Please Help! How to capture logged on user id and use it in applications

Friends,
I have created a procedure to view account balance which takes userid as parameters and displayes his latest account balance.
I have put an URL in my page. but I am not able to capture the current logged on user id so that I can pass it to my procedure.
reply for this question would be of great help to me, because all y applications require passing user login id.

How to add a new user to WLIConsole using a Web Application?

I add the new users directly to WLIConsole, but I would like to do it using my web application (jpf). The changes shoud reflect in WLIConsole. How could I do that?

The charger yo are using does not supply enough power to both charge the iPod and power a working iPod at the same times.
Not the wall you plug the wall charger into if you are using a wall charger.
Have you tried another charging source?
I would also try another cable.

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Keychain Menu item, then either check the Password under that item, change it, or delete it and start over.

How to determine logged in user and responsibility in pl/sql?

I created a procedure that uses owa_util.redirect_url to lauch a web application. This function is lauched by a function on an EBS menu.
Before calling the redirect I use owa_cookie.send to pass the name of the user and the responsibility using a cookie. When I refer to fnd_global.resp_id or fnd_global.user_id they are always null.
Does anyone know how I can capture the logged in user/responsibility and pass it to the web application?

Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are not synced. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are not touched with the iTunes sync process. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll can be imported by your computer which is not handled by iTunes. Most importing software includes an option to delete the photos/videos from the Camera Roll after the import process is complete. If is my understanding that some Windows import software supports importing photos from the Camera Roll, but not videos. Regardless, the import software should not delete the photos/videos from the Camera Roll unless you set the app to do so.
Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are included with your iPhone's backup. If you synced your iPhone with iTunes before the videos on the Camera Roll went missing and you haven't synced your iPhone with iTunes since they went missing, you can try restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup. Don't sync the iPhone with iTunes again and decline the prompt to update the iPhone's backup after selecting Restore.

To delete files from your external HDD, attach it to your MBP and drag the unwanted files to trash and then empty trash.
Then you select the files that you want to transfer by 'drag and drop' to the external HDD and trash the files on your MBP.

Your "other" of 6 GB may include corrupted data or file sytem errors. If after removing the messages there is still >2GB, you will need to restore the phone in iTunes, first using a backup (made after deleting the messages) and if needed as a new iPhone.
