I have had no success following the links to your customer care team.  24/7 chat is "unavailable" and the phone system is a rabbit hole.  Please cancel my monthly subscription immediately.  Thank you.

    There are no active subscriptions under the Adobe ID used to post on the forum.
    Please check if you used a different Adobe ID/email address to sign up for your subscription.  You need to sign in on adobe.com using this ID and then you'll get the phone/chat options for our support team - Contact Customer Care

  • What happens if you cancel a creative cloud subscription but are still getting charged?

    Last month we requested to cancel our original adobe creative cloud subscription (had 3 seats) and move these 3 seats to a new company creative cloud subscription.
    We contacted customer support and explained that we wanted this subscription cancelled. They said via chat that it was cancelled but we have seen automatic invoices stating a payment for September had gone through on our credit card to pay for the original creative cloud subscription.
    How do we go about cancelling this original subscription all together so this doesn't happen?

    The last charge was on September 9th 2014 for order # AD002776386NZ, Please confirm the date of cancellation requested via private messaging, I can follow up the case.

    Hi, my account is currently saying Creative Cloud Free Membership, 30-day free trial. I assume this is because it has been renewed for another year. However, there is no "cancel account" button and contacting customer care has sent me here - with no other options.
    I don't want to pay for a subscription I'm not intending to use, so would appreciate if it was cancelled - in fact, I didn't want to renew it in the first place so am a bit annoyed there is such a long process to get to this point.

    I signed up for a student account, paying $19.99 per month. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed that I am being charged over $30 per month for Creative Cloud services. When I log onto my account it says that I have a "Free Creative Cloud Membership" and there aren't any credit card options available to cancel or manage.  I'm not given an option to cancel or delete my account.
    I have gone through the steps that Adobe provides on their website, but this has not resolved the problem (as there is no option to cancel or manage my account or credit cards).
    I am very frustrated by the lack of support coming from Adobe to fix this problem, so I'm reaching out to you guys. Has anyone had a similar problem, and if so, how did you resolve this?

    I just purchased the $14.99 per month subscription and it's not making sense at all. I can't find lightroom in there and the photoshop says that I only have 21 days left on my trial period. I didn't do the trial period, I am paying it monthly starting yesterday. I am totally a newbie to both photoshop and photography but I believe this is not making sense at all.

    I never got the 5 pop up for cancelling. Turns out I was forced to call to be told Adobe would not cancel my month to month membership without charging a penalty. I already uninstalled all cloud since they weren't working properly and consistently.
    Fine Adobe so be it you want to punish a customer for wanting to cancel a SERVICE. I have Adobe suite that is not cloud and cloud will be something I will never consider gain . People should have the right to cancel MONTH to MONTH memberships. I am also switching to other software for my art and photo editing.

    I bought Photoshop CS 6 then subscribed to Creative Cloud for the introductory price for one year. I canceled my Creative Cloud subscription and every time I try to use my CS6 software, I get an error message about updating my payment information so I can continue to use my software.

    If you have licensed versions of software that you purchased separately from your Cloud subscription you can still use them.  There is a chance that the Cloud will have taken over for them in which case you may have to uninstall, clean things up, reinstall.

    I want to purchase the Creative Cloud subscription for my current iMac but have plans to purchase a new computer in about 7-8 months. What would the fee be for canceling my subscription and going Creative Cloud on my next computer?

    You can use the one annual subscriptioin on two computers.
    From the Adobe Creative Cloud FAQ here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html:
    On how many computers can I install the software I download from Creative Cloud?
    You can install the desktop applications available in Creative Cloud on your primary computer and one backup computer, as long as they are not running at the same time. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both. See the product license agreements page for more information.

    I am a higher-education educator and have two questions regarding buying a Creative Cloud subscription in the Thailand Adobe store.
    1) The plan for the first year is 600 THB per month. How much is it after this? The terms and conditions do not make this clear. They say
    The promotional price is valid for the first 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically, at the standard annual plan price (current pricing information is available at Adobe.com)
    However, there is no 'standard annual plan price' that I can see for educators.
    2) I wish to pay annually, since I don't have a Thai credit card. I have an English credit card and I will be charged a foreign transaction fee every time. Is it possible to pay annually? I wish to use the Thai store because I teach in a Thai University, and it is cheaper than the British store.

    I wasn't really asking for speculations about future prices, just wanted to know what the "Standard" price was for educators, which the subscription will revert to after one year.
    In the end I bought CS6 Master Collection. For students/educators in the South-East Asia store the price is really good.
