Hi, as i have started training on CCIE security version 4, with Networkers Zone, the only istitute for ISE training in India (http://networkerszone.com/), i just wanted to confirm what is the ISE role in version 4 or if it would be entirely in version 5.

The iPhone bought unlocked from the Apple store in the US will work in Brazil on GSM. Nevertheless the LTE frequencies might be different.
Be aware that:
You will NOT be able to order from the US Apple online store. You will have to go to a physical Apple store in the US.
The warranty is only valid in the US and you will not be able to get warranty service in Brazil.
With all of that, why not buy the iPhone in Brazil?

Kishore mentioned the Subject Area, and his statement is correct. But allow me to describe what that means in terms of the repository.
You have three layers in the repository - Physical, Business Model, and Presentation. Even if you make TONS of changes in the Physical and/or Businee Model layers, but the folders and columns in the Presentation Layer remain the same (i.e. if all you're doing is changing the underlying definitions of the Presentation Layer objects), then your saved reports will be just fine. Answers will see the exact same columns that it saw before the changes, because you would have made no changes to what Answers looks at -- the Presentation Layer.
You may also ADD new columns to the Presentation Layer, and that won't hurt anything either, because your existing queries wouldn't have included them yet -- they didn't exist before!
If you move columns around in the Presentation Layer, into different folders, that would typically be a bad thing, because your existing query would be expecting to find a particular column in a particular presentation table, and it wouldn't be there.
If you rename a column, you would probably be OK. When you rename a Presentation layer column, OBIEE automatically assigns an Alias (see the columns Alias tab), so that existing reports don't break.

Sorry, but that opportunity has long passed. Your options now are:
Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mountain Lion, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion by contacting Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

Please confirm use of mini DVI-Video (s-video) cable with Macbook

Hi,
I have tried to use the Mini DVI-> Video cable with my new Macbook in order to be able to connect to my TV.
Unfortunately it doesnt work, I do get the resolution change when I plug in the cable but nothing on the TV. I went back to the local Apple center and they tested the cable on a Powerbook G4, it worked flawlessly. Then they tried a monitor on my Macbook's DVI port, it also worked.
But when trying the mini DVI to Video cable on the Macbook, no luck!
Can anybody please confirm they have used this cable and connected successfully to a TV?? Using either the s-video option or composite?

I can confirm that the s-video connection to a standard CRT TV using the mini-DVI video adapter does NOT work with my MacBook.
The display is detected, and when mirroring is enabled, the resolution on the MacBook display is adjusted, but the TV doesn't display the MacBook signal. Instead, I get a black screen or some random flickers of color. Following the instructions in the help files, I've adjusted the resolution down to its lowest level with no success.
My guess is that this is related to the fact that the integrated graphics relies on system RAM, and I am running my machine with the stock 512 Mb RAM it shipped with (2 GB are on their way).
On the off chance it would help, I even tried closing the display, in hopes that the memory savings from turning off the MacBook display would enable the TV signal, but no luck.

Hello. I upgraded my MIFI 2200 (had no contract on it) to a Jetpack (with a contract) when customer service told me this 4G device would use less data because it was faster. This was not correct. Anyway, I got the device, had problems, did tech support

Anyway, I got the device, had problems, did tech support, re-activated my MIFI. 1. Decided to return the device. Spent hours with Customer Service, then finally up to Management, they agreed to take it back and void the contact, I sent it back immediately – and instead of voiding the contact they transferred it to my MIFI! Please cancel the contract on the MIFI. 2. During the short time I had the Jetpack I continually received overage alerts, took it all the way up to 30 GB, each time I backdated the new data plan except twice when customer service did and failed to back date the increase, and once the computer locked customer service out and could not increase. The end result is I have a $495 bill, many of these alerts were false since I ended up with only 14 MG for the month, etc. I am asking that my bill be reduced significantly to reflect no overage and to compensate for these problems. Please open up a ticket for this.

I had Verizon JetPak and you will find it will eat data like crazy. I opted to sign on to ATT Uverse and configured my phones and other devices to the WiFi on the Uverse system. It took about 5 minutes to completed the configuration. I was using 10 to 12 GB monthly to support 5 devices. Even if you use Verizon DSL, you are still subjected to same GB allotment. In my area, Verizon DSL is not available. With Uverse, I have 250 GB monthly to use, and I have not even come close to using anything of that magnitude. I reduced my GB package with Verizon to 2 GB per month and since having ATT Uverse, I never use more than 1GB a month with Verizon.
I have no problem with Verizon cell phone service as we get a much stronger signal where we live than you can with ATT or any others. It is just my opinion, but if you are running multiple devices off Verizon Jetpak, you will eventually spend a fortune to keep pace. I pay $60 a month for 18 Mbps speed, although ATT have packages that cost much less. But, it saves me a bundle each month. The cost of Uverse alone is worth not having to run everything through a Jetpak.
If you have the option to use another DSL service provider in your area, I recommend dumping the Jetpak and sign on with another carrier.

Yes, they are "out of date", even though code is the same. The 1.0.2
release was refreshed, the code plugins are all exactly the same, but the
qualifier on some features (and, hence, code plugins) were
fixed up to allow update manager to work. The correct "drop site" for
1.0.2 is now

I think, actually, the problem with the update site is that update manager
has a tendancy to give you only the "smallest" most recent update. If you
would have said "update again", even using the mirror, I believe it would
have given you another update, the 1.0.2.v200604280000 version.
If I can figure out a safe way to do it, some day I'll clean out those
"out dated" versions (200604200208) to help avoid the confusion. But, as a
general rule, when ever you use update, you might want to do it several
times, until it tells you "there are no updates". If you are in the mood
to experiment to confirm this, that would be great (although, obviously,
you'd have to "start over" with your prevous version, and I do not know
how easy that would be for you.)

If you are just using the device as an iPod touch, it won't matter if you update it, so long as you still have a Softbank SIM in the device. It doesn't have to be active, but you will need it to activate the device after you update the firmware. It won't be locked to where it cannot be used as a Touch, unless you consider not activating it, but that is something you can still do.

Which simulated DAQ device would give a value between 0 - 50? I am trying to run LabVIEW Basics I course project (weather station) by simulating a DAQ device in MAX. (The no hardware version works fine, but I want to use MAX to help it run with a DAQ simulated device). The simulated devices have a range to -10 to 10 volts, while the DAQ Assistant expects a value between 0 - 50. Which DAQ device can solve this problem in MAX? I don't want to alter the VI's. Any suggestions?

The example you are referring is using a scale to do this. The transducer for the example in the course creates a voltage between 0-1V which is V * 100 = Degree Celsius.
If you include such a scale (modify it since the simulated devices do not create a "stable" voltage between 0..1V), you will get something useful for you.

Frustrated by the cost of high performance laptops, I built an ugly, tan-painted box with an eight inch screen to work away from my desktop. I named it Boxy and threw in bits here and there to make it work. It currently runs Android, but it's secondary mainboard
can support Windows 8.1. I can provide visual proof of it's size (a ruler from corner to corner of the screen) if needed.
How would I obtain a copy of 8.1 for Boxy? I recently heard sub-9" devices would get Windows for free.
