Please help! Fitness Monitor synchronization probl...

Dear All,
I just bought a Nokia Fitness Monitor(LS-2). I tried to synchronize with my 5140i mobilephone, but it didn’t work.
So I browsed the internet to find the reason. I found that in the earlier 5140 phones included Fitness Coach application contains separate menu for Fitness Monitor under the sychronization. See the link:

My mobile contains a Fitness Coach II. application(version: 0.7), and this one have only the possibility to communicate through infrared with other equippments.
Is there any solution to be able to synchronize my 5140i mobile with the Fitness MonitorMaybe with installing an earlier Fitness Coach application? Is it possible? Is it aviable somewhere?)

Check with Oracle. We had issues applying BP04. The BP02 patch might not have been tested by Oracle for windows properly.
Also, If you are invoking patch_weblogic.bat then check if patch_oim_wls.profile reflects your environment settings.

Please Help - Multiple Monitors On Mac Pro

After speaking with tech support before purchasing and really not getting any answers whatsoever I decided to reach out on here. I have just purchased a Mac Pro with a single GT120. What I wanted and thought should be fairly simple to do was to plug one of my Viewsonic VG2030WM's into the DVI port on the card then with the Mini Displayport to DVI adapter plug my second VG2030WM into that. Pretty simple request right ?
Well the adapter showed up today and I get mothing on the second display even when forcing detection.
Am I expecting too much from this ?
I am concerned that when I asked Apple support both in chat and over the phone about this and the dual link adapters and told them the simple thing I wanted to do (extended desktop across two monitors) that no one could tell me whether this would work or not.
Please Help !!!!

So I now have another update. I placed the displayport adapter in a MBP to one of the VG2030WM's and still nothing. So at this point either this is a dead adapter or I am missing something.
Hope someone can help me with what I need to run two displays from 1 x GT120

I am newbie (no only for mobile, them for SAP) i can't run any example! and i really need for your help:
I have a Pentium IV +2GB RAM + Windows server 2003 + Oracle ( I them try to install the system in a Xeon but i have problems with the SDM password so i can't update the Java Components to SP 10).
The Enviroment:
Sever called erick:
1) First i install NW2004s ABAP + JAVA + MI 7.0, SP 6 over Oracle 10.2
2) After that i Update:
Kernel to version 83
SAINT, ABA, Basis to SP 10
JSPM, NWCLIENT, NWLAP, NWADMIN, NWDRIVERS to SP 10 for MI 7.0
3) After that, i used the MI template going to my server: http://erick:50100/nwa, login as J2EE_ADMIN, deploy & changes.... it appears to work... but when a login into the web system it says:
 System Landscape Directory is not accessible.
 Local System Only can be administrate. (maybe here is the key)
On the Client side:
Windows XP + NW developer Studio Version: 7.0.10 + MI Client (I extract this from the NWCLIENTNT10_0-20000910.SCA, SAP Mobile Infrastructure, Version MI 70 SP10 Pacht 0 )

I Install the mobile application using a tool called LAD, i restart the MI Client, and the application is Installed!!! But when a try to Syncronized it i received the same error:

Problems in the Syncrhonization Not Found 404; The server has not found anything matching the URI given.
Basically i can't Syncrhonaze the MI Client with the Server. I search in the Forum, Documentation, Google, Blogs, etc etc, Surely is a configuration problem, please i need some tips.

The J2EE_ADMIN? or the one that i create with SAP* to update the system to SP10 (It has SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW permissions, in my case is called eilarraza) Maybe the problem is that i a not using the correct user in the MI Client configuration neither in the test of the service.

Please help - mac monitors black since updating OS to 10.8.3

I am hoping someone out there can be of some help. I have just updated my Mac Pro 3.1 Xeon from 10.8.2 to 10.8.3.
When I restarted the mac both screens appeared black and did not light up. The mac booted up as normal. I gave it a few moments and restarted again. Nothing. At this point I started panicking. I reset the PRAM which made the correct sounds and thought would fix the problem but this did not work either. I unplugged the mac and removed the DVI cables from the back and plugged one monitor back in trying each DVI port to be sure and again nothing. I restarted the mac from the system disc and again the screen was black. It is clear power is going through both monitors but since the update appear to be in sleep mode.
Can someone out there help because I really need to get to my files.

Try disconnecting the external monitor and restarting. That eliminates it from being part of the problem.
Try an SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.

Please help: still having vista probl

Just like many other people out there I am having issues with my zen micro and windows vista.
I've tried everything i can think of but nothing works. Vista wont recognize my player as any type of device (yet it charges via usb cable). I'm troubleshooting with my old XP PC (micro worked beautifully with this) and my new Vista laptop. I've tried 3 cables that all work with my pc (xp) so its not the cable causing the problem. The player charges through all 3 usb ports on my laptop so the ports seem to be working fine. I followed the "tutorial" and installed the new firmware on my micro via the xp pc. (note: installing the firmware did NOT erase my music like i was told it would. i later formatted and flashed the firmware again). And yes i uninstalled wmp before i updated the firmware. My player is still not recognized by vista (literally nothing happens when i plug it in except that it begins to charge).
I then tried creatives suggestions through recovery mode for when a pc wont recognize a player. I cleaned/scanned it and rebooted it. didn't work. then i formatted the micro and rebooted. that didn't work either. then i flashed the firmware yet again and rebooted. and guess what... that didn't work either.
I've done all of this because the micro with this firmware (yes its the right version) is supposed to work with wmp and vista. I then downloaded the supposedly vista compatible software from the website and tried that. my player is still not recognized by anything. Also, now that i've updated the firmware the creative software my xp pc won't allow me to transfer the music back on to my player, I have to use wmp0 (i dont know if that means anything). It would be one thing if I couldn't get the player to sync, etc with wmp but vista wont even recognize the fact that i've hooked up a portable device. now i'm just confused as i dont know what i could do to fix this.
Maybe i'm missing something or doing something wrong but i can't figure out what. I love this mp3 player and would really like to get it working but apparently since i've had this player for over a year i can't get any help from customer service. after spending a ton of money on this new laptop i really dont want to have to go out and buy an mp3 player that in the end probably wont stand up to the zen micro. If anyone here could help me i would certainly appreciate it.

PLEASE HELP - COLOR SHIFTING PROBLEM on output NTSC monitors

Above is a link to a layered photoshop file that has a USA map and over a dozen network overlays used in a section of our video. I animate each layer on sepeartely in the video and have noticed a major problem recently, the color of the art does not hold true to placement. I created the art originally in Illustrator and then converted the file to Photoshop at 640x480, 72dpi. This has always worked perfectly in the past to display and animated artwork in FCP.
Right now, in FCP I am using the NTSC DV 3:2 frame size, and the compressor of DV/DVCPRO - NTSC. I have a JVC Profressional DV deck that hooks up through firewire and sends S-Video to my monitors. This setup has always given me a great picture even though it is not completely upcompressed. Using these settings and this art, the color lines on this map in red, light blue, yellow and purple all have a "color shift" to the left about 5 pixels. It makes it appear that the line is where it is in the file, but the color overlaying the line is offset to the left 5 pixels and transperant to about 50%. This occurs only when viewed on some TV's and NTSC monitors and projectors. The strange thing is, some monitors display the color aligned almost perfectly on these maps and other monitors and projectors show this "digital halo" of color shifting really bad. If I take the layered network overlays in these colors and color tint them to black or grey, white, light green, or even light orange, they no longer have the color shifting and the detail is perfect.
Is there any way to fix this problem? I have tried duplicating the sequence and setting the compressor to 8bit Uncompressed, and while my captured footage is not this compression, in theory the art should render at this higher resolution setting. This did nothing to solve the problem.
I also have tried using different Broadcast safe and Y/C corrector filters with different results. The Y/C filter allowed me to reposition the color problem and thus removing most of the problem, but also removing most of the color. Nothing else has allowed me to seemingly move the color into the proper possition.
What is causing this color shift on the displayed NTSC image?
In FCP 4.5 I can see my rendered video in the program viewer screen and besides the pixel compression appearing on the lines, overall the video looks great paused or even better when playing. Then you view it through my deck onto my Pro Sony NTSC 19" color monitor and it also appears great, with a slight color halo to the left of these colors, but the color in the lines are there. If you are a few feet from the screen and know what you are looking for you might see it, but doubtful. Then you view it using the same signal on a 17" Samsung TV and the color shifting makes the map and other art, like the clients blue logo, look horrible, with each color line appearing twice and offset left from each other as if you had double vision. Normally I would think it is the TV causing this, but then we tested this same movie on 2 differnt projectors. The $700 Epson projector displayed everything beautifully, again with only the slightest color halo to the left, but then the Panasonic $4000 projector made everthing in these colors look double vision again. What is going on???
One more thing to keep in mind, my color bars also show this problem with these colors as well as shot footage of these facilities. There are tall red poles in the shots and everything displays fine except for the red pole color looks like it's glowing off the pole to the left.
PLEASE tell me there is a solution to this.

I have tried Degaussing, using filters, changing cables, and testing other monitors and systems on these monitors, everthing I can think of to solve the issue. Is it FCPo or is it the monitors?... or is it a signal strength thing. Can monitors and projectors shift color when the signal is read from a DVD or Mini DV Deck? Is there a fequency difference (Ie: 75mgz or 80 mgz) that might be causing the shift in some monitors and not so badly in others. But if this was true, how would some DVD's (like Baby Einstein DVDs that use really bright colors) display red and blue perfect using these same player and monitor, while my projects is shifting color? Doesn't that rule out the signal from the DVD player if other DVD's do not have this issue?

Someone out there must have had this problem before. There's no way a color shift problem like this with Mini DV has gone on this long without someone seeing it.
One last thing about what I have tried... I do understand that with editing in Mini DV instead of uncompressed or HD video I lose a bit of resolution (4:2:2) and I see this compression occuring in some of the areas in the video where these problems persist. But, I did remake the art and rerender this project in an 8bit uncompressed settings and then displayed that up on the screen and I get the same color shift. I keep going in circles trying to find the culprit that is causing the delema.
PLEASE HELP! There are large tours going through our facilities daily and the large screen projector is displaying this problem as well. Let's just hope they don't notice and that their TV's at home or office does not display it on our final DVD's made.

You have the display set in Extended Desktop mode. The Menu Bar and Dock will be on the MacBook display and your background screen on the monitor. In System Preferences>Display on the MacBook screen there should be an Arrangement tab when you have the MacBook hooked up to the monitor and both screens working. When you click the Arrangement tab do you see two monitors side by side? One of them will have a Menu Bar at the top. Just click on the Menu Bar and drag it to the second monitor. That will make the second monitor your main screen. You can now use your MacBook in Clamshell Mode with a wired or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3131 When you disconnect from the monitor your Menu Bar will automatically change back to the MacBook.

Since i upgrade to 10.8, then to 10.8.1 and now to 10.8.2 my Mac Pro every time it starts, cannot remember the order and appearance of my displays so ihave to reorder them every single time.

I have brand new 10.8.2 Mac Tower with two matching video cards ordered from Apple directly and have the same problem. It wont save the display settings and also cant seem to tell which video card is which either.
In addition, the screen display images if loaded from a personal folder, is also not remembered after startup.
Please advise us what to do, Apple!!!! This is urgent for me. I am proifessional user and this machine is for use on live projection shows. We put a ton of money into this machine and it can't even remeber the displays! Not very amusing.

Wen I first purchased this computer it ran perfectly with no issues at all. All of a sudden all these flipping pop-ups started coming up from every angle of my monitor. They will be from HP, consumers, you name it! Then I'll have messages about java, trojans, drivers.......I'm so confused!!!!
Please help me!!! My son and I are online students and these always get in the way and slow the system down.

Using the Thunderbolt port attach a Mini-display to DVI so long as the Asus display is equipped and capable, otherwise Mini-display to VGA will also work. The Thunderbolt port is ahead devices which are not yet available to take advantage of the increased capacity in speed. Until the devices and connection cables are available, just use the port as a Mini-display port.

Normally, you just connect the monitor to the MacBook using a VGA adaptor that you can buy from an Apple Store. Now try System Preferences > Displays > Detect Displays. You should now be able to select a display mode for the monitor. If it still doesn't work, then I'd check that everything is properly connected. I've had problems with colours disappearing due to a faulty connection in the VGA adaptor.

I'm really care about brightness, and don't like dim/dark ones. I mainly use the monitor to watch movies and play a few games. 27 inch would be perfect....well, if it has to be smaller.

What if I don't what 2 displays and I only want to support the external monitor? Can I be in extended mode and have only 1 display?
The reason why I ask is because I am going to buy a dock for my MacBook (2012). The dock forces the MacBook to close thereby rendering the internal display useless.
I think what I am after is some sort of "extended to external" mode.
