Where are you looking to download them from ? You might be able to redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your Mac's iTunes. If that album shows there but doesn't have the cloud symbol against it for redownloading then that implies that it's still in your iTunes library

I downloaded my sons ipod 5g with the latest iOS and now when we try to sync it says we have no space, but there is nothing but a few apps on his ipod and he has plenty of space. The messege says that most of is space is taken up by video but there is no video or music on his ipod right now. I've tried to reset his ipod but that did not help the problem. What can I do?

Hi, I have just had the message - download itunes again as you cannot burns cds etc - this sometimes happens said the message. So I removed itunes and downloaded it again and now when I click to open it says 'itunes library .it' cannot be read as it was created by a newer verson - help!

If you are not able to get your iPhone to power on, try to reset it by holding the Sleep/wake button and Home button at the same time for about 10 seconds and see if it turns on. Check out the articles below to troubleshoot your iPhone further.

I just did the update to iOS 7.1 and now cannot use my Facebook app on my ipad. It won't open, it just crashes. I can access it via the internet and can still use the app on my iPhone (which also has the update) but not on my ipad. Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions?

I have an external hard drive that I have used as Time Machine backup, but not for a while. Now when I plug it in, computer says this disc is not readable.
I want to keep the backups on it and not erase and start over.

GregorIt sounds like something went wrong with the drive. Did you drop it? How long has it been sitting around unused?

I have been using the time capsule to back up both my iMac and recently added MacAir, it has been working fine but recentlky I had turned the time machine off on the Macair and now when I try to turn it back on it keeps looking for a disk even if I select the time capsule. Do I have to start the backup for the Macair as a new backup?
That happened to my brother earlier. He went into Facebooand then into another app and the same thing happened. he ended up having to restore it. Mine stayed with the Apple logo for a bit but its back to normal after pressing the buttons a million times. I hope you get your problem sorted. Goodluck!

First to check your Windows system file for any corruption:
Go to command prompt (START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES right mouse click "command prompt" and choose "Run as Administrator"
type in
sfc /scannow
let Windows fix any system files that need to be repaired.
Restart the computer.
Start iTunes and see if it is ok.
If it doesn't, will have to go through the whole process of uninstalling and installing acccording to the following steps:
1. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:
iTunes
QuickTime
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)

3. Reboot your computer. Next, download iTunes from here:http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and install from scratch -
Earlier, I downloaded Les Miserables from iTunes. I stored the HD version in the cloud, but my little sister got on my computer and accidentally deleted the SD (that i was getting for my phone). When i went back to the iTunes store, it didn't show up in my purchases. I am currently re-downloading the HD version, but is there any way to get the SD version back? I really want to watch it on a plane ride i have coming up and i dont have the money to buy it again!
If you previously purchased the movie, contact the iTunes store about regranting the download.

I uninstalled the twitter app an when reinstalling it kept saying installing so I turned off my phone then it took it a minute to turn back on and so when it came in I exed out the installing app and so then when I went to reinstall it said it was installed and in the App Store it says open but I can't open it so it won't let me reinstall and it says its installed when its not please help
I had the same issue whilst trying to reinstall Facebook. Facebook hung on installing so I did a hard reset of the phone and got the Apple symbol which wouldn't go away. I did another hard reset which resolved the problem.
To do a hard reset hold down both the on/off and home buttons simultaneously. When the Apple logo appears release both buttons. Phone should eventually restart.
