Please clarify details regarding the Creative Cloud subscription

I am a higher-education educator and have two questions regarding buying a Creative Cloud subscription in the Thailand Adobe store.
1) The plan for the first year is 600 THB per month. How much is it after this? The terms and conditions do not make this clear. They say
The promotional price is valid for the first 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically, at the standard annual plan price (current pricing information is available at Adobe.com)
However, there is no 'standard annual plan price' that I can see for educators.
2) I wish to pay annually, since I don't have a Thai credit card. I have an English credit card and I will be charged a foreign transaction fee every time. Is it possible to pay annually? I wish to use the Thai store because I teach in a Thai University, and it is cheaper than the British store.
Thanks.

Sorry for my slow reply; the notification got filed as spam.
Thanks for your advice. I wouldn't have thought about buying prepaid cards from Amazon. Nice idea.
I wasn't really asking for speculations about future prices, just wanted to know what the "Standard" price was for educators, which the subscription will revert to after one year.
In the end I bought CS6 Master Collection. For students/educators in the South-East Asia store the price is really good.

  • Where do I find the Creative Cloud Subscription Serial Number?

I'm trying to add my subscription to my products and services and need the serial number for Creative Cloud? Within my Adobe products subscriptions and services there is no Adobe Creative Cloud subscription listed? In order to register this subscription I am required to enter a serial number for it to register? I do not understand why this subscription isn't automatically added to my accounts products and I'll be damned if I can find its serial number? Good Grief lets complicate matters, RIGHT? As simple as this wshould be, does anybody know where to locate it, please?

Get in touch with support. CCM is automatically added on your account. If it isn't, then something went wrong.

  • Is PhotoShop Elements available as part of the Creative Cloud subscription?

I currently have a Creative Cloud for teams monthly subscription, but I'd like to get Photoshop Elements.  Do I need to purchase that separately, or am I able to download it as part of my subscription?

    Hi,
Photoshop Elements is not a part of the Creative cloud and needs to purchased separately.

  • Please include Revel in the Creative Cloud Membership

    Adobe,
Your goal is to get us all on Cloud Memberships, It's a win win for you on the revenue side.  And for us on the end user side, we will always have the latest and greatest Adobe genius ideas and offerings at our finger tips.
Since you are already adding other normal monthly cost items to the service as a benefit of moving to the Creative Cloud.  Could you perhaps throw in the Revel annual membership?  This would be a great addition to the package.
    Thanks,
    Steve

I'd like to second this. I purchased a Revel subscription well ahead of the CC announcement, mainly as a cloud based place to store photos since Apple's MobileMe Gallery is scheduled to go away, and at the time no iCloud equivalent was expected. Now CC seems a better overall solution, especially considering Adobe's product description seems to imply that Lightroom 4 will eventually become part of the CS6 and CC package. Having Revel subscriptions separate and outside the CC per se seems to only make sense to an accountant.

  • Price of the Creative Cloud Subscription is going up!

I love the Adobe Creative Cloud, don't get me wrong. But where oh where is the sense in raising the cost of membership especially to long time users. I've never bootlegged software in my career, which is a real career with training, college and I teach design. I feel like the boot is being put in now. I haven't been able to raise my prices in years, but software prices go up all the time. I think I'll get a job in another field if I end up having to pay $50.00 a month for software that at most would cost me $350 a year to upgrade regularly. Yeah I know I have access to the whole library of products but meh.

Hahahaha! What a honeymoon! Are you an Adobe employee?
I received this today, after my credit card was charged 29.99 USD (includes tax) and I had to sign up for the "New" special low rate which is 29.99 PLUS tax bringing my month of May membership (I had no choice of start date) to over $33 USD (including tax). Oh yes my dear colleague, the price of membership is going up. But there's no way in god's green earth that I ever, ever will pay $600 per year for the pleasure of making as little money as I do now. I have subscribed to Creative Cloud, I have also downloaded an used Forms Central desktop app. created a form, but when I want to publish it I am asked to upgrade/Subscribe now. So the question is, do I have any access to Forms Central publishing - collect responses online - or am I going to have to take out another subscription to be able to do that?

This might be helpful, 1 form at the time is available with the Cloud

  • To update ...please quit Lightroom, launch the Creative Cloud app, and click the "Install" button next to Lightroom CC (2015).

    Great.
Lightroom CC does not show up in my Creative Cloud App.
Lightroom 5 shows up. It says it's up to date. It is not.

    Lincoln,
Just to be sure, have you verified that your system meets the requirements for LR6 CC 2015? Apps won't show up if your system does not meet certain requirements needed to run them.

  • Is it still possible for me to buy the student creative cloud subscription?

I am a student, but I also earn a bit of money in my freetime using an editing software similiar to Photoshop to complete a few design jobs.
Since I think that Photoshop is way better and I need other programms too, I would like to buy the creative cloud subscription.
Is it still possible for me to buy it as a student, when I also use it to earn a bit money? (max. 17.500€)

    Lennart Söntgen wrote:
I saw that and read it already, but my question was if it matters that I would also use the programms to earn a bit money and not only for student purposes

  • If I bought the creative cloud student edition today can I exchange it for something else?

    Please read
To clarify, I bought the Creative Cloud student edition today cause I needed illistrator for a class asap and there were also some other programs I wanted and I couldnt afford to buy them all seperatly. Thats why I bought creative cloud but then a couple hours later I find that the CS6 production premium student edition has all the programs I initially wanted. After crunching some numbers I relized that I should of bought that instead of the creative cloud because I would of ended up paying a lot more for contiuous years of using it where as if I get the Cs6 production premium then I could save myself alot of money which I dont really have alot of already. So I guess what im asking is can I cancel my subscription that I just bought today and get the CS6 production premium stedent edition without haveing to pay the 50%? or what is the best way for me to go about this where I lose the least amount of money? I have looked through the help forums and tried my best to find the answers or help I need but couldn't. I dont mean to waste anyone time with my sob story but any help would be appreciated

  • Can I download the Creative Cloud programs on another computer and then instal them on my laptop?

    Hi everyone,
I would prefer to download the CC Programs at work, save them to a USB then install them on my Laptop.  Can this be done?
    Thanks

MissJayne please see the following blog post regarding the Creative Cloud packager - http://blogs.adobe.com/jnack/2013/04/whats-the-creative-cloud-packager.html.  This would allow you to create installation packages which could be run from your USB drive.

  • Please help decide on buying creative cloud

I have a few questions regarding the creative cloud setup.
I am a photographer and would therefore want to go with the package that includes Photoshop and Lightroom at $9.99 per month.
But I also enjoy design and therefore think I might need to get the complete set.
Is it possible to get the photoshop and lightroom set first and then upgrading later on if I see I need to?
Also I have a desktop at home, but take my laptops on shoots. Is it possible to have the suite on bought computers or must I then buy two?
    Please help.
    Thanks
    Andrea

  • Creative cloud subscription without internet access

Would there be a way to get the creative cloud subscription for my work with out using the internet monthly by paying the year in full. My workstation is not online and can't be, it is part of a internal network.

Hi there - the Creative Cloud FAQ states that you must have internet connection at least once a month:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html
Do I need ongoing Internet access to use my Creative Suite applications?
Because your Creative Suite applications are installed directly on your computer, you will not need an ongoing Internet connection to use them on a daily basis. However, you will need to be online when you install and license your software, and at least once every 30 days thereafter. The software will alert you when you need to connect to the Internet for a license status check.
...however, you may be able to call Customer Support to update your license status in person. I would try contacting customer service:
    800-833-6687 (M-F, 5am-7pm EST)
    or live chat.
An alternative solution for this is to install one or more applications on a secondary computer that you use outside of the internal network, say, a personal laptop. Since the Creative Cloud license allows for use on two devices, you could complete the monthly license check via the applications on your secondary computer. Doing so would validate your whole memberhsip, and all devices/applications linked to it.
Either way, I'd contact customer support just to be sure.
    Cheers! Good luck

  • Edge Tools and Services Are Not Included in Creative Cloud Subscription?

I purchased my Creative Cloud subscription for a year. I have installed all the applications I intend to use from the Adobe Application Manager.
When I run the software that is part of the Creative Suite, it prompts me to register the product with my account and then it launches just fine. But when I try to run the software that is part of the Edge Tools & Services, it prompts me that I do not have a subscription and asks if I would like to start my 30 day trial. Shouldn't these applications be included in the Creative Cloud subscription? Or do they need a separate subscription for some reason?

    Hi Kplover,
Which Edge tools are you asking about specifically? I think Edge Animate is the only one included for installation in Adobe Application Manager at present. Edge Inspect and Code are still in preview.

  • Cancel fee for Creative Cloud Subscription

I want to purchase the Creative Cloud subscription for my current iMac but have plans to purchase a new computer in about 7-8 months. What would the fee be for canceling my subscription and going Creative Cloud on my next computer?

You can use the one annual subscriptioin on two computers.
From the Adobe Creative Cloud FAQ here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html:
On how many computers can I install the software I download from Creative Cloud?
You can install the desktop applications available in Creative Cloud on your primary computer and one backup computer, as long as they are not running at the same time. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both. See the product license agreements page for more information.
