Please guide the path in Service Market Place to find CR2008 latest Service Pack and CR2013 latest Service pack with Visual Studio integration for CR2013; I have S userID  and log in; but could not locate the place to download

I believe you are right!, The support portal is Showing Crystal Report for VS not the other one; 
Our S User ID is out dated might be; It was created when CR 2008 was purchased. But we bought CR2011 license recently  as mentioned below.
Below is the product purchased by our organization
CR 2011 INTL UPGR WIN NUL LICENSE - 1 to 2 Licenses, mix and match.
Does this version have maintenance rights?
I tried registering at Service MarketPlace hoping to get new S-User ID; Am i right path to get the new S- USerID ?
During registering it asked for "Customer or Installation Number (1) *" ; Where can i get this info or number; Kindly suggest

    On market place, select
    downloads -> SAP installation & upgrades  ->  Search for installation and upgrades
    Input 'TREX'.
    Then you can find what you need.

  • SAP has removed the download link for SEM BI 7.0 in service market place

    I want to download "IDES SEM-BW 6.0/7.00" and I have valid SAP login ID and the authorisation to download software.
    After I have download part 1 of the export DB file, the rest of the files in my download busket as marked as object s no available. And I went back to check "IDES SEM-BW 6.0/7.00" available in service market place under https://websmp109.sap-ag.de/swdc   , those files have been removed.
    Any of you have any ideas what is going on? is SAP doing maintenance or they have decided not to let user download from their site.
    I need this urgent to let my basis guy install for the forthcoming BI training course.

    It has been over 24 hours and the links of files have not been put back!!
    can any kind soul here login to their Service market place account to check for me:
    1. On the TOP MENU, choose the 3rd Tab: Download
    2. ON the left vertical menu, follow this path: Download->SAP Software Distribution Center->Download->Installations and Upgrades->Entry by Application Group->SAP Application Components->IDES Solutions->IDES SEM-BW 6.0/7.00->Windows Server->MS SQL Server
    There is still no file there for us to download at all!!!
    Can anyone please use their ID to login to check for me?

    Anis,
    Service Marketplace is huge, with many sites.  You need to be more specific about which queries you are interested in seeing.
    If you are talking about searching for your Forum queries within SAP Community Network (here), just clik on "Your Control Panel" which is displayed on many screens. It will take you to a profile page.  At the bottom is an icon to search for all messages you have created.
    Or, perhaps you are talking about your customer messages, in the SAP Support Portal?  Here you would log into the site, select Help and Support > Report a product error > Search Messages.  Enter your s number.
    If it is a different site from the above two, let me know.

  • Note 1023661 doesn't exist in sap service market place

    I just configured the SAP discovery server and I am getting the error message mentioned in the Quick Guide (first one under troubleshooting). The solution points me to note 1023661, but it doesn't exist in SAP service market place.
    Is there another note?

    In the note the following is described:
    5. Before logging into the DS you receive a Service Control Manager          
    popup appears saying "At least one driver failed during system               
    start-up...". After logging in you are presented with a #Hardware            
    Installation# popup for the Smart Array P400 Controller.                                                                               
    Solution: There is an HP driver that will need to be updated by              
    customers who receive the latest HP G5 DS. Please follow the                 
    instructions on the attached word document  called "SAP DL380G5 Driver       
    Update Process.doc"                                                          
    Please download the document attached to the note and follow the instrauctions there.

    Dear SAP,
    We are planning to upload SAP_HR Support Pack till the level SAPKE50076
    We are currently in level SAPKE50063. We need to go till the level 76
    as we req to implement snote 1474958 and all its prerequisites the note
    number 1474958 is mentioned as in support pack SAPKE50075. 
    But while we try to download it from Service Market place and search
    for the support packs of HR for SAPKE500* we are able to get the last
    search as SAPKE50071. We need to get 72,73,74,75,76 as well.
    Please suggest what needs to be done as we need to critically implement
    the HR Support packs for some HR Process.

    When I checked in the market place I could see patches upto 81 for SAP HR 5.0 and they are very much available. Once you search the patches goto page 7

If that is the case your S-user ID that is linked to your organization's customer number at SAP will have access to the software download page on the [software download section of the SAP Service Marketplace|http://service.sap.com/swdc].

  • System-nr in service market place is different to system-nr in SLICENSE

    Hello experts,
    I am sure you can help me with this. I need to apply a support package in SPAM, however, it complains I'd need to deploy a maintenance certificate.
    I've downloaded the license from service market place and now am having trouble to deploy it in SLICENSE. The reason it doesn't work is that the system-nr in SLICENSE (like 00000000031100rxyz) is different to the system-nr in data admin in service market place (like 00000000031100abcd) for the SAME server (why it's different - I don't know!).
    My question is how I can rectify this situation, I looked around and could not find a way to change the system-nr, can you please advise?

    The Hardware key/ Installation numbers are actually the same.
    What is different is the system number that you see in slicense. I slicense you see in the top:
    Active Hardware key
    Installation Number
    License Expires On
    System Number (like 00000000031100abcd)
    Only System number differs from the system number shown in service market place.
    How can I bring them in line and continue with the imort in SPAM??
