Please help I keep on getting a failed message and can't find help anywhere

I switched computers and could not switch songs on my iTunes, even after following instructions, so I did it on my own. I clicked the transfer and sync option, knowing it would replace all my iPod songs with whatever was on my iTunes. Now I can only get 7 songs instead of almost 800 onto my iPod before getting this message:
"attempting to copy to the disk "MICHELE'S I" failed. An unknown error occurred (-69)"
I installed the latest version of iTunes, as well as restoring my iPod to factory status, and nothing has happened.
Please at least give me an idea of what I'm dealing with! I really need help!

Hi,
I have accidently deleted safari from my iphone and can't find it to put it back. I did it ages ago as I didn't know what it was and I was trying to create extra space! Now when I click on a link say in an email, it doesn't come up with a browser. I have looked at the apple site but can only see a download for mac users. Not sure if this is the case because it is preinstalled on the iphone.

I need to upgrade my version and can't find help or any other way

I got a message saying I was using an old and insecure version of firefox. I was directed to click on help. I can't find help.
When I clicked the free download a message said it didn't exist. Try another version.
I have been having problems with viruses and would like to clean firefox or load a new version while keeping my homepage.
I keep hearing firefox is known for not protecting users from viruses.

When I try to install the free app I get three boxes that seem simple enough to follow EXCEPT the first box opens with 62% downloaded and never changes. When I try to click here it doesn't move. Once it opened the choice of open with or file . When I chose open it went to a bunch of apps that are not related. How do I select what to open it with? Why is it stuck at 62%

Getting Assertion Failed Message..(Experts urjent help plz)

We are migrating 4.5 forms to 10g.
In one of the 10g converted form, i have a push button calling another form which is not available.(i dont have any other code, just a call_form)
say,
call_form('abcd.fmx');
when i run the form and click the push button once, am getting the error message "cannot read form abcd.fmx", but if i click the button again am getting the following error and the form hangs.

Am running the form standalone in my windows desktop.
I have also tried the form name without .fmx extension and still am getting the same error.
Actually i have narrowed down the issue now.
Issue:
If i have a call_form in 2nd window(i.e not in first window) then if i click that call_form button twice, i will get the error that i told above.
My form version is:
Forms [32 Bit] Version 9.0.4.0.19 (Production)
My test form has canvas1 and canvas2 assigned to window1 and window2 respectively.
I have a block with one textitem and one button having code call_form('xyz.fmx');
textitem is in canvas1 and button in cavas2.Now when i run the form, i will get canvas1 with text item displayed, if i click tab, i will go to the next canvas where i have call_form button.Now i press button once, i get error message"cannot read..", now i press it again and i get the "Assertion Failed...."
I hope it is clear.

I can't open the iTunes store and keep getting this error message. "Registry settings used by the iT drivers for importing & burning CDs & DVDs are missing. Reinstall iTunes." I've reinstalled iT a half dozen times with no results.

You might have two different things going on at once here.
Starting with the registry settings message.
I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

HT1349 I Need help!! I lost my Ipod touch at school and can not find it anywhere

So, I keep my iPod touch in my back right pocket. It normally falls out when I sit down in a seat, but I get it back. But his time, I didn't! I kept retracing my steps for more then an hour but couldn't find it anywhere. I checked the school's office, I asked if anybody found an iPod, I tried texting it..but it's no where to be found.
I don't have any way to get the serial number, so contacting the police won't help..I have a passcode lock on my iPod, but people can jailbreak into it! IS there no hope of finding my iPod ever again?

I suddenly am unable to retrieve my emails. I discussed this with my Internet provider, but still get an error message and can't access my emails. Any suggestions???

I am unable to retrieve my emails since yesterday. I called Time Warner Cable, my Internet provider, but they could not help me; they stated that the settings had changed, since they were upgrading. I adjusted the settings, but still get an error message:

          There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account "Mail 1" or try again.
          The server returned the error: The connection to the server "smtp.roadrunner.com" on port 110 timed out.
I changed the server, and the port, as Time Warner Cable tech rep recommended, but to no avail. They recommended I delete my current email account and recreate it, but that I check with Apple first, because I might lose my contact list (and any email messages I'd previously saved!?). They suggested Apple might be able to tell me how to not lose the contacts, emails, profile.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, what Interface are you using, & which one are you checking?
Each Interface will have it's own settings.
Though all of these steps may or may not be needed, I'm including them all.

If using Wifi/Airport...
Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.
For 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8, System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

After this message is displayed on my desktop it begins to fade,and the inbox of my yahoo mail is then displayed..I am able to work all functions of the mail without problems.( I might add at this point that i access the mail program via a desktop icon).When I close out of the program the error message box with the error described above is displayed again on my desktop.I must click on the "X" to remove it.I can access my yahoo mail via Internet Explorer with no problem,as well as accessing via my yahoo home page.

From your iPad, simply open up the "App Store" and select the "Purchased" tab, which is the second icon from the right on the bottom within the App Store. There will be a list of all of the apps you have downloaded. Navigate throughout this list until you find the app.

Since you never updated your MacOS X or iPhoto, it will be difficult to update now without the help of Apple Support. There is a bug that makes it difficult. You could use the "quick link" to Apple Support on the main AppStore page to contact Apple Support for help.
Or try to buy a new version. When I look at the AppStore, the price has now changed to "Free", so it should not matter if you buy again or update.
Delete iPhoto from Applications, but do not empty the Trash.
Go to the first page of the App Store and sign in with your AppleID.
Search for "iPhoto" using the Search field.
What does the button below the iPhoto icon show? If it is showing "Free" like for me, click "free" to purchase again.

Help! I put something on my Ipod and can't find it!

I have the Buffy seasons on disc, and I wanted to try to get them all on my Ipod. Well, actually just my favorite episodes. I couldn't figure out how to transfer it. It seems so simple when I read the manual, but nothing worked. I finally right-clicked on the file and chose all files and clicked to send to: my Ipod (which was hooked up). It said it did it, and it took up 7.8 GB and it just went in a section called Other. I can't even find it to delete it all!!! Somebody please help me! It is a lot of space to just be wasted like that. How do I find it to get it off?

Follow the instructions in this article, open the iPod in the My Computer window, and drag the episodes to the Recycle Bin. Music, videos, and podcasts placed onto the iPod outside of an iPod-specific file manager such as iTunes are not usable on the iPod.

Can someone help me? How do I change the option to pick where or what program I want to open a file after I've downloaded it? I tried to look for an option for this and can't find it anywhere.

For example I download a file and I click on it and there will sometimes be a window that opens saying what program I want to open the file with? And then it'll also have a check box saying if I want to use this program for all files I download. I can't change it when I download the file because that one file I keep downloading keeps crashing my Firefox and I have to force quit. It's really getting on my nerves. It's an online statement I'm trying to view and I want to get rid of that problem!! Is there anyway to change that option without going to that download page?

I would recommend going into device manager on your PC and making sure that you have correctly installed the IR dongle. Also what version of hotsync manager are you currently using?

I'm using this for three websites. All the same user and pw. Tried everything. BTW, don't laugh, still using CS3. About to upgrade but having to learn how to import settings. Never done that before.
Why would my other websites work, but not this one?

So, let me summarize what I think we know -
You have 3 websites
You have a separate site definition for each
You have used the same user and password for each site's FTP information
You can connect without issue to two of those three sites but the third fails
Is that correct? Normally an FTP connection fails like this because either the host is not properly specified in the ftp host field, or the root directory is not properly specified in the Host directory field. What do you have in each of those fields in the site definition for the site that is failing?

Mt iPhoto library has disappeared from my laptop after syncing my new iPhone with the laptop. I now have a new iPhoto library with no photos. I have tried pressing option when opening iPhoto but I only get one library option and can't find my old one

My iPhone4s was recently replaced by apple due to grey out on wifi. when I went to sync with my laptop my iPhoto library disapeared and I was left with an empty library. I cannot find my old library on my laptop. I only get one option for a library when i open iPhoto while holding down option key. I am worried I have lost all my photos. there seems ot be no iPhoto library on my iCloud either.
Any suggestions?

Syncing with an iPhone should not delete the iPhoto library on your mac. It only will upload photos to the phone (iTunes sync) or import (connecting by USB). How did you sync your phone?
TD, do you know of any way, that a sync could delete an iPhoto Library on a Mac?
You may have opened a wrong library or may be working from a different user account. Are you using the same user name and Apple ID as before?
How have you searched for iPhoto libraries? Have you searched with Spotlight?
Each iPhoto library contains a file called "Library6.iPhoto" - even if your iPhoto library should no longer be recognisable as photolibrary, this file should be found:
Type "Library6" into the "Spotlight" search field in the upper right corner of your screen, like this:
When you see a list of files, select one of them and hold down the key combination ⌥⌘ to reveal the path to the file.
If Spotlight cannot find the file in the packages, use "FindAnyFile" http://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile
