I have iPhone 4.Version 6.1.3.I have upload and purchased a lot of things from Apple store.It was Music free icon Japanese media,also Movie uploader icon.I was intended to open but requested to sign in and I was registered in You tube and Google.The Video has been opened and after 5 min,everything stopped.Screen Touch dont recognize anything.I mean I was trying to close the video but screen touch was not reacting.After I have switched off/on the iPhone but no result.I can switch on but cant press the buttons.And there is a voice which is just repeating if you are trying to press the button.Now I dont know what to do ? I am just thinking about virus but, how,I was thinking that all devices purchased from Apple Store is safely?maybe i am mistaken.please advice,maybe i need to go to Apple services Center????
No, I have not tried any backup tools. I havent restored my ipod back to factory settings yet and then sync everything back on it. I am kind of scared too because I dont want to lose anything. I have just been hoping some new apple software update will come out because I know several people have had problems when updating to the newest version available.

H.MThe iPad 1 can't run the newer operating systems. It'd be like trying to play a bluray disc in your 6 year old dvd player....it simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
No suggestion about the camera, but given that Apple's attitude seems to be to focus more on the more mobile devices for photography (the iPhone and Touch cameras got features, the iPad and mini didn't), that is highly unlikely. You can tell Apple what you want, but you'd probably be money ahead to get a digital camera.
as to the photos, anything put on via iTunes has to come off via iTunes.Your main alternative would be to look for photo apps that offer file exchange that may give you more functionality. -
Downloaded a free ebook from Apple store about a month ago. The book cover is visible in Ibooks on the IMAC but not in the library on my IPAD. When I click to read it is highlighted but no pages appear. Other books open as I click on the cover. Suggestions?

According to a chat with an Apple support representative, the iPhone 5s is not yet sold fully unlocked. But it is unlocked for international use. This means that it won't work on any GSM carrier in the US other than T-Mobile. But it will work with any GSM carrier outside of the US using a SIM card. You should make sure the frequency bands are compatible with your local carrier.

This may not be the option for your then. These iPhones come preinstalled with a T-mobile for use domestically and can be used internationally with a local GSM carrier.
You would need to contact AIO wireless directly to see if it would be compatible.

If you don't want to give credit card details then you need to create an account by following the instructions on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - if you don't use those instructions when creating it then you will need to give card details before you will be able to use the account in the store

Are the apps compatible with your model iPod and its iOS version? You say you have a iOS 4.2. That implies a 2G iPod. Many, many apps now require iOS 4.3 or later or a 3G or later iPod.
Also do you have Restrictions turned on that would d prevent installing those apps? Settings>General>Restrictions. -

Sync your phone but before you do uncheck your music or photos or something before you do. That will take what you choose off your phone. after you do the update you will beable to put some of it back on probably. Or try to do the update from iTunes rather that the phone. Good luck. Or you can just keep the old iOS. I'm not too happy with the update.
