbox is greyed out.

How can this checkbox "Add this to the Data Model" in the Import Data dialog box be made available and not greyed out?

Data Model is a new approach for integrating data from multiple tables, effectively building a relational data source inside the Excel workbook. Within Excel, Data Models are used transparently, providing data used in PivotTables, PivotCharts, and Power
View reports. between the data sources.
In your scenario, it seems that you import data from Analysis Services database. However, this option is not available for Analysis Services database. So in you want to made this option, you can import data from relational database.

What to do about this: "Required field, UPC, is missing. Please add UPC to the listing and retry the operation." ? We sell cassette tapes and sometimes they are are of a vintage that predates upc codes.

The last order that I placed with Amazon had a new UPC pasted over an old, similar product. It was not what I ordered. Close but no cigar. Hopefully, when all of this becomes 'official' in two weeks, there will be a timely manner to address item misinformation within the Product Catalogue. In the meantime, I would state all the item properties in the Item Description area to cover my butt.

You are right, if the ms-design-css-conversion set to “no” which means there is no need to do the conversion for the tag.

This is the OO Forum. There's often stuff here which really has nothing to do with OO.

This also has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with OO / ABAP objects.</b>
I think for people who want answers to their questions whether OO related or not will probably get a much better response if they post to the correct Forum.
Posting totally non OO related stuff to this Forum not only reduces the usefulness of this Forum to people who genuinely are looking for OO information / answers but also makes it difficult for people to answer your "non OO" question as they are unlikely to be reading this forum.
I'm not trying to be too difficult here but keeping most posts On Topic makes the Forum far more useful to everyone genuinely interested in OO .

$299 for the 16GB White which is what I have and as for contracts it is true must buy a contract. now i have heard of people buying the contract and phone then paying the $200 surcharg to end contract then user void phone by cracking it and go through some other companies this is HIGHLEY not advise considering APPLE will not touch your phone once you do so. your running a HIGH risk of errors and I dont even think iTunes will recognize it will it?. and tamara up there $1680 for contract fees *** is that i walked out of store with 16GB White and service for only $389 and first bill with activation charges was only $175, although i do think it is somewhat chincy that you wasnt text need seperate plan phone calls? also need seperate plan. bringing your average mo. price to around $100. **** my WORK phone is only 60 bux a month and has WAY more talk time and texting emails and datat than iPhone Service. I love iPhones safari though. very solid.

Well - it looks like you have really taken well to the new Nokia Software Updater. We can also see that there is a little bit of confusion about the service in its present state right now.
So... We got an email from the NSU team that gives a bit more info on the topic:
The Nokia Software Updater checks which software is available for your particular phone by comparing the software you currently have with latest software assigned to the 7 digit product code of your phone. If newer software is available for your 'variant', it will be downloaded.
In case the Nokia Software Updater says no new software is available but you believe this to be incorrect, please post your product code to these boards.

Your product code can be found on the label in the battery compartment (e.g. 0501234).

Greetings everyone.
I contacted Nokia Support, and they sent me some info on how to get support locally some days ago. However, I plugged my phone again today and voila! to my surprise, it detected the new firmware and right now that I'm typing, I am updating to the new version.
I'm not sure but I think I should thank Nokia Support for registering my Product Code and certainly for responding to my request in quite a short time.
I should also thank all the other guys who gave me help on this issue, specially scoopyman.

why i am not able to get good books on forms when compared to others design tools. I strongly believe that this is the disadvantage most people face while trying to learn oracle forms, one fact is that when compared to oracle forms,designer tools related to other technologies i find many number of books by many authors. It is very hard to find books on forms. somebody suggested to go to amazon.com , i hardly found 5 books, in which advanced forms and report by oracle press is good. I am not able to get books which explain each every property in from builder in illustrative mannaer. Can't we find that in any books ? somebody suggested oracle documentation, i gone through reference manual, its very helpful, but there is not illustrative examples in that also. I want specifically, HANDS-ON-EXPERIENCE step by step, can't we find such books on forms. It is happy to know that in oracle documentation, on reports, we have BUILDING REPORTS document. It's explain each and every aspects step by step. Why can't forms documentation management poeple do that regarding forms, like "BUILDING FORMS"
any restrinction on doingthis ? The most complaint people do is they are not find enough oracle developers, the reason might be most of the developes did'nt find any good books on oracle forms... i posted many times, no satisfied reply ...

it has great details and teaches you step by step on how to install start and configure system variables to develope and deploy forms on the web and client/server.

I just found it interesting that this was not included in the Help & Terms of Use information. Could you add, the next time they are updated, the time limit a user has to edit a post. I have seen this a number of times come up in the Discussions and it always leads to some confusion as to just how long a user has to edit their post. My apologies if it is there and I just didn't find it...it wouldn't be the first time.
I hope you find this constructive feedback for a future update to the Help & Terms of Use. Sorry if this has already been requested as I hadn't seen it.

In the isshell in ifs 1.1.9, I do a
ls -attrall
and I see "null" next to the property bundle. I assume this to mean that no property bundle has been created for this folder instance.
As for categories, 1.2 doc states.. "A folder, ... can be associated with zero,one or more categorys" I will have to create a new category for each file and or folder.
I really want to have additional attributes for each file.
I dont want to subclass folder because, if a user does a drag and drop in NTFS a folder will be created and not a MyFolder.
I have a kludge for now; I put a comma delimited list of items in description field.
Apparently this limitiation, is changed in 1.2. See above.

Somehow lost the ability to color my tabs : ( What happened. I can't even find an option to add colors to the tabs. Help, please.

After running a scan with Malwarebytes today I lost my tabs, and after I recreated them, I discovered I no longer had even the option to color them. How do I get the color options back?

You probably were using an add-on for that, since there isn't a built-in way to color tabs.
One way to lose all your extensions is if Firefox "reset". If that happened, you should see a new folder on your desktop named "Old Firefox Data". Does that appear anywhere?
