Please can you clarify this and give me an example ?
I want to sign up with iTunes connect to publish my books, but there is this section of the contract which I didn't get it is not clear will you please clarify it and give me an example.
"Apple shall be entitled to a commission, in accordance with this Section 5(a) on the delivery of any eBook to any eBook purchaser, even if Apple is unable to collect the Customer Price for that eBook from that eBook purchaser."
Does it mean that if someone did a purchase of my book you deliver it, before you got paid and it will be registered as sold, and I have to pay the commission for an unpaid book which may be done by many humbugs hundred times .
It might be similiar to the way Amazon does it - if you set the eBook price higher at one store than every other store, that store has the right to lower the price and collect the lower price for it (price matching).
So you sell your book at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Apple.
At Amazon it's $5.
At Barnes and Noble it's $5.
At Apple it's $10.
Apple has the right to lower the price to $5 and collect the commission on $5 and only remit you your commission on the $5.
That's my GUESS. I don't actually know, I just know what's how Amazon does it.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

The update presented to me to upgrade to is 10.5.8, current version is 10.1.8 updated on March 8th. Why is there another update so soon??OK, looking closer, it is saying I have 10.5.8 and it is trying to download Reader 11. However, my applications folder says my current version is 10.1.8. The enclosed screenshot appeared when I clicked on a link in a "Proxy Statement" I received as a shareholder. The link was to take me to shareholder voting. It originated from my brokerage firm, so really unlikely it was spam link. So, when I went ahead and installed this I got the error message I posted in first email.

What information do you want to share, exactly? You can share contacts, reminders, and calendars with other iCloud users without the need for both of you to use the same iCloud account. You can authorize both phones to use apps purchased under the same Apple ID without sharing an iCloud account.
Sharing an iCloud account is a bad idea in general. There is too much opportunity for someone to damage or delete data that will affect both. -
My App store doesn´t work under my user. Everything is ok if I start with a guest user. I have a Yosemite MacBook Pro. How can I solve this? Because I'm unable to open the App Store, Mail, Contacts and so on. Please can you help me.

i am running some vis in frames of sequence frome frame number 1 to frame 10.after this i would like to create one other vi with some strings and i want to save it to disk with a save button. i am opening,writing and closing the data.what i want is that a save button to write the file .moreover i would like to run the application first and then press the safe button to write it to disk.i am sending you the vi. please can you tell me how can i correct this vi?

Sorry... But... The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.

If it's the phone and have recently run out of battery, plug it into a charger, and wait 5 minutes before trying to switch it back on again; iPhones, if they run out of battery when plugged in again sometimes take a short while to turn on.
