    I have no experience trying to cancel a membership.  Can you briefly explain what problem you have in trying to do it that makes you say it is hard to do... it might help identify something that can be fixed.

    Bad luck! You have ended up with a bunch of other people that would also love to cancel their membership if there was a better product out there.

    The instructions dont work!
    I have been trying to cancel my account for over an hour and a half now. Adobe is without doubt the most unprofessional and underhand organisation I have ever experienced. I want to get as far away from dealings with this company as I possibly can.
    I wish I had never started an account, your download which I have paid for hasnt even worked and I am sick to death of wasting my life trying to sort out issues created by Adobe that I shouldnt have to.
    Why is there no contact number to call or email to write to?
    The experience that I have had only leaves me at the conclusion that you are nothing better than a criminal organisation!

    Hi lmc293,
    As you are using the 30-day trial of the Adobe Creative Cloud, you need not cancel it as it will expire after 30 days.
    However, if you do not wish to continue the trial you may uninstall the Creative cloud and the CC applications from your machine as shown in the help document below:
