Please help: I'm entitled to the new Lion OS and have put in the serial number for my mbp but I dont know what to do now or how to install my free d/l to lion
I remember it came up to a page that said I had to put in a code to download it and I had no idea because I didn't get given a code.Now I can't even get back to that page. I can only access the page to register my mbp by inputting my serial number but when I do it again it says im already registered. And yet I dont yet have Lion.
Please what do I do to download Lion for free because I know im entitled to it.

I have just purchased a new computer. Some time age I purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 package which includes the disc. Since them I upgraded to 4 online without the disc .How do I upload without the dosc, I have the serial number for version 4 and have been using it on my old computer.
You will need both License Keys the Lightroom 4 upgrade key and the Lightroom 3 key. You can download the latest LR 4.4.1 from the site below. Just make sure you get the appropriate one for your operating system.
Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh

Install then you first enter the LR 4 upgrade serial number and then the LR 3 serial number when prompted. -

I use an Akai usb turntable with the Audacity sw delivered with it. To monitor during recording I also use the LineIn utility (all this on a Macbook Pro with Mavericks).
It works fine, only the input volume of the usb audio port cannot be adjusted (at least I did not yet discover how to do it) and the volume of the music is lower than other music imported into iTunes from CD or iTunes store, but still acceptable.

I had the same problem- go to Utilities, General, Use Side Switch To, and change it from Mute to Lock Rotation- this solved the problem for me.

If you are talking about features of the MBP itself, as long as you are not looking at the Retina models, then the memory you can upgrade yourself for a lot less than Apple charges, and that does not affect the warranty as Apple considers memory a user permitted upgrade. Great sources are Crucial and OWC, both are Mac specialists and have on-line videos on how to do the install.
If the 15" is what you are looking at, a good upgrade is the 7200 rpm hard drive, gives a little better performance over the standard 5400 rpm drive.
The Hi Res screen is good if you do a lot of graphics work.
Comparing the 13" amd 15" you will notice the 15" has a second, discrete graphic processor...helps when you get into heavy duty videos, games, graphics...but keep in mind that kicking in the second processor uses a lot of power and will run the battery down faster.
If you are looking at the Retina models, then keep in mind there are no post-purchase upgrade options...you have to buy with everything you want at the start.

I try and add music to my iTunes and it never shows up. The cloud icon just flashes forever and the new music is never actually put into the library. When I use the search bar the new song shows up but I cannot click on it or anything

Entered apasscode and forgot what it is. and now it says iphone disabled connect to itunes.. and when i connect it to itunes it tells me please enter the passcode for your iphone and connect it to itunes.. I dont know what to do now..

It's probably due to the RAM and processor limitations.

I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro due to Windows 8 malfunction with starting up. I am trying to reinstall as I am an owner of the Creative Suite CS6 and I cannot access my serial number. I purchased the software in 2013 and never registered i, apparently. When directed on Adobe's site to access the serial number, it takes me to an outside 3rd party site, which I tried but it does not actually work. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
