Please Creative,Fix The ZXR Bloated Bass Problem.
Is it possible via software update,or is it hardware related?
I've try different opamps setup,including Muses02,still,while the sound on the ZXR is truly amazing,
The bloated bass just ruins everything.
Now Im running The ZXR with AD827SQ in the I\V(80$ each,ceramic),with NOS signetics NE5534N in the buffers,
and its the best sounding card I've heard in my life,But I cant stand the overwhelming bass.
This is why I bought the Asus STX II,and while it doesnt has the channel seperation of the ZXR,the bass is tidy and clean,and doesnt go all over the place like in the ZXR. and sound wise they are pretty similar with the same opamp setup.
If Creative doesnt do anything anytime soon,I'll ditch Creative and move the ASUS for good.
also the Asus drivers doesnt come with all that nonsense stuff like in creative SBX,that ruins everything in music.
And I do keep all the SBX options off(bass,crystilizer,surround).

Hello raymond555ZXR,
Did you change the crossover frequency to 80 Hz ? Disabled the subwoofer enhancer ?
I don't have any complaints regarding to bass, I sometimes even adjust it upword so a more realistic bass is there when I'm for instance driving a tank.
Can't you manually adjust the bass of your sound system ? Maybe a better speaker setup is the solution.

Chances are the 2g itouch will not be included in the update. Also no one yet knows if it will be fixed in the next firmware but apple has said they know of this bug.

Try this:
Wipe Cache Partition - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA
Performing a wipe cache partition will remove any temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device. All personal files and settings will not be affected by this option.
Power the device off.
Press the Power button then select Power off.
If the device doesn't respond to input, press and hold the Volume Up / Down then press and hold Power button. When the device screen goes blank, release the Power button while continuing to hold Volume Up / Down then proceed with step 3.

When presented with the Boot Mode Selection Menu, release all buttons.
Press Volume Down to select Recovery then press Volume Up.
From the Droid triage screen:
Press and hold Volume down.
Press and release Volume up.
Release Volume down.

Select reboot system now then press the Power button.

MMS will be available for the 3G and 3GS in two weeks - on Friday, September 25th - likely with a carrier update made available via iTunes.
In the interim - for the next two weeks, ask the sender of an MMS to address the MMS to an email address that you access with the iPhone's Mail client - the sender will enter your email address in the To: field for the MMS instead of your cell phone number with area code. The MMS will be received by you as an email with the photo as an attachment. This will give you the sender's cell phone MMS email address. Add this email address to the contact's info in your iPhone's address book. If you want to send an email with a photo attached as an MMS to this person, address the email to their cell phone MMS email address. The email with the photo attached will be received as an MMS.

How does one fix the U052 wrong printer head problem? I have cleaned the heads, and yet the alarm light is on, and the printer will not do anything. This is costimg me time and money big time. I tried everything I can think of. How does one make the printer print, which I know it can do, and get past this hurdle? Any tips will be welcome.
I see that there is a "Call to Arms" on this issue, so it is a Canon failure dysfunction plaguing many people. I have 2 Canon printers, and a Canon camera. SharonVBMy brother never syncs either and that's not good. Should sync often if not every day. So, given that, as far as your apps go, did you remove any apps over the last year and you just forgot? If so, when you synced with your computer it simply deleted the apps from your phone. Not being snide just a thought.

I know apple or the tech support doesn't read this but come on tell them to fix the wifi problem that started from ios 6 and still continuing to ios 6.0.1. I already gave them another feedback like 5 days ago. I really don't want to reconnect to my wifi everytime. I already did everything possibly to fix my wifi problem. I thought I believed my iPhone 4 with iOS5.0 would not disconnect during sleep mode. However, I was wrong. What I did was to ping the IP addresses on my iPhone 4 (iOS5) and iPhone 5 (iOS 6 then, and iOS6.0.1 now) when they were in sleep mode. Very true that there were timed-out on both devices. Once I woke them up, ping went thru. I did a scan on my home network using my iPad while the other 2 phones were in sleep mode, I was not able to see them.
I thought my iPhone4 did not disconnect too. But again, I think the reconnecting to wifi on iOS 5 is SO MUCH quicker than on iOS6 so user would think there was never a disconnect. -
My wife fixed the Lion Internet connectivity Problem!!
This story kills me. I upgraded to lion on our two MBP. Mine worked great. My wife had the problem where, upon waking, the MBP was still connected to the wifi (airport express) BUT she had no connectivity to the internet.
I researched the heck out of this and tried everything.
I got on Apple care and we tried another 30min worth of stuff. Eventually they said bring it to a genius bar. I almost thought I had it when I reset everything to factory default on the airport. It worked a few times but then went back to the same problem.
Last night my wife popped out a cd in here machine. She asked if I had put it there. I had about a week ago. Not long after that he MBP problem went away. Well there is no way a CD in the laptop is going to affect internet connectivity.....so I assumed that my airport reset finally did the trick.
But.... this AM I noticed in the Apple support area that someone else noticed that when they pulled a cd out.....things worked.
This is ridiculous....
So I put the cd back in here computer....the problem is back!!... pulled it out....problem gone!
Went to my computer which never had a problem....put CD in....now I have a problem.....pulled it out....no problem (note that you do have to cycle the wireless one time only after you have the problem.... after that sleep...wake....restart....you name it it worked. The CD is a blank CD by the way.
So its crazy but my wife, who had problems with my tv remote, fixed the problem!!Report this issue to Apple's engineering by sending a bug report via its Bug Reporter system. To do this, register as an Apple Developer—it's free and available for all Mac users and gets you a look at some development software. Since you already have an Apple username/ID, use that. Once a member, go to Apple BugReporter and file your bug report. You'll get a response and a follow-up number; thus, starting a dialog with engineering, hopefully getting them to put the issue at the top of their bug fix list.

PUHHHLEEEEZZE Please Please Please FIX the iTunes 7 lockup problem
iTunes 7.0.1.8 for Windows locks up CONSTANTLY, and I have to reboot my computer every single time I attempt a sync. This did NOT occur with iTunes 6 at all.
Please fix this..........................SECOND THAT MOTION - the ultimate aggravation. Did they not test compatibility with the most-widely used operating system in the world before they released?

PETITION: Creative- Fix The Touch's
Yes, another petition, however, this issue certainly warrants one. As several threads have discussed, there is a problem with the Zen Touch's custom EQ ( Click Here ). And as the Zen Touch is a music player foremost (and promoted as handling music in a superior fashion over the competition), it really is unacceptable that something as basic as an EQ is released on the market with code errors-or even a more startling explanation-simply unfinished. :smileysurprised:
Seriously, the customizable EQ was one of the top 5 reasons I chose the ZT over the iPod, and then for it to be flawed is certainly dissappointing. This isn't some request for an obscure add-on feature, it's a request to provide us a properly functioning, core component of the MUSIC PLAYER (known also as the Zen Touch).
So Zen Touch owners unite and let Creative hear our voices by signing below: We kindly request a fix in the upcoming firmware for the customizable EQ on the Zen Touch so we can all enjoy our music accurately.

Look at the 20+ forum threads discussing the clickity clacking and poppping and crackle snap poppities. After 2 driver releases you still can't even get it right with us Nforce 4/Abit AV8 users. FIX IT or I'm returning this piece of sh*t.
edit: and quit telling customer support to simply say, "well there's a problem with your setup/settings/bios blah blah blah, because I've tried everything in your FAQ and everything in the **bleep** book (work arounds not even in your FAQ) and THEY DON'T WORK. I've been reinstalling Windows so many times these days, I know my serial by heart.
This is INSANE. Even the games provided with my Audigy2 ZS don't work. Even Creative's speaker calibration software crackles.
Ever heard about "testing", Creative ? Or about "customer satisfaction"... ?
Something you'll sure hear about soon is the concept of "losing all one's clients because of selling them crappy products".

Can Apple fix the 12 bit audio problem once and for all?
I have had persistent audio problems from I Life V3 all the way up to I Life 06. Sometimes it is synch issues. Sometimes it is audio dropping out. I have been through the various forums and applied the various remedies with some successs, some failure. The basic problem is that I have an extensive quantity of Mini DV tapes dating back to 1997, most recorded with 12 bit sound (prior to 2002). Apple's basic stance has been, you must use 16 bit sound or I Movie and/or I DVD won't work and . And proposes awkward workarounds. Basically placing the onus on it's own consumers. Why can't 12 bit sound support be included in I DVD 06 and these persistent audio issues put to rest once and for all? Is there some overwhelming technical reason why it cannot be done?
I don't know about overwhelming, but the DVD specification (which was not developed by Apple) calls for the audio to be sampled at 16-bit/48KHz (I think you might also be able to use 96KHz as well). This is what the software expects. If you choose to use another sample rate then the software may or may not be able to "fix" it in post. The real problem is that many camcorder manufactures set the audio to 12-bit by default.
