Please help customer service has done NOTHING for

I have had my creative zen micro player for about 8 months and having problems with it...When I put in the battery it won't work, but if I move it around to different spots it works for about 2 seconds and turns off. It has a full charge becaue if I hold it in that position it stays on and you can see the full battery. I've tried everything, I e-mailed customer service, but got nothing so I'm hoping that someone out there will be able to help me. I'm about to die without music .

I sympathize with you not having any luck with Customer Service. I have had a long standing issue with them (I sent off email number 54 this morning). I have tried to escalate the problem by requesting the name of the Australian manager (I have asked in writing for this times) but every time they ignore my request. I am on my second Creative Zen Micro which is riddled with faults - just like the original unit. I have spoken to a representati've of customer service on the phone and he promised certain action but has failed to deli'ver (that was 55 days ago). Hopefully someone in Creative, maybe the Australian manager, will read this and help resolve my problem. Do not give up the fight... I'm not.

    My Cisco 4335 STB has been experiencing all of the usual issues reported here and on other forums.
    1) Caller ID has never worked (I've run the troubleshooter and rebooted many times. I see the test message caller ID, no joy displaying during a test call)
    2) Random reboot of STB (this has decreased slightly but is still occurring weekly), and everyone's favorite problem
    3) STB is intermittently slow to respond to commands from remote. This has increased in frequency and is driving us insane. The only solution we can find is to use the Verizon remote control app on my phone or tablet.
    The only solution Verizon can offer is a new STB. This is not an option for us as we currently have hundreds of hours of new shows and movies saved to the dvr and external HD.
    I've seen other users report the problems are improving, I'm hoping to see improvement soon myself. I've only been with Verizon for 6 months and I'm happy with the level of service so far.

    What you need to do is have someone at verizon reboot your services as there may be a glitch that exists where verizon will first have to run their tests on their end on your home to make sure that everything is ok where if all is well then they can reboot the services where what will happen is that initially there will be a slow response between the remote and the box but give it some time then all will be fine. I too had that issue and verizon rebooted it at night where in the morning all was well. It is an odd issue where it can be repaired without you getting rid of your box and losing all of your shows that were taped. Now as far as getting someone from verizon on the phone to help you out with this problem that is a whole orher conversation. Good luck with trying to get someone on the phone without waiting at least 2 hours to talk to them.

    But there you can keep all the objects data.
    so you can try in this way
    take the info object ( ocustomer) and take the cube ( where you are getting the transactional daat of that customers)
    keep left side the 0customer object and right side info cube and create teh infoset with left outer  join
    here you can get the all the customer detials based on the masetr data , and which are c ustomers are done business for thenm transactional data will come.
    now in query where the  value <0 condtion , you can keep , it shows onle who are not done businees .

I also deleted ALL my OUTLOOK emails in my inbox.  Can someone please please tell me if there is a way to get my Outlook inbox emails back OR EVEN the emails that were in my Mail app - because even tho I never use the Mail app, at least the emails would be there.
    When I was trying to delete the emails in my inbox for the Mail app - I followed THESE directions.  It did in fact clear my inbox for the Mail app.  But then I went to log on to my Outlook account and EVERY SINGLE EMAIL was gone.  And not in the Deleted box.  Just gone.  Here are the directions I followed that screwed everything up.  Please help.
    Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Mailbox Behaviors.
    Uncheck "Store deleted messages on the server".
    At the drop list for "Permanently erase deleted messages when", choose "Quitting Mail".
    Next...
    Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > General.
    At "When searching all mailboxes, include results from", uncheck "Trash".
    Select All = command A

    i found out my prob!
    here is what you do.
    go to the "system preferences" on your dock.
    click "software updates".
    click "installed software"
    if it shows something about a recent update about "EFI UPDATE, FIRMWARE, THUNDERBOLT" or anything like that, exit out of it.
    go to mail.
    click "mail" at the top.
    click "preferences...".
    find the account you are having trouble with, once you do, make sure its highlighted, then click the "-" at the bottom of the window (this will only effect that mail account, it will not effect your ical weather or not its synced thought that email account)
    hit the "+" (right next to the "-") and add your accout back!
    its something with that update that effected mail, i hope this works out for you, if not reply back

    And yet the link you posted only tells you how to do it on the Facebook App for Android. Nothing about the Facebook page is mentioned at all, or how to do it on an iPhone.
    With that said, and assuming you have the most up to date version of the Facebook App, you can now turn the auto play feature Off within the Facebook App itself.  Tap on the "More" icon on the bottom right, then scroll down to Settings->Videos and Photos->Auto Play. If Smart auto-Play is on turn it off. Then you can set the check mark on "Never Play Videos Automatically" which is the same as Off.

    Additional things to try.
    Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

    Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
    Try This - Renew IP Address:

        •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

    i put that i held down the home button and all that... sorry, should of made my message a little clearer hun.. but i did try that, ive been searching video's on the net trying to figure out how to fix the problem, but nothing seems to be working... ive just tried pluging the usb lead into my phone while holding the home button then connecting it to my computer to see if itunes fires up, but even that didnt work... i dont know what else to try.

    You could also try table DD01T. In se 16,put in the description thats needed,you will get to know the respective data elements.
    Then you can use DD03L to find the respective table. This would work if the data element is not generic.

    In my case, it is a response from ITUNES.  I don't have any problems downloading from the site, or accessing the site from any of my devices.  But once I get episodes into ITUNES and try to synch, either by USB or WIFI, the Apple devices refuse to play them.  My IPOD Touch shows "no unplayed episodes", and my IPAD is the one that shows the warning "Unable to authorize".  From both devices, I can manually access the website and download the podcasts as MP3's and play them one at a time, but they never show up in my Podcast library on ITUNES.
