Please help - bought album, tried to download, got error 50, then music gon
Hello. I just purchased an album from the music store and of course, my account was immediately charged before the songs downloaded. As iTunes 7 began the download, I got an "error 50 - something about the network connection but it is well documented and I've followed all recommendations from the Apple support website - stopped my antivirus AND firewall software and I'm not running McAfee). This is the first time I've bought anything with the new version of iTunes and I noticed that under my Purchases category, there was a downloads category and it showed each song on the album, along with the error in a column, and an icon I could click to try downloading again.
Each time I clicked the icons I got the same error on every song - error 50 and the song just sat in the suddenly new "Downloads" folder. I tried logging in and out of iTunes and BIG MISTAKE! The downloads folder is gone, my Purchases folder shows no sign of the album I was charged for other than the cover - the 19 songs are missing, and they aren't in my library!
Here's the kicker, when I look in my purchase history under "My account", it shows I bought the songs but my nothing was downloaded but the album cover. Does anyone have any suggestions or know how to contact a human at Apple for help with this? I hate throwing away money with no one to talk to about it.

This worked a week ago, before I installed the new version of iTunes. So apple obviously changed something because I have changed nothing on my computer. And you can trust me, I've been in computer customer support for 19 years so I wouldn't be here if I hadn't already checked out every article out there, tried them with no luck, can't find anyone to help me at apple, and don't know what else to do.
Tomorrow is my birthday and I'm expecting several iTunes gift certificates. I think I'll return them and just buy the albums I want. Hopefully I can still add my own music to my Library without it disappearing with the new version, and at least I only have to pay for the album one time. Sorry apple, I hate getting ripped off with no one to call about it.
Thanks again for the nice person out there trying to help me but I've tried all their support articles and nothing works. They just ripped me off for $10, 19 songs, and all I got was the stinkin digital booklet. Guess I'll go stare at it until the brick store opens tomorrow and I'll go buy it again there. Sure not spending more $ here that's for sure.

Please check for the system requirements from the below link and see if your computer meet the minimum requirements to install Lightroom 4. As per my understanding, your computer has Core Duo processor. In order to install Lightroom it should be Core 2 Duo and above.

That's a direct link to the download, you can right click (or control+click) and save it to your downloads folder. Expand it with Stuffit Expander and run the 10.102.64 installer.
That's the best that can be hoped for because if your Mac is PowerPC, and I suspect it is, even Apple no longer supports it since September of 2009. The next OS X version (10.5) won't run the latest Player either. You'd need an Intel Mac with 10.6.3 or newer to use Flash Player 11.8.800.94.
PowerMax does have some really good deals on "pre owned" Macs. I've bought three from them myself over the years. -
I just bought Elements 10 and downloaded it. But then my computer got a virus and it was lost. I am trying to re install it and it is saying my serial number is now no good. How can I fix this so I can use it?

That page lists answers for serial number problems, as well as support phone numbers and a link to establish a support ticket. If you log on during business hours, you can start a chat session which might resolve your problem then and there.

I'm not sure why you're using a FAT32 drive, but using ExFAT instead of FAT32 would be a better overall choice as it doesn't have the 4 Gig limit.

Hello can some please help I am trying to watch my HBO go on my apple tv I have sound no picture. I can watch my iTunes videos and youtube on my airplay with my ipad and everything is updated so I know it works. But not on HBO go, Max go, showtime go.
What you want to do does not work with an iPd running iOS 5. See the screenshot.
The latest update for HBO GO does allow for AirPlay on Apple TV - sound and video - but only on devices running iOS 6 and Apple TV running 5.1.1 or later - according to the app description. -
Whenever i try to sync my ipod a message keeps coming up saying "1 or more items could not be synced", apparently its error -69. Please help, i've tried rebooting my laptop, installing the latest itunes and turning off the wifi but nothing seems to work.

The action menu can be restored by, in the Finder, selecting under View menu "Customize Toolbar ...". There you will see options to put the action menu (wheel) back on your toolbar. -

Yes. Please help. I wish to download Lightroom CC (preferably version 6). It doesn't appear in my creative Cloud list. I have been a CC member since it started. (The photographic version which SHOULD include Photoshop AND Lightroom.) I have the standalone versions of Photoshop 6 and Lightroom 5 already installed too!
