I got iphone5 in December 2012. I wanted to download some applications from apple store with wifi. After applications were downloaded i found that was downloaded by my LTE data around 1.5G data. It cost me $60. The most confuse thing is how can such a big company make this kind of mistake. Although the company fixed this bug. i still upset me.

Try resetting (rebooting) the iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything and sometimes solves mysterious problems.

Cached exchange mode was already marked so that was not the issue.
I have done all the usual of creating a new profile, reinstalling Outlook etc but nothing seemed to work. I also tried going back to Outlook 2007 and reinstalling Windows but same problem.
However, I am not sure if it is connected but I was useing the option in MS Live Sync to synchronise Office settings which I turned off recently and now no longer have the issue. Unfortunately I cannot remember when in the process I did this so cannot be

Anyone besides me get an annoying popup that cannot be deleted/closed reading:
FaceTime Password
Please enter your password for "my e-mail account name"
It happened to me today for the first time since upgrading to Mavericks 10.9.3, no "stop lights" in the title bar of the popup, in fact nothing at all.
I've never established a FaceTime account. So I tried to delete FaceTime from the Applications folder on the "system" disk thinking this may eliminate the popup. Mavericks informed me "Cannot delete FaceTime as it is used by the operating system.
Is this a MAC virus? Or is this an example user community alpha/beta testing that Apple just announced?

It's not clear to me what it is. If it occurs again, please take a screenshot of the popup and post it in a reply.
To take a screenshot hold ⌘ Shift 4 to create a selection crosshair. Click and hold while you drag the crosshair over the area you wish to capture and then release the mouse button. You will hear a "camera shutter" sound. This will deposit a screenshot on your Desktop.
If you can't find it on your Desktop look in your Documents or Downloads folder.
When you post your response, click the "camera" icon above the text field:
This will display a dialog box which enables you to choose the screenshot file (remember it's on your Desktop) and click the Insert Image button.
The screenshot attachment option for this support site appears only on computers - not on iPads.
⌘ Shift 4 and then pressing the space bar captures the frontmost window.
⌘ Shift 3 captures the entire screen.
Drag the screenshot to the Trash after you post your reply. -

Hello, iam using the latest version of firefox, whenever i login into my yahoo mail account i get a stop script error, the details of the error script is mentioned below , please suggest how to stop this
the website is www.mail.yahoo.com. i was getting the same STOP script error every now and then in firefox 6 as wellI have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6. -
My Mail App (Lion) does not open the inbox. I cannot read the incoming mail. what shall I do? please, help!
I have this issue also. What I am doing is going to mailbox and to "get mail". Then it appears in the inbox. But there has to be a better way! I just posted my quetion, also.

Help me please going crazy, I have my Iphone 4S getting my e-mails from my computer using outlook but when I delete yhem on my computer they stay on my phone, I am syncing via the cloud, Is there a setting that stopps this e-mail from growing on my phone?
For outlook or hotmail emails they use a pop server technology that you can't sync your computer and your iPhone with. You have to unfortunately delete the emails from both devices. It is super frustrating but that is the only way.

Ipod not connecting again, apple please read this.
First let me state that I made posts awhile back about my Ipod touch not being able to be recognized by itunes at all and just as a camera by windows. Now every single guide did nothing to help and the FEW people that posted had posted things I already did that did not help.
HOWEVER the version of Itunes that was prior to the one I just downloaded connected PERFECTLY with no issues.
But I just updates and wouldnt you know it, the connection problem is BACK. Apple please read this, the last version of Itunes had something different with how it connected to the Ipod...PLEASE bring that back, its so inconvenient not being able to connect to my own Ipod
If someone wants to post a reply that might help feel free...but everything on this website and even a few others not posted here have not worked, this is mostly me praying that Apple reads it...that tiny difference on how it connected made a huge difference with my computer.Thanks. I worked out a simpler method of turning off the internet access - just switching off my wireless modem. Either way, this works and with the PC not connected to the internet, all three Apple devies will sync.
Thinking about it now, I had a similar problem a few versions ago which I recognised because with Home Sharing on and connected to the internet iTunes was trying to find files from someone in another hotel room who also sharing the hotel's wireless network. My devices would not sync then either. This seemed to be resolved with subsequent itunes upgrades until now ....
Thanks for the advice. Let's hope Apple's next 'update' actually updates itunes so it can sync Apple devices whilst simultaneously connected to the internet (not a big ask really). -

I have a brilliant suggestion and didn't know where to post it but here it is.
I work at a pharmacy. The program we are currently using is called PDX Pharmacy. I'll be honest with you, it *****. It takes a million steps to complete one simple task. My main issue is clearly this program's user interface. We use this program on a daily basis and it is used on our windows based PCs. This program is what prints out the information for our prescription labels. I hate it so much. I guess what I'm trying to say here is that Apple is known for their outstanding graphical user interface and I know that you geniuses over there in Cupertino can come up with some great stuff. Please hear me out on this: make me a pharmacy prescription filling program for the family owned pharmacy that I work for!

Either they're being sent to a different email address, or got caught in a spam filter, or something's wrong at Apple's end. If you can't find the email, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions, which can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.

It sounds like you've restored Windows on your PC and iTunes is no longer opening and running normally.
I'd recommend using the instructions found at step 4 and 5 in this article to repair or remove/reinstall your iTunes installation:

I got passed on OCJP exam and need certificates right now so I sent lots of e-mail to oracle official e-mail.
like 3days ago, I got an requesting e-mail from [email protected] saying that I need to send my address to
[email protected] so that they can process my certificate through DHL.
I was so delighted to send my all information and address to [email protected] immediately but today, I got another requesting mail saying that they haven't get any response from me. Why didn't they get my response ? I'm sure I sent e-mail to [email protected]
I was confused and replied back to [email protected] but got auto reply saying that I got failed to send e-mail.
I think that [email protected] set me as spam or something because they always ignore me and actually
