Please explain your billing

Last months bill was was $36.75 and the only difference between last mont and this month is 2 movies I rented for for $4.99 each and a charge for STARZ which I didnt order. Im not a math wiz but The bill should be $46.75 once The STARZ charge is removed. But somehow after subtracting the $9.99 for STARZ the bill is $54.09. Please tell me how you do that? Let me break it down like this:Last months bill: 36.75 This months billshould be withthe two rentals    $46.75 Actual bill: $64.09Removal ofSTARZ     - $9.99                  =$54.09  Again the only difference was the 2 movie rentals and the billing error of STARZ

  • Error when Submitting book - Please review your billing information

I get the following error message when I submit a book for printing:
    Your account information has changed.
Please review your billing information and approve it.
I went here to review my order status but I did not have any orders:
    https://mercury.apple.com/WebObjects/OrderStatus
I reviewed my billing information on the web located here:
    https://myinfo.apple.com
    And it is correct
    Any thoughts?

I got the following information from apple - following this fixed my problem:
    1. Visit http://myinfo.apple.com and choose your country and preferred language from the pop-up menus. Then log in using your Apple ID and password.
    2. Click Address Book on the left. If you see any blank addresses under Shipping Addresses, make the visible address your default, and then delete the blank address.
    3. Click Phone Numbers on the left, delete all phone numbers, and save your changes. When you successfully place an iPhoto order, your phone number will be copied from iPhoto to My Info.
    4. Check Apple ID, Email, Subscriptions, and Contact Prefs and make any necessary corrections. Save your changes.
    5. Now open iPhoto.
    6. Select a photo and choose Order Prints from the Share menu.
    7. Click Account Info and sign in using your Apple ID and password. If you are unable to log in, try changing your password in My Info using the directions in step 1 above. Then return to step 6 and try again.
    8. Click Edit Shipping and choose Add New Address from the Address pop-up menu.
    9. Add the desired address into the fields, making sure to create a new label, such as "Home." Then select "Make this my default address" and click OK.
    10. Now delete any other addresses listed by selecting them and clicking the Delete This Address button. You should now have only your default "Home" shipping address left.
You should now be able to submit your iPhoto order successfully. If the difficulty persists, please reply to give me the exact error message you see. I will do my best to help you resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.

  • Please review your billing information and approve it

PLEASE help me before I pull out my hair!  I have a photo book I've created in iPhoto 09.  It's ready to be ordered (in-time for Christmas!) and no matter what I do, it comes back with a "please review your billing information and approve it".  There are two things in this repeated (at least 20 times) process that I find interesting 1) every time I re-enter my account info, it says I have an invalid city, state zip code combination and 2) when I try to check out my preferences in iPhoto it freezes up (spinning beach ball) and I have to force quit.  Here's what I've done already:
    1. restarted iPhoto
    2.  restarted computer
    3.  re-entered billing information in apple store
    4.  enabled one-click purchasing and express checkout options in apple store
    5.  trashed iPhoto preferences
    6.  deleted my keychain preferences
    7.  re-entered account info in iPhoto
    8.  double-checked that I choose United State
    9.  Changed credit cards and tried all the above over again
I'm out of ideas.  Someone PLEASE help me figure out what is going on!

every time I re-enter my account info, it says I have an invalid city, state zip code combination
The zip code error suggests you are ordering from an Apple Print Products Store in the wrong country.  Your Billing Address, Shipping Address, Credit Card, Apple ID must all be valid in the same country as the Apple Store is you are ordering from. Is the region setting in your System Preferences > Language & Region the same as the country of your Billing Address and Shipping Address?

  • Book Error: "Please review your billing information and approve it."

Hi, I'm trying to purchase a book I created. It's 34 pages, with as many RAW images. The whole process seems to go fine until the end, when it spits out a dialog saying my account settings have changed, "Please review your billing information and approve it."
I have erased and reset my account with different credit cards with no change. This is incredibly frustrating, and this is intended as a Christmas present, so I really need to resolve this. I've spent several hours on it already and need some help here in resolving it.

Success! I figured it out and just got it to go through! The fix was to set my billing preference to "express." It was set to standard, and I kept manually changing it to express in the order to get here faster. Apple might want to make a note of this so their customers don't get frustrated when they try to spend lots of money with Apple. Also, phone support for people struggling and pleading to spend money probably makes good business sense in this economy.

  • "Please update your billing information"

    Hi,
I have had a problem all day with my CC & CS6 apps where everytime I try to open them i get the "Please update your billing information" box.
I can now not open any of my apps and in turn missed 2 deadlines today. This is not a problem with my card as I can see in my transaction history that my latest payment came out of my account today.
I have been online on chat to tech support with no help.
    Would really appreciate some help.
    B

    Hi David,
I have still been getting the same behaviour. I was on the phone to tech support who were very helpful but couldn't find the source of the problem either.
I am currently re-installing my CC apps as a last resort.
Just to note here that the issue I have is probably different than the others with similar symptoms, because my account/billing has been confirmed as fine and my account is being charged.
    Thanks a million

  • Error message: "Please review your billing information and approve it"

I keep getting this message and I'm pulling my hair out. It says my account information has changed. My account information changed because I was having trouble ordering a book when iPhoto suddenly decided to decline my credit card even though I had just successfully used it moments before on a different book. So I re-entered my billing information. It is identical to what I had before. So then I get this message saying my billing info has changed and please review it and approve it. So I click okay but it doesn't actually take me anywhere. So I click on Account Info, look at the info and it's all correct, there's nothing to change. So I click okay and try again. Then it says to enter a valid security code. I go back and re-enter my security code. Then I get a message saying "Please enter a valid security code." AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!

    Check with Apple at:
    http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html
    http://www.apple.com/support/iphoto/customerservice/orderbooks/
One of those should get you some help.
    Do you Twango?
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

  • Billing issue."Please check your billing information"

I have a billing issue. This is a persistent problem. I have a pop up window that says that Adobe has a problem with my payment. I go to my account and everything looks fine. I called before and was told that it was fixed and that will not happen again. Well, it did happen again. I will like to talk with a person in charge of billing. I this became beyond annoying. Please see attached document.

Check your transaction history and see if the payments have been going through ok or not--don't post any specific account details, here, because this is a public forum that anyone can read:
    https://creative.adobe.com/#account/plans
If this has any bearing on the situation, there was a security breach at Adobe  back a month or two, ago, and as a result Adobe apparently reported all the millions of credit-card/debits cards as possibly compromised to the issuing banks, and as a result you may have received a new credit  or debug card, which could make the old one invalid.
Regardless of what your transaction history shows, I'd get on a chat session with someone at support and see what you can get accomplished--even if they promised something that didn't materialize, last time.  Click the yellow Chat Now button on this page:

I have updated my credit card, and I am sure all my information is correct, but the pop-up keeps running the countdown. Can a staff member please resolve this issue for me?

  • HT5622 The error message "your billing information has changed.  verify account information to complete my purchase"  I have done so but it is still not letting me complete my purchase.  Help!

"Please review your billing information and approve it" This message shows up when I try to order prints.  I did review my account and all is well.  There is no way to get past the error message to complete my order.

Go back and re-enter all of your billing information, including the billing address.  If that doesn't help try changing the Print Products Storte in iPhoto's Advanced preference pane, reboot, change it back to your country and try again.

  • Review your billing info and approve it

I recently changed my credit card. I updated my account with the new info. iTunes works fine, but when I order prints from iPhoto, I get a error "Your account information has changed. Please Review your billing info and approve it. I click "OK", go to Account Info, sign it, approve all three categories. However, I still get the error when I try to order prints. Any ideas? TY.

For the record, an email response from Apple gave these instructions, which did work:
"I understand you are having some difficulties with placing your print order and you are receiving a message saying that your account information has changed. I apologize for any frustration this may have caused you.
I would like to recommend taking the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
    1) Please go to store.apple.com/.
    2) Select "Account" at the top right hand corner of the page.
    3) Click "Login", and enter in your Apple ID and password.
    4) Click on "Change account information".
    5) Enter your password at the top in both the "Password (at least 6 characters)" and the "Retype your password" fields.
    6) Make sure the primary and shipping address information is correct. If not, make changes.
    7) Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the "Method of Payment" section.
    8) Remove your credit card number, then click on "Continue".
    9) Open iPhoto and select "Buy Book".
    10) Click on "Account Info" (or "Set Up Account" if "Account Info" is greyed out)
    11) Enter in the same Apple ID and password you used to sign in to the Apple Store.
    12) You will be prompted to go through three different steps to enter in your billing information.
    13) Submit your order."
