Please Help - Contacts reset or delete

Following a synch using PocketMac SyncManager I found that Contacts are frozen on a find screen. I can't get past that one screen so I have no access to my contacts list. I've tried to synch again several times and I removed the battery hoping it would reset. No go. "Reset all devices to first synch state" also does nothing. All other applications are working fine. All suggestions re a fix for my contacts problem are welcomed. Thanks.

Have you done a simple reset... ?
With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
So, after rebooting now, you open your Contacts, what happens?

The reset link, as described in steps 1 to 5 on this page, will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you don't have one then go to (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

You may need to update your MacBook Air with your new Apple ID password.
OS X Mountain Lion and later: Open the Messages app, select Messages > Preferences, then click the Accounts icon.
If you signed out before changing your Apple ID password, click Accounts and enter your current Apple ID to sign in.
If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID password, click Accounts, then select your previous Apple ID from the list of accounts. Click Sign Out, then click Sign Out again when asked to confirm. Enter your current Apple ID to sign in.

Had you never backed up the phone before? When you saw the iTunes logo and cable, the device was in recovery mode. The data was already lost. The only way to recover from that is to restore the device, which will delete all of your data. You will only be able to restore to your last backup, whenever that was. Sorry this happened, but this highlights the importance of doing regular backups. The backup is the only protection you have against a problem like this.

Welcome to the Canon Forum.
Some menu options are not available when the camera is set to the Full Auto mode. Turn the Mode Dial to P, Tv, Av or M, then search for the option you are looking for in the menu.

Please turn off your CAPS LOCK, it's considered shouting and therefore rude.
If you have forgotten the restrictions passcode the phone will become locked and the only way to use it again will be to restore the phone to factory settings, which will wipe all data from the phone in the process. After restoring the phone you can then restaore it to the last backup that you made.

PLease help me retrieve my file. I was rearranging some docs into sub-files and mistakenly deleted the main file, thinking the sub-files would still be there and they are all gone. I don't believe you can if the only copy is on your iPad.
You must make backups of files which you have on your mobile devices. Then restore from the backup. Backups could easily made by uploading them to Document Cloud, or backing up to another device.

I'm trying to recreate a deleted array as follows:
array=null;
Array array[] = new Array[100];
addToArray("elem1","elem2","elem3");
but doesn't work. I'm unable to recreate/populate the array. Can someone please help me with this?
I declared the array null first because the array was previously existing.
What I need to do is to be able to add array elements dynamically and delete some at the same time.
Deleting some elements seemed to be a complicated process so I thought of deleting the entire array instead then just recreate it and populate with required elements. I should keep the same array name.

What I need to do is to be able to add array elements
dynamically and delete some at the same time. You can also give a look at the Collection

and especially the class "ArrayList" http://java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.2/docs/api/java/util/ArrayList.html
This class provides methods to add, delete element and dynamically enlarge the array.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
