Please Help! E-mail Setup Button Doesn't Do Anything

This is my first posting in here, and I do apologize right now if the same issue has happened and has been posted before...
I got the OS 6 a couple of weeks ago (I have a Curve 9300 3G) and everything was working just fine until I changed my gmail address's password from my laptop and then my email stopped working on my phone. When I go to setup and see the email accounts (it says I have 2 which is normal- I have my Yahoo! email as well). When I press on the icon though either nothing happens or I'm being brought back to the main screen. I still receive my yahoo! emails but I can't even try to sign in with the new gmail password since the button seems to be frozen.
Please help me!!

The primary button is only for editing metadata like keywords. Adjustments have to use the lift and stamp tool to copy them to other images.

Are you choosing a different plan before tapping Done?
To downgrade, you should be doing the following:
Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
Tap Change Storage Plan.
Tap Downgrade Options and enter your Apple ID password.
Choose a different plan to use when your current storage plan expires.
Tap Done.

I wouldn't suggest it though, since it may void your warrantee. Apple will replace it if you bring it in. The genius bar guys aren't too bright, well most of them. But they'll go through the usual diagnosis steps then issue you a replacement if they have them in stock.
I have to admit, Apple has one of the best replacement services that I've ever experience. If you're familiar with costco, the return/exchange process is very quick and painless.

Re-install the OS, the only sure ay to get it back working.

I'm trying to set up a dual monitor for my new iMac. I'm using a second display I used with my old G5. My iMac recognizes the second monitor but the monitor won't turn on. Power button doesn't do anything on the monitor itself.

If it won't turn on then the monitor is dead (power supply?, video circuits?). Not worth repairing.
If you have a new iMac then it has thunderbolt. So exactly what is that monitor you are trying to connect? For TB you can connect a mini-displayport monitor. Probably (not 100% sure with TB) can use dvi or vga too if you have the appropriate adapter.

PLEASE HELP! Mail recieving thousands of already recieved emails...

I'm still on an iMac ver. 10.2.8. Prehistoric, I know.
Almost daily, my Mail will suddenly start retrieving over a thousand or so "New" messages. These emails are not new, but just a re-retreiving of my incoming mail from the last few days or weeks.
It doesn't matter if I've deleted mail, responded or otherwise. It just suddenly retrieves the last thousand or so emails that I've already been sent.
CLUE- Every time this happens, I also get a single strange email. There is no content to read/see, no subject in the header, and no email address that it's coming from! I would try blocking this specific spammer (if that's what the problem is) but there's no visible email address to block...
PLEASE HELP! This happens randomly, and now sometimes twice a day. It takes me almost an hour each time to filter out the doubled, tripled, and quadrupled emails!

Have you tried removing the emails from the mail server? Perhaps your setting keeps them there and Mail is redownloading them.
goto preferences>Accounts>Advanced and make sure "Remove copy from server after retrieving a message" is checked and "Right away" is selected on the drop down. Also, try clicking the "remove now" button.
in theory, Mail shouldn't be downloading messages you've already gotten off the server with Mail, but things don't always have to make sense when it comes to computers.

Please help. Mail will not download emails.

Please can someone help. Mail says that it's checking for email, but will not download anything, even though it shows that there are now 11 messages. This has been happening for over 24hrs. I have good wifi and 3G access and haven't changed any settings. The only difference in the last few days is updating OS via iTunes.

Try turning the account off and on : Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars , then tap the account on the right, slide Mail to 'off', exit settings and go back into the Mail app, and then go back to Settings and slide Mail back to 'on'
If that doesn't work then try closing the Mail app completely : from the home screen (i.e.not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
Also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

PLEASE HELP ! Mail keeps quitting unexpectedly

seriously my mail won't stay opened for more then two seconds, i can't view any previouse mail inboxes, outboxes...ect.
Its not such a huge problem because I can still access my aol account through Safari...but any help will be greatly appreciated.
I read many previous discussions, and have tried everything. I can't get mail to stay opened, i have relaunched and reported many times.
I just installed leopard a few weeks ago and have had no problems yet- could this be the start ?
Please help I am stressing !

Hi all,
"can you try something, open keychain -> keychain access -> keychain first aid. after running that, does it show any problems (displayed in red)? if so, what were the problems and then repair."
I tried this method and it worked a treat. After running the Keychain first aid, it found an error with iMail. Unassigned port configuration. Click the Repair an Start button and voila, its fixed now. Thanks for the heads up.

you cant set it up in your mail app on your iphone to my understanding... Microsoft did not make this easy, since it needs a plug in on your computer to work and does not use standard pop3 protocals. Blame Microsoft not Apple on this one

Bookmark and use http://mobile.live.com to check your Hotmail account, it is designed for mobile phones and loads quick

Heyy.. I tied reseting my ipod (pressing menu+middle button) but it still won't turn on at all.. i tied moving the hold button and i tried setting it on a flat surface and reseting it. Nothing worked. I am sure that it ran out of batteries but I don't understand why it won't turn on.

Without any power, it can't turn on. Have you plugged it in & waited a little while for it to build a charge?

Please help! - Artwork for podcast doesn't show up in iTunes store.

Hi there - My artwork doesn't show up in the iTunes store.
Artwork shows up fine in the downloaded episodes, but in the store, only the "plain" podcast icon shows up. It's been nearly a week.
-I published my feed with Feeder and host it on my site
-Feedburner pulls it in
-I submitted it myself in iTunes (using the feedburner feed-need it for stats)
-I have been approved, and people have started subscribing.
-Feed has been vetted, and appears to be ok.

The image is correctly referenced in the feed and there is an image at that URL. Some people have found that it takes some time for the image to appear, even after the podcast itself has been approved and appeared in the Store. so I should give it another few days.

Please Help Me! My buttons stopped working all of the sudden.

I am not sure how this happened. I think some rain my have gotten on my BlackBerry. Maybe it seeped in or something. But I'm freaking out right now because I am receiving texts and i can't view them.
Anyway. The buttons aren't working. Only the trackball sort of works. A little. And I tried removing the battery twice. the device re-booted and went back to not working. It starts to type on its own : Ttgtgtgtgt.... and will only light up when i plug it in like as if to charge it.
PLEASE HELP!!!! I AM DYING WITHOUT MY BLACKBERRY

If you got it wet remove the battery immediately! Let the phone dry out thorougly for 4-5 days in a cool dry place in a bag of rice near an air conditioner if possible. Then try putting the battery back in and see if it works. Be patient! You can check for water damage by checking if the litmus paper on the battery and in the battery compartment (several) have turned pink.

Please help with mail!

Can anybody help me with resetting my mail? Right now everytime I click on the mail icon a box pops up asking me for a password which it never takes. I don't know what to do. Please help!
MacBookPro Mac OS X (10.4.8)

Same problem, but only on my iBook. Mail with identical preferences works fine on the iMac. Have reset accounts, but mail just spins for about 30 minutes trying to download. Also if I identify anything as "Junk" the program immediately freezes causing me to force quit. The message in force quit is that "Mail is not responding."
This happens both in wireless and wired mode. Passwords appear to be OK. Is it possible for the mail program to become corrupted, and if so how do I go about reinstalling?

I have my tablet won't switch on and when I try to turn on, the red light and green light flashing 5 times. And then nothing. Unable to turn on.
I tried a reboot by pressing power + volume - and nothing!
I tried to update with BlackBerry Desktop Manager (latest version) and when the update reaches the end error message comes to me and it there was a problem: "A connection to the tablet Could not be ESTABLISHED. Please connect your tablet and try again. "
I also tried to charge it with a 2000mA charger for several hours and still nothing.
I no longer guarantee
Please help me, I do not know what to do.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. After the error message, I plugged in the charger. It took quite a while but the tablet started charging. It reinstalled the update when it reached the 20% level. Another update error came up to change my setting. I checked my setting but didn't change anything and just reinstall update again which this time was a success. Hope this would help.
