Please CANCEL my creative cloud photography account. WHY do I have to jump through hopes like this to cancel.

I never got the 5 pop up for cancelling. Turns out I was forced to call to be told Adobe would not cancel my month to month membership without charging a penalty. I already uninstalled all cloud since they weren't working properly and consistently.
Fine Adobe so be it you want to punish a customer for wanting to cancel a SERVICE. I have Adobe suite that is not cloud and cloud will be something I will never consider gain . People should have the right to cancel MONTH to MONTH memberships. I am also switching to other software for my art and photo editing.

    If you have subscribed to the creative cloud photography plan then Lightroom is included as part of that plan. You can install it from the creative cloud desktop manager.

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
    How come you guys cant solve this kind of problem?

  • Why does photoshop cc cost more than creative cloud photography plan?

    I see that Photoshop cc costs $10 per month more than the photography plan, even though the plan includes photoshop cc.  Are the applications different in the two plans?

    The main difference in price between them is because Photoshop CC plan comes with 20GB of online storage space and inclusion Behance ProSite.

  • Switching to Creative Cloud Photography

    I used the Creative Cloud Teacher/Student plan for the last year but have now switched to the Creative Cloud Photography plan. My account shows that I have cancelled the Teacher/Student plan and purchased the Photography plan. I am getting an error message that my plan is about to end. I already have Photoshop and Lightroom on my computer from the Teacher/Student plan. Do I need to re-download those? Or I am just getting error messages from the old plan and I will roll smoothly into the new plan? Thanks for your help. (I am using a Mac if that makes any difference.)

    You can choose to ignore those reminders as of the yearly renewal of the CC purchased last year on August 2013.

  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan only works in Trial Mode?

    Hello everyone,
    I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan for a year and paid for it. I use a mac so i downloaded Creative Cloud app for Mac.
    Donwloaded Photoshop CC and Lightrom 5 (Which are included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan) but i can only run them in trial mode.
    Don't Creative Cloud Photography Plan include to rights to use this programs or do i have to buy licences for them anyway?
    Because i didn't think that i am going to need the licenses, i thought that just the Creative Cloud Photography Plan is enough to use them.
    Does anybody know anything about that?

    I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Individual for $9.99 a month.  The photoshop tools do not compare to CS4, I can't click on the arrow to get to the other tools withing the set  and I get this error code: I get this error code: One or more files in the adobe application support folder, necessary for running photoshop are missing.  Please run the Photoshop installer and reinstall photoshop. and can't figure out how to get to the installer again!
