i need help
i installed the CC trial so i can do my photos quickly, however after opening it and clicking on continue trial it then crashed the internet and my software, told me to uninstall then reinstall product but as i am under cloud it says its all up to date and im not sure where to go from here, if anyone can direct me to a link i can download or purchase ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS 5.1 which is my fav version i will be most happy

When you buy a song, video, iPod Game, or album from the iTunes Store you are entitled to download it a single time. If you want to download it again, you must purchase it again. You can copy downloaded content between authorized computers.
Important: Make a backup of the content you purchase. In case of data loss, including hard drive failure or replacement, accidental deletion, and so forth, you'll be able to restore it from the backup. See How to back up your media in iTunes for instructions.
Applications purchased from the App Store can be redownloaded free of charge by following the instructions in How to redownload purchased apps from the App Store. -
My laptop crashed with mine and my husbands I tunes Library. I have sync my i phone with my work mac but I am still missing some of my songs.
My husband was unable to do this as his i phone broke too and he has no music at all.
Please help.Apple devices are designed to sync with a single library. If you move the device to a new library iTunes will suggest wiping the device and reloading it with the contents of the library on the new computer, even if most of the content is identical. For an iOS device this process would also delete and reinstall any applications which would discard and settings or saved data associated with the apps. You probably don't want to do this.
Ideally you would have migrate the working library from the computer previously used to manage the device (the laptop) to the computer you now want to use (the desktop) before adding other new content into the new computer's library. That way the device would have easily moved from syncing with one machine to the other.
I'm not quite sure what the best next step is at this point. Does the desktop library sync with any other devices?

My old laptop crashed, and took my iTunes account with it. I got a new laptop, and want to sync my iTouch to iTunes. It gives me an error message stating that I can't sync to multiple iTunes accounts, but I can't access my old one!
How can I get my new iTunes account to allow me to Sync my iTouch? The only option it gives me is to "transfer purchases" from my iTouch to iTunes, but that is only about 25% of my iTunes library-most of it is CDs I have uploaded. How can I Sync without losing all my music from my iTouch???
Also, I have lectures and photos, etc. on my iTouch that I don't want to lose.
I've tried a few of the iPod copy programs-the free ones and the ones you have to pay for, but I can't find one that will work for ALL my content on an iTouch.
Right now, I can't get anything from my iTouch to iTunes, and I can't update my iTouch with my new iTunes purchases, so I'm stuck! Help!Also-I tried to use my backup hard drive, but I wasn't able to drag/transfer/send/move any of my muic files onto my iTouch when the iTouch was connected to my computer. I can't figure out why it won't let me do that.
The only thing I can see when I open my iTouch on my computer is my file with photos. I can't see videos, music, or anything else. What's going on? -

My old laptop crashed and I want to re-establish my iPhone with a new laptop. I had no chance for backing up just before the crash, so I need some other way of transfering ALL files, contacts, calendars, photos, etc simply. Can I transfer any data out of my old laptop HDD ? The iTunes on the new laptop doesn't like the idea of me using it for the old phone either !!
If the hard drive in your old laptop still works you could put it in an external enclosure in order to copy your entire iTunes folder to your new laptop. If that isn't possible, the first thing you would need to do is copy any music you didn't purchase from iTunes from your phone to your iTunes library on you new laptop using 3rd party software such as Touch Copy. This can't be accomplished with iTunes (iTunes will only transfer purchased music from your phone). You would also need to do the same thing with any Photo Library pictures on your phone that were synced from your old computer. These can't be transfered with iTunes either. Once you've done this, carefully follow the steps in wjosten's post here in order to sync your phone to your new laptop without losing data: https://discussions.apple.com/message/13356770#13356770. My old laptop crashed. I bought a new one, but when I loaded itunes and plugged in my ipad 2, it only added the songs that were purchased in the itunes store. I upgraded my os to 5.0 and it deleted all of my songs, a lot of my apps, and all of my pictures except for the ones on the camera roll. I have these pictures and songs on my itouch 2nd generation but I can't get it to synch with the new computer. All of the solutions I have seen online don't work. I can't upgrade to the newest operating system because it is only 2nd generation. I tried turning on Home sharing and saving to the cloud, but I can't get it to work on the itouch. Please help!
I don't have a backup copy of my old computer. I bought an external hard drive and it said it backed up, but when I plugged it into my new computer, it was empty. My old computer is not accessible. Connect your iPod to your computer. If it is set to update automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
Once you are safely connected there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. If you have any iTunes Music Store purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. The transfer of content from other sources such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. You'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well. Have a look at the web pages and documentation, this is just a small selection of what's available, they are generally quite straightforward. There is also a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows or a Mac. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available at this link: Two-way Street: Moving Music Off the iPod
Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay. -

It happens after I open a file and try do just about anything, modify a photo, add text, move an object, the most basic tasks on simple one-page documents. I've tried all the recommendations I can find including verifying fonts, deleting preferences, checking for updates, etc. and though I've tried all those things, InDesign still won't allow me to do anything. I've spent all day trying to troubleshoot and I have I'm desperate to get it working. I have two major deadlines. Any help you can provide would be extremely appreciated!

With regard to the HD Questions:
1.- You can copy the entire 40GB hard drive main folder (if you cam is a HG-10, it will be named "AVCHD"), and that way you have the original video stored wherever you want. In the future, you can get that folder from a hard drive or mounted as a disk image, and iM08 will think it is a camcorder and let you import again.
2.- AVCHD gets converted to Apple Intermediate Coded (AIC) because AVCHD is not meant for "editing", but for storage and transfer. Now on AIC you can edit frame-specific, without killing your CPU. It is "good" that it gets converted.
3.- Once you have processeD with iM08, and exported into AppleTV, you could erase everything, including the event, project, and appleTV file from your computer, as long as the file is in the actual AppleTV set-top box, and you do not erase it from there while syncing, you should be able to see it. That way you will save storage/disk space, because you are right, the AIC file is very large.
However: You must understand, that if you need to recreate this AppleTV final file, you will have to start over, getting it from the Copied hard drive, import into iM08, create the project, and export to AppleTV, AGAIN, so you pick which one you erase, based on how much you need this file.
As per you SD question, I do not use DV format, so I AIN'T GOT NO IDEA.

I migrated my software/documents from another laptop so don't have the disk to reinstall. Please help! Can't open any Microsoft Office software, like Word (for 2008), and stuck in a loop?
Whenever I select Word Microsoft Setup Assistant appears, asks for feedback, then after selecting okay (both on saying yes or no to feedback) goes on to a registration page. When I click on this it says I've already registered so I just click okay, and then move on to a update page. After this, if I click on Word, the process repeats itself.
As I said, I don't have the disk to reinstall, and can't find the Office Settings to delete as many pages have suggested I should try. Safe Boot restarting also hasn't worked... Really stuck and need Word very soon for work.
If you can help, that would be great, and feel free to ask any questions about the situation as I'm not an expert here.

JackFirst, export your contact from iCloud.com and save them on your computer in a safe spot some where (like you desktop). Use this to help you do this: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH3606
Next, on both of your devices, go to Settings > iCloud and turn on contacts and select Merge. Then turn off contacts and select 'Delete form my [device]' when prompted.
Now go back to iCloud.com and select a contact (yes they will all be messed up again) and select Command+A on a Mac or Control+A on a PC to select all of the contacts. Tap the delete key on your keyboard (or right click /control click a contact and select delete).
You iPhone, iPad and iCloud.com should not be empty for contacts.
Go back to Settings > iCloud on both devices and turn on contacts again (you should not see merge this time).
Next, go back to iCloud.com and import your contacts (those exported .vcards). You can either drag and drop them into the empty contacts list in your web browser, or you can use the gear icon to import.
You cleaned up contacts should import correctly into iCloud.com and sync to both of your devices.
