As already stated by Chris and I you can only track your phone if you had findmyiphone enabled in icloud settings.
Then you can log into icloud.com and use the find my iphone app.
Since you said you don't have internet, then you can't track it. -

Please help after updating my iphone 4 to ios 5.01 I cannot make phone calls or receive phone calls anymore, please help, I am so annoyed first battery and now can't make calls!
The same thing is happening with my wife's iPhone 4 and we can't figure it out. When placing a call, the screen freezes and she needs to restart the entire phone.
She upgraded to 5.01 this morning over the air while it was plugged in. Immediately afterwards, this problem started happening. We've tried restarting the phone several times and plugged in to iTunes but there's nothing she can do do to fix it.

I lost my Iphone 4s and I need the iMei number to trace. Currently Im still tracing under Find My iPhone App using iPad. THAT fellow actually off my phone at my last location. So I cant detect until the mobile is on. Thus another way of solving will be through IMEI number which i need to hand it over to the police! How can i get the iMei number? It was swapped with Singtel as due to previous phone is faulty and replaced. So the box that originally does not have the new iMei. Can I use Itune? As previously, I did sync into iTunes before. You did not accidentally "back up" your phone. A backup is the process of making a copy of the data on a device for use in data recovery. What you did was "restore" to your phone a backup that had been previously made of someone else's device.
You need to force the phone into recovery mode (google is your friend) and restore it as a NEW device. Then either restore it from YOUR backup, or set it up as a new phone.
