Please Help - I can't seem to get help anywhere about this issue...

I have and iBook G4 (Late 2004)
I also have a Soundblaster 24-Bit Live USB Soundcard.
I am trying to set it up.
here's what I do...
1. Plug in the sound card into my USB port
2. Open "Audio/MIDI Stup Utility"
3. Select "Soundblaster 24-Bit Live USB SOundcard" from the menu (the other option is built-in audio)
4. Click configure speakers (when I open the window it is set to Stere) with the Soundcard plugged in, I can set speaker config to 5.1 and some of the other configurations
4a. If i create an aggregate device I can use 7.1 (using the headphone jack as another output
5. Close speaker config window (if I click configure speakers again it still show the 5.1 configuration)
6. Close "Audio/MIDI Setup Utility"
6a. If I use iTunes to play music i only get sound from TWO speakers, I quit iTunes, reopen "Audio/MIDI Setup Utility", click configure speakers and the setting is set back to Stereo.
What on earth is going on???

That device requires a software driver that is not available for Mac OS X. I'm afraid you won't be able to use it with a Mac without the software driver from the manufacturer. While Mac OS X may accurately recognize the device as an audio adapter, to use its full functions you'll need a driver.

Hi there,
I keep receiving emails for someone called Amanda to my email address. These are not spam emails; it seems like someone called Amanda is signing up to reputable websites using my email address. So far, Pinterest, Educreations and a women's magazine have sent me emails to confirm my membership. There doesn't seem to be anything suspect going on: they're all respectable websites, and they're always addressed to Amanda. I was also receiving confidential emails from a legitimate business with invoices etc. a while back.
I'm confused as to what would be the cause and/or point of this. It seems like a very benign way to spam/scam somebody. Is it possible (I feel ridiculous even asking this) that emails can become crossed like telephones? I know, I know, it's a stupid question.
I'd like to contact Apple Support about this, but I seem to be going round in circles on the website. Unless I have AppleCare (mine is expired) I can't seem to get in contact with anyone. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?

Hi, I can't seem to get my ipod 32gb 4th gen to sync with itunes. It's brand new, but everytime I plug it in it says can't access Itunes store and nothing else happens. I enabled my firewall to allow itunes but it still can't access the store. Please help.
If you look at the feed, and look at the entry 'The end to an exciting field season in Aulavik National Park' you will see the line:

You have not closed the 'pubdate' tag - there should be a '>' as the 9th character. Because the tag has been left open, it invalidates everything which follows it, and thus the entire feed. iTunes therefore cannot read it, which is why the Store has not updated. Add the '>' and republish, and all should be well.
It's always worth checking your feed by subscribing manually, from the 'Advanced' menu, or by clicking the 'subscribe free' button on the Store page (both do the same thing) - if you can subscribe to the feed it should be OK. -

I was facing issues with both backup and FB integration after the iOs 6 upgrade. Before then I did not have any issues with the iCloud backup service, but after a few days, I noticed that it was continually stuck at the Estimating time for the backup and it never progressed.
As any good techie would, I tackled the most pressing issue first . . . FB integration of course.
I had read in a separate post about this solution so tried it . . .
I deleted the original FB app and hard booted the phone. I then went into settings and entered the data for FB integration. Seconds later, I received a text message to my phone - already listed and verified in FB with a 6 digit code to re-enter instead of my password. Seconds later I was verified and then prompted to download the FB app. All backup and integrated.
Then I went into the iCloud backup, turned it off . . . and deleted the last backup. I then re-enabled backup . . . and although I thought I was going to face the same issue, after a few minutes, it moved on from Estimating time . . . to actually backing up. It is now a small way through the backup and seems to estimate that it will take another two hours to complete.
A good nights work. Backup and integration all sewed up. Good luck.

Just downloaded the new ios 7, and I can't seem to get any apps to download in the app store. It doesn't have the meter bar anymore and all it does is have a blue circle spin and spin for over 5 min. without nothing happening! Help!!!
Hi,
This is how App Store app shows now when an app is downloading. If you cannot download anything, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, remove your Apple ID, and set it again. That should work.

I appreciate your answer. While it might work, I'm a bit hesitant to remove the other programs as a possible solution since they are all currently working.
With Acrobat 9 Pro failing with the OS 10.7 upgrade, I'm hoping that there is a less severe solution.
Since the trigger appears to be 10.7 and may have something to do with the discontinued support of Rosetta, I could be spending a few hours working on a reinstall without a change. Yes, it might work. The "might" is the part that makes me hesitate.
Is anyone else out there on OS 10.7 and running Acrobat 9 Pro? Any issues with anyone else?

I am on a website that requires a client certificate to validate identity. When I select a certificate to use, it goes back to the list of certificates. I can't seem to get anywhere. Help!
You should be given the certificate, or cookie, by the website. See if in Preferences (under Safari on the menu bar), Privacy, do you have certificates blocked Always?

On my ipod touch, i can't seem to get the imessage app.. I have updated my itunes and even restored the ipod to factory settings with the latest update. Maybe the ipod is too old? Is that even a thing? Is there another app I can download to have access to my contacts with imessage?

Can't seem to get iPhoto properly installed on my Mac OS

I have just purchased iPhoto, (for some reason it was not installed on my Mac originally?) - but can not seem to get it installed properly, or perhaps it IS installed, but I cannot find it. Any help for a non-technical individual? I have a MacBook Pro - with Mac OS X.

Click anywhere on your desktop (your background)
Go to the "Go" menu at the top of the computer screen
Click on applications
Look in this list, you should see "iPhoto"
If you can't find iPhoto in the Applications folder (where its supposed to be) try searching the computer for it:
Click anywhere on your desktop (your background)
Go to File > Find
Click on "This Mac" at the top
Type in "iPhoto.app" in the search bar on the top right
If iPhoto shows up, drag it from the window to your desktop and then open the Applications folder (as above) and drag iPhoto to applications and try to open it up.
If you cannot locate iPhoto, then try to download it again from the Mac App Store (Apple > App Store). Please report any error messages you encounter verbatim.
