I need Few clarifications about SRM SUS standard Cycle
we are using SRM 7.01 and Standalone scenario
1.Please give me standard SRM SUS process Steps
2.If the SUS supplier cannot meet all the terms specified in the original PO, Supplier changes them (items, quantities, delivery date, and so on),what is the next step for Purchaser?
3.If Purchaser approve the changed POR we r getting Change PO. But it is not triggering again for PO Response ?is it standard ?
4.If Purchaser reject the changed POR we r not getting Change PO.is it standard ?
5.what are possibilities for Change PO creation in SRM for SUS?
6.How can Vendor submit Response again and again till both parties agree on the terms of the PO?what changes does need from Purchaser/Vendor?

Please tell me the complete WM Process/steps. In my new assignment I have been to ask to look after WM also. Can anybody please help me with steps involved in WM, that is like after GR/ Inbound delivery is done, what is procedure for putaway, picking & also for transfer posting.

Hello Sharan,
Check the very first post in this forum by Mohammad Arif Mansuri , he has a boat load of links and your questions are addressed in the WM/IM links.
Also I must say my experience is every place has a different place of doing things, so you will have to go through whats knows as training on the job it seems.
Its a part of IT and especially SAP , given its so vast.
So work hard and ask questions and you'll be there. Don't be shy of saying I do not know how this works here. Ask the business folks how they do things.

Standard SRM reports excluding SAP BI in the landscape.

Dear Experts,
Kindly give the standard SRM reports available other than SAP BI.
My system landscape doesw not have SAP BI. We are working in SRM 7.0 classic scenario and we dont have BI.
Is there are any standard reports available for SRM7.0.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. I am aware that these reports can be accessed from the GUI. However, they were also available on the browser in the previous versions but I cannot find them in SRM7, via the portal and hence the question whether they are no longer valid. At the moment, I can see one of those reports appearing under Reports but I encountered error running it.

What's taking up all your space? To find out, click finder in your dock, the select your home user. This will display your user folders. Start by selecting your music folder by clicking it once, then the space bar on your key board. This will open a window display this files size.    Take note of the size of the following folders:
     1. Music
     2. Movies
     3. Pictures
     4. Downloads
This will help you determine where you space is going.
Once you have determined that.... deside what you want to delete or move in order to save space. Moving Library's to external drives is often the best way to free up space.

Also go through your applications folder, and delete any unwanted applications.
Ensure your downloads folder is empty or unwanted downloads deleated

Finally ensure your Trash is empty by clicking "finder" in the top menu directly beside the apple, and selecting "empty trash"

I suspect unless he had some items in iCloud backup then they are gone. Connecting an iPhone to a different library from that to which it was previously connected will result in the device asking if you want to erase it.

Change the standard XI content for SRM SUS scenario

Hello everyone,
I am implementing the "Plan driven procurement with supplier integration" scenario which integrates the SAP R/3 and SRM-SUS.
I have imported the standard XI content available on service market place for the scenario.
Now i have to modify the scenario. I have to add some additional fields in the inbound message for purchase order request.
The proxy classes for these interfaces were already created in the SRM system.
So now after changing the message type what all things i shd take care of e.g like creating the proxy newly etc.

1.I can find a function module called from the method present in the proxy class generated.
METHOD ii_bbpx1_preq_request_in~execute_asynchronous.

so since i am changing the purchase order request do i have to do any changes in the function module as well.
In the function module Proxy Structures are mapped to the API Structures and then the API is called using BBP_API_EXTREQU_UPDATE function module.

EDI Standard used in SRM-SUS for Purchaser - Vendor Document Exchange?

Hi Forum,
For exchange of electronic documents like ASN, PO, PO Response, Confirmations etc. between buyer and seller, which EDI standard is used in SRM-SUS?
Say there are two different vendors one from North America using ANSI X 12 as EDI Standard and other from Europe using EDIFACT, how is the document exchange handled for these two different seller / edi standard in same SUS system?

Hi,
I am not sure what standard SAP uses, but it is not really relevant. At least not for the SUS scenarios. The IDOCs from ECC will be sent to the PI system which will convert them to XML format and send it to the SUS system. Since both PI and ECC system are from SAP, they will speak the same EDI standard for sure.
For SUS we have two scenarios, SRM-SUS and MM-SUS. In SRM-SUS the PO is created in an SRM system locally and sent to SUS. All communication will take place between these two system via XML messages on both sides (of course a PI system is mandatory in this case as well).
In the MM-SUS scenario the PO will be created in ECC and transferred to SUS. Depending on ECC release there are two different possibilities for this, either the ECC system sends EDI IDOCs or it sends XML messages directly. IDOCs will be mapped to XML by PI in all cases, as the SUS system will always receive and send XML messages only.

for importing material,every importer has to file bill of entry in customs.
first vendor send some documents like certificate of origine , bill of lading, packing list etc to importer.
on the basis of those documents,importer makes supporting documents like duty calculation sheet, GATE declaration form,CHA declaration form,insurance certificate.
CHA (custom house agent ) file the bill of entry on behalf of impoter in customs.
custom verify it.
after duty payment, CHA can clears the consignment from custom.
there are two typs of BOE.
1 Home consumption BOE
2 Warehousing BOE
in 1st type of BOE , payment of duty is done at the time of custom clearance
and in 2nd type of BOE, importer can put material in warehouse without payment of duty. at time of using those material from warehouse,importer has to file out bond warehouse BOE and pay the all duties.

It is best not to re-post the same thing more than once and especially not a post like the one above which does not actually tell anyone anything about your problem other than you have an issue with Coherence .Net on a 32-bit Windows 7 box using Java 1.4.2 (which as I mentioned in my reply to you other post is not actually correct).
