just got a mac for the first time and i am trying to make the text bigger as can see much help i have look everywhere

If you are looking to increase the size of everything. System Preferences. Displays. Select Scaled, this will give you all the options available on your mac.

Have you transferred your iTunes library from the backup for the laptop that died along with all other important data to the new computer such as documents, photos, etc.?
If not, all iTunes content on your iPhone will be erased as the first step when syncing the iPhone with iTunes on a new or different computer.
Have you launched iTunes on the new computer?
Is you iPhone avaialble under Devices in the iTunes source list on the new computer? -

Please could someone tell me how to change stores from the Canadian store to the U.K Apple store on my I pod touch ?
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region
If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPhone, and sign into your account again.
Note that you will need an account in the UK iTunes Store to use it.

well, i can't really tell if i am only allowed one connection with this isp. basically, whenever i plug in the ethernet cord, all of the information gets filled in in the ethernet section of the network, except for the router info. there is router info filled in on my sister's computer whenever i plug the cord into her computer, though. does that mean i can't also use the modem for my computer? sorry, this is both my first time using a mac and my first time using anything other than dial-up, so i'm pretty lost. thanks for the info you've given me thus far.

I have created an iMovie on my ipad2 and I am trying desperately to get it onto a dics. The iMovie was created in HD and is taking up son,uh space on my ipad2 I can't really use it for anything else!
I have managed to send the iMovie project to iTunes and I have downloaded it using my windows PC. Windows obviously doesn't recognise it as it is an iMovie file some can't seem to do anything with it??

There is an online help for iMovie too that answers your question.
You need to save to camera roll, then import the video to your computer as you would import a photo.
Then use what ever software you use to burn to a disk. -

Presuming you set it up with iCloud, log into iCloud from any web browser and go to the Find My iPhone section.

it says its in recovery mode but idk for sure
iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Unless something has changed, the Apple does not provide a specific support warranty for their AirPort products. Instead, typically, you would get this type of warranty only if your purchased an Apple desktop or laptop at the same time and the AirPort would be covered under that one.
If you bought the AirPort directly from Apple, they should have a copy of the receipt. Otherwise, if you used a credit card, check with your card provider. -
