Will someone please cancel my subscription for me. Or at least send me the link where I can talk to someone. I have been going through constant loops and getting no where. The link to the contact page just brings me here.

Help please itunes not working, i have tried everything.
I have windows vista and everytime i try to open itunes it says itunes is not working and then it shuts down. I deleted it and reinstalled it many times, i have tried repairing it, it doesnt work.
Here is what i think caused it, i was trying to convert music files to work with windows media player. so i tried installing different codec programs (I deleted the old before i tried a new codec program. I have since deleted them all and figured out a way to convert them but now itunes doesnt work.
I dont know what to do i would do system restore but i tried it earlier and all the codec programs were stuck in the menu and i couldnt get rid of them so i restored it back.
Is there something in the registry screwing it up? how do i fix it?so i tried installing different codec programs (I deleted the old before i tried a new codec program.
which codec packs did you try installing? can you recall which versions you installed? -
How can I cancel RedKareoke? They give you explicit instructions but they do not work. They just still keep taking it out of my account. I have e-mailed them and they said they would delete it but the $7.41 just keeps coming out every month. And I cannot talk to anyone in person. The bank won't put a stop payment on an ACH item like this.

There seems to be an issue with the iTunes store. There are quite a few posts with similar complaints, but I have not seen a statement from Apple.

Okay, so I have tried everything listed on Apple's website to get my IPOD to be recognized in ITUNES. When I plug my IPOD into the USB port, the "do not disconnect" screen pops up. Nothing happens in ITUNES. Windows Vista pops up and says "Do you want me to scan and fix the IPOD F: drive?" Either selection doesn't do anything. I have tried the 5 R's from apple. I have tried to download every update available etc. I have tried to even go in and update the driver. However Vista is telling me that I have the most up to date version of everything. When my IPOD isn't connected to the PC, everything seems normal - except for the fact that there is no music or anything on it. But all menus are available and accessbile. Can anyone suggest what to do here? I am at a loss. Please help!! Thanks.
Yes, I'm having the same problem. If I connect my iPod to my laptop while iTunes is open, the 'Do not disconnect' sign appears, the battery does not charge, and my iPod doesn't appear either in iTunes or on my desktop. Since it doesn't appear in either of these places, I have to ignore the 'do not disconnect' sign and disconnect anyway. If I then reset my iPod, quite iTunes and reconnect iPod to laptop, everything's fine - iTunes opens, and recognizes the iPod. I guess this isn't the end of the world, since I can simply avoid ever connecting my iPod to my laptop while iTunes is open, but is this normal?

I need help! My itunes will not open in Windows Vista. I have tried everything suggested by the apple website. Even when I open itunes in safe mode, it still will not allow me to continue. I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.

I have had an iTunes account for 3 years. I have tried for at least two years to delete these purchases that I did not purchase off my iTunes downloads. I have tried everything. I took iTunes off my computer, redownloaded . I have tried deleting and removing them. I do not know how they got there but everytime I go to download anything these 8 purchases start to download. I then have to pause them all and back to the agganizing termoil of trying to delete them off my account. Can you please please help meI am beyond aggrevated because nothing I do deletes these things off, and I have tried for two years with no results but more aggrivation.
I would contact Apple Support either on the phone or via e-mail and have them check if they could remove these questionable purchases off your account.
There is currently no way to do this on your own.
And re-installing iTunes does not help as all the purchase info is stored on Apple's servers. -
I am new to iPad and have an iPad 2. I would like to delete my emails on my iPad but not on my mailbox, but every time I delete an email on my iPad 2 it disappears off my desktop. I have tried everything that I can think of but cannot find a way of stopping this. Can anyone please help me?

If you have a POP account, you'd see the Advanced button at the bottom of the window that opens as per the above. It's all the way at the bottom, so you'd need to scroll down. If it's not at the bottom, you may have IMAP, as per igm's post.
I am not familiar with IMAP, but it sounds like the Delete from server "Never" is not an option for IMAP.....
Anyone else to shed light on this for IMAP?? -
I cannot open itunes on my windows (older verson of windows) It keeps saying short cut has change or moved and no longer working properly. I have tried to do a repair on the file but the computer wont let me. I have tried reinstalling itunes but still not working. Hi, when you say you have tried everything... I presume you have gone into Settings > Store and logged out and back in with your account details?
You could try purchasing an app via iTunes to see if its an issue with the device or the account you're using.

Message was edited by: anganaYou don't see it on the left-hand side of iTunes - you need to connect and select the iPad on the left-hand side, and then one of the tabs on the right-hand side that you use to select which content to sync to the iPad should be Photos : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236
You will need to select and sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent sync remains on the iPad, not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from it.
