Please help! AR-Change customer name on bill-to
Hello,
Is it possible to change what shows up on a customer invoice as the customer name just for one Bill-To address or site. The customer requires that the name be printed differently from what is setup in the customer database just for one site.

OHYMGOSH I'm in! I worked it out!
Basically, as a reply for anyone who gets into the same situation, I started up in Single User mode (turn off laptop and press Command and S) and it was on this page that I then saw my username written somewhere.
It wasn't the name I thought it was, it was the first part of my email address, which didn't require characters or Chinese to type it.

Take the memory card out of the camer and put it in a card reader. When it mounts on the desktop select it and try to change the name. However, that might make it incompatible with the camera. You'll just have to try and see.

my iphone does not sync with itunes on my second authorized computer, please help. i changed the first authorized computer in May 2012 and have been using the second authorized computer since then but it cannot sync - please help!!

Not true. The music and pic sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
You really should transfer everything from the old computer, or your backup copy of your computer. Since you do not have access to the old computer, then use your backup copy of the old computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer ( not good), then you would have to transfer itunes purchased as described earlier. Any other itunes content would be lost.
You can e-mail photo library pics to yourself, but they will not be of the original quality.
Before syncing, enter at least one unique contact and calendar entry on the computer. When you first sync, then you should get the option to merge the data. -

If that is the case, I'd try this.
1. With System Prefernces closed, locate the file;
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist
and trash it.
Restart your Mac. -
please help me set my password and id name for my ipad its not fair i bought it from a person for a high price and apple wont help you out. but you can reset anyother computer by your self with no problem

I got a new email address and I reset the iPod so it already has the new address. I can't seem to change the address on my iPhone5 or iPad. So please help! How do I change the address for my apple ID and icloud on all my devices? I don't want to reset my iPad and phone just to set new email address I can't do updates without the password and I have forgotten my password for my old email address. Please Help! If the old ID ("email address") is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Change my Name / Email / Billing
Another employee signed up for Creative Cloud, but since her operating system wasn't up to date, they put it on my laptop which I've been using for over a year . I want to update the credit card billing info AND change from her Name (contact info, email, etc.) to mine, but it won't allow me. Very frustrating because I have to sign in with her info and I'd like that changed to reflect my info.
Do you want to change the name & email of an existing CC (assuming that it is a CC for Individual)?
If yes, then it would be best that you cancel this subscription & buy a new CC under your name.
If No, you can contact Adobe support for it.
In case it is a seat for CC team, then the invite needs to revoked & a new invite needs to be send to you.

Need help with changing the name.
I got my palm pre from an uncle who lives in the states. The problem is I can't call tech support to ask them because I live in belize. The proble I have with my pre is that I have added my email account to the phone, but when I send an email, they receive it in my uncles name, my name is lanny and they receive an email form cesar, I think you can see where the problem lies. Is there anyway I can change it to my name? Please help!

I would create a new Palm Profile. To do this you will need to go to the Device Info app, Reset Options, then select Full Erase. All pictures, videos, and anything else stored in the USB side of the device will be erased. I recommend that if you want to keep any of that to connect your device to a computer then click and drag everything you want to keep off of the device and onto your computer.
After you perform the Full Erase the device is going to reboot. It is going to come up with a screen to sign in to a Palm Profile or Create a New Palm Profile. NOTE*** You will need a data connection to do this. Select Create a New Palm Profile and fill in the blanks. Once you are back into the device you can set up your email accounts again and it should display the name you created the Palm Profile with.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your e-mail account on your phone Rusty1112. Let's figure out what's going on. First, please try deleting account/information again and then restart phone. When phone is back on, try adding e-mail account again, and be sure you're entering exactly as you set up, meaning its case-sensitive. If you're still getting same error, please let us know and let us know what e-mail account it is, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, etc.

I need help to change user name, it does not belong to this account it belongs to my employee.
My employee was helping me setup my Apple ID and accidently typed his username "mykizism" into the user name field when creating my apple id account.. It is now permanently attached to my Apple ID and this is not acceptable.
My employee has also stated that his user name is private to him and wishes for it to be not publicly displayed.

Sky Hub keeps disconnecting... please help? New customer...
Hello there, I am a new customer to Sky only joining last month, and my broadband hub keeps disconnecting. I use wifi which is normally good, but the last week or so, every day our hub shows an Orange face, which I know sometimes means it's updating, so I leave it for one hour or more, and it still does not show white and we cannot connect to wifi. We have to restart the modem everytime for it to work, and have to keep doing this every day now... please help? As i dont think we should have to keep restarting our hub everyday for it to work. Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you didn't previously set up a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can assist with recovering lost answers.
