today I purchased on your company's website the acrobat program for conversion of pdf files into word or excel file.
how can i find the program and how can i operate it?

If you have purchased Acrobat Pro XI then please go through the given link: http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html?promoid=KAWQL, choose Acrobat from the list of Apps and select try to start downloading. At the time of installation enter the product key to activate it.
If in case you purchased Acrobat Standard XI retail license then click on the link: https://www.adobe.com/account/account-orders.html#myrecentorders, sign in with your Adobe id and start downloading.
For Volume licensing purchase log on to www.licensing.adobe.com and donload the software.

You can't. ViddyUp is for OS X only. It doesn't operate under Windows. Look at the System requirements here: http://www.splasm.com/viddyup/index.html
For the other software I don't know, look at the sytem requirements and choose to download accordingly.

I recently purchased a year long lightroom license and when I try to install it I get a message that says Trial ended. How to I install the program or add a license number? Where would I find my license number?

I had a month long trial of Lightroom and I decided to purchase a prepaid 12month Lightroom/Creative Cloud license. When I uninstall Lightroom and then reinstall it, I get a message that says trial ended with the option to 'buy'. How do I install the purchased year long license to my desktop or add a license number? Also wondering where I might find this number?

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are using Safari as a web browser :-
Open Safari, go to Safari menu > Preferences > General, and put Google as the homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.
If you are using Google Chrome as the web browser :-
Open Google Chrome.
In the top right corner of the page, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu > Settings.
In the "Search" section, select Google from the drop-down menu.

An iPhone 3g cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 4.2.1. That is the final iOS release for the 3g. You would need to purchase a newer iPhone if you want to run any higher iOS release.
An iPhone 3Gs can run up to iOS 6.1.3 but not beyond that.
An iPhone 4 would be the minimum older model to be able to run the current iOS 7.0.4

I know, I always do that but I was in a rush to get somewhere and I was relying on my thousand dollar Mac to do some kind of recovery or something. I know Microsoft always keeps temporary files (I think Mac does too, part of me asking here in this forum was for someone to tell me where I can find those files) and when you go to open Office Works then it gives you the option of opening the last recent documents, saved or not saved.
I usually copy paste into my emial just in case something goes wrong with the created document but I just didn't have the time to login and do all that My loss, you live and you learn, BUT still if ANYONE got any info on this, PLEASE DO CHIME IN *keeping the hope alive*
