PLEASE HELP! ASAP! Where's my bounding box? I bet no one knows how to fix this?

I'm currently trying to make a quick promo for my business, so i've purchased a template from envato.
I've then started to replace what they say i should replace.
I've then imported an image to replace the default one that you can see in the first attached image below.
The imported photo which is not seen needs to be resized by using the bounding box to suit my area given.
But everytime i double click the image, all i get is a picture with a time ruler at the base of it and no bounding box.
Can anyone help me please??????????????

Really? Go to the menu and select View>Show/Hide Layer Controls or press Ctrl/Cmnd + Shift + H
If you save a project with them turned off then when you re-open the project they will still be turned off.
The info is right there in the menu and in the help files and in the keyboard shortcuts. If you search here:
you'll find this. AE is such a complex program with so many layers that it's imperative that you learn how to look for and find answers quickly. The Search Help field at the top right corner of the app will answer about half the questions posted on this forum.

Hey Techmeout, If a restore to new did not solve, most likely dealing with a hardware issue. Contact your Apple store or the Apple Genius Bar, set up an appointment and have your iPod evaluated for possible hardware issue. Then go from there. Good luck. Cheers.

You can force quit applications

if that does not work you can force quit a computer shut down by hold the power button for an extended period.

This is an ipad 2 it hasn't been updated, the thing is I restored it to the orginal setting because it was acting up, instead of 59.9 GB it gave me the memory capacity of 58.9 that has been already been use. MPlayerX isn't itself the problem; it was downloaded from a source that packaged adware with it. Click here and follow the instructions, or if desired, run Adware Medic.

Firebug has development versions that should work in Firefox 4 beta builds. Try the latest version (1.6X.ob1) available from http://getfirebug.com/releases/firebug/1.6X/
This is a beta version of Firebug.
For other add-ons marked as incompatible, you can install the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/15003 Add-on Compatibility Reporter], this will enable all of your add-ons and you can test to see if they work. Thanks for your message. You can custom set pages but there are no preset of page sizes like A4, A3, ect. I cannot click the size preference, nothing comes up

I think your Voice mailbox goes by time, not # messages, so if one or two of the messages is longer, then it would be "full" faster.
Go to youmail.com and follow the directions to set up youmail.
Just curious - why do you need to save 20+ messages? Once I deal with them, I delete them.... and I rarely have more than one or two \saved messages....
