Please help ASAP! Can't erase or boot from bootcamp.
I have an imac 27" that I got back in June of 2013. It is the late 2012 model and has 16gb ram, i7, and the 3tb hybrid drive. I use windows for gaming and editing my youtube videos, but I cannot use windows. In the startup tray, my windows is missing, and also when I go into safe mode, recovery, internet recovery, or just regular disk utility I cannot partiton anything from my hdd. This is absoulutley horrible! Apple could do me not help, and people have had similar isssues, but there fixes don't work for me. In bootcamp assistant, the erase or install windows 7 section is missing. I cannot wipe my hard drive even when in recovey. This is horribe! I had a gaming pc that I sold and bought this, and although this has equivalent specs and runs games just as good or even better, I cannot game anymore! This is a huge dillema for me, because this is how I make a living.
I may have found a solution to my problem, but I don't know if it is the right fix... this is what I ended up doing:
I looked at some apple support forums. Found this link (which I had already tried using the offline archived folders for the last few versions).
I tried mounting and installing this flash version (which is the same as the 12.0.0.77 available on adobe's website). Still gave me the general installation failure message.
Then I saw there is a similar folder called 12_0_r0_77_debug. So I mounted the highlight dmg file below, and the installation was successful.
Is it ok/safe for me to use this version of flash? Should i have installed the dmg file one over to the right of the one I selected?
Are the plug-in options secure or should I adjust the settings (see pics below)?
Sorry for all the questions... I have a curious mind.

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

Yes, if she has your Apple ID & Password, she can see any messages that are sent to you as iMessages using another iOS device.

Please help ASAP! I downloaded an app to change the Windows 10 login screen & now the screen flashes
I downloaded Windows 10 Login Background Changer and now when my laptop starts I can't even get to the login screen. After the Acer screen at startup, it says "Please Wait...." but then the screen just flashes continually. Please help ASAP! Thank you!
I did the exact same thing and had a very similar issue (flashing lock screen and couldn't get past the lock screen). I tried a system restore, resetting my PC, doing a clean install of Win10, and both methods of booting in SafeMode -- none of these methods worked. Called Microsoft several times; Level 1 tech told me to do a USB installation of Win10 (couldn't get my laptop to restart the way the USB installation needed); Level 2 tech told me to do a USB installation of Win8.1 (again did not work because my laptop could not restart properly). Gave up with tech support. The only way i was able to fix this problem was by choosing the "restore PC to factory settings" option. All your files and programs will be lost, but all of mine were already lost anyway after I tried doing a clean install of Win10. My laptop (S7-392) restored to Win8; I updated all my drivers and then made a recovery drive; did a USB installation of Win8.1, updated drivers and made another recovery drive. I have since done a USB installation of Win10 and upgraded my drivers. IF the same issue happens again i'll just end up reverting back to Win8.1 for a while.

I migrated my software/documents from another laptop so don't have the disk to reinstall. Please help! Can't open any Microsoft Office software, like Word (for 2008), and stuck in a loop?
Whenever I select Word Microsoft Setup Assistant appears, asks for feedback, then after selecting okay (both on saying yes or no to feedback) goes on to a registration page. When I click on this it says I've already registered so I just click okay, and then move on to a update page. After this, if I click on Word, the process repeats itself.
As I said, I don't have the disk to reinstall, and can't find the Office Settings to delete as many pages have suggested I should try. Safe Boot restarting also hasn't worked... Really stuck and need Word very soon for work.
If you can help, that would be great, and feel free to ask any questions about the situation as I'm not an expert here.

JackFirst, export your contact from iCloud.com and save them on your computer in a safe spot some where (like you desktop). Use this to help you do this: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH3606
Next, on both of your devices, go to Settings > iCloud and turn on contacts and select Merge. Then turn off contacts and select 'Delete form my [device]' when prompted.
Now go back to iCloud.com and select a contact (yes they will all be messed up again) and select Command+A on a Mac or Control+A on a PC to select all of the contacts. Tap the delete key on your keyboard (or right click /control click a contact and select delete).
You iPhone, iPad and iCloud.com should not be empty for contacts.
Go back to Settings > iCloud on both devices and turn on contacts again (you should not see merge this time).
Next, go back to iCloud.com and import your contacts (those exported .vcards). You can either drag and drop them into the empty contacts list in your web browser, or you can use the gear icon to import.
You cleaned up contacts should import correctly into iCloud.com and sync to both of your devices.

My 2nd Gen ipod touch will not sync music i have bought on it to my computer... Please help asap!
Whenever i plug it into itunes, it says Syncing, but when i click my purchased tab, only 218 of my 276 songs sync with the computer. I need to update my ipod soon, but before i can do this i have to make sure all of the songs are synced. All of them were purchased on itunes, using my touch.

My office just bought me an iMac and I absolutely need to hook up a second monitor but there is no DVI connection on it, just a Thunderbolt. What do I do? Please help ASAP!!! The imac is a 21.5" and they also already bought an HD 21.5 ASUS LCD monitor to attach to it. I'm really trying to make this setup work but this is becoming a nightmare. Any suggestions? Using the Thunderbolt port attach a Mini-display to DVI so long as the Asus display is equipped and capable, otherwise Mini-display to VGA will also work. The Thunderbolt port is ahead devices which are not yet available to take advantage of the increased capacity in speed. Until the devices and connection cables are available, just use the port as a Mini-display port.

In that case, the only option left to try would be to remove the rtc cell - see Page 63 of your Maintenance & Service Guide - then hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
Leave the notebook like this for 20 minutes, then replace the rtc cell, reassemble and try booting again.

I am having a few problems with bootcamp on my imac. When i tried to move the bootcamp partition on windows 7 into free space, it crashed and turned off. Ever since i have had the error 'Missing operating system' and it fails to boot. I have some very important files on the bootcamp partition. Is it possible to recover these files or even to restore the bootcamp partition to it's original state? I do not have a backup of my bootcamp partition. Another problem i have is that ever since i tried to expand my macintosh HD partition into free space, when i hold alt while booting up (to choose which partition to boot like i normally do), the bootcamp partition has stopped appearing. This means that i cannot even boot the windows 7 bootcamp partition anymore!
So basically here are my 2 questions:
How can i restore/recover files from Bootcamp with Boot Failure - Missing operating system error?
How can i make the Bootcamp partition appear in Startup Disk and when i hold the option key while starting up my computer to allow me to boot windows 7?
Any solutions are very much apreciated!

I know that bootcamp (disk0s4) hasn't been fully deleted since it appears in disk utility (i cant do anything to it though)
And here is the error i see when i try to launch bootcamp (back when i was actually able to boot up bootcamp to the error screen)WinClone 3 is OS X and saves Windows image it makes for restore - that should work but you will have to try and you would need to make a new image unless it also works with a native Windows system restore image. It is now supported and has come a long way.

Paragon Clone OS works and does disk-to-disk clone just like CCC you end up with two bootable drives. But does not work with your setup. It would let you clone and move your Windows install to an SSD or another disk drive though and be bootable.
During its clone process it checks for errors which is very helpful and lets you know - something CCC and others should adopt more of.

AppleHFS - the abilty to mount and read HFS volumes can be notorious.
I would rearrange and redo your storage setup and how you use the 4-5 internal hard drive bays. -
