Please help. I must have 2 Itunes account
I have had my iphone for about 3 months and have had no problems until I updated the new software for the iphone. In the past I had a $50.00 balance in the itunes store from a giftcard, and would purchase apps and music and it would subtract from balance. i downloaded an app the other day and it was charged to my credit card instead of subtracting from my balance. I had another gift card that I redeemed yesterday and it does not show up in my balance when I sign into itunes. Do I have 2 accounts? Anyone that can help me, I would be very appreciate.

Are you sure in the past Apps went to gift card? It was my understanding that music and videos could be bought with gift card, but I recall reading that Apps were not eligible to be bought with a gift card.

It may be same computer but if a new, empty, library has been created then it is not the same library your device was synced with...
For general library squiffiness following an upgrade or crash the easiest thing is to restore your last backup, but I guess if it were that simple you wouldn't be here.
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup! For example grab SyncToy 2.1, a free tool from MS. This can be used to copy your entire iTunes library (& other important data folders) onto another hard drive or network share. You can then use SyncToy periodically to synchronise or echo your library to the backup. A preview will show which files need to be updated giving you a chance to spot unexpected changes and during the run only the new or updated files will be copied saving lots of time. And if your media is all organised below the main iTunes folder then you should also be able to open the backup library on any system running the same version of iTunes regardless of drive letter or path.

Please help? Why has my iTunes account been disabled?
Just today, when i went on my macbook pro to purchase the new shinedown album, a box popped up that said, "your Apple ID has been disabled". I tried purchasing it many times, but the same message. Also, i trired buying this on my ipod touch and on my brother's ipod touch as well, (also on my brother's PC). Any soulutions? Please help me! Nothing is working! First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again. -
hello, i already have an itunes account on my ipod and now im trying to download it on my computer after i did, i was trying to listen/download to a song and it said that i must authorize mmy computer, i have windows 8 computer and i think it is different. please help me because i have looked this question up before and i couldnt do it.
If you are asking how to authorise your iTunes account on that computer, then you do so via the Store drop-down menu at the top of iTunes (pressing Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear) - this screenshot is from a Mac, but it should be fairly similar on windows 8 :

Can someone please help i cant connect to itunes from my iphone 4 ,,i had an iphone 3 and when i got my iphone 4 i changed my email address for new itunes account and my old phone which hubby uses is changed aswell ..for some reason i cant update my apps off m iphone & in itunes via pc it will say apps are all up to date but i have 25 apps that need updating please can someone help ,, i can download a new app but i cant update existing ones ,,,

All content purchased from iTunes is permanently linked to the Apple ID it was purchased with.
To update apps purchased with the old ID, you MUST sign in with that Apple ID. -

SamWell, you can probably do it, but then you also have to buy the products again to use them from the other account since they cannot be transferred or shared between accounts. So if you have 7 computers and want the same movie authorized on all of them, you'll have to buy the movie twice and then authorize some devices on one account and others on the other.
Do you really have >5 devices, or is it just that you have a lot of devices authorized that no longer exist but are tying up authorization slots? If that's the case, you can deauthorize things.

Help - have an iTunes account on iPad for well over a year. Just bought iPhone 5 and I cannot purchase apps using my account. I am asked to verify my credit card and details but then it rejects them. They are still fine on the iPad. Any ideas?

BTW my apple I'd is accepted for downloading free apps!!!First of all, you should always save you photos on computer like any other digital camera.
Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.

I have one itunes account with two phones assigned to it, sons and daughters, (5s). When i phone one of the numbers both phones have started to ring, only when connected to wifi at home. The problem does not occur when not connected to wifi. How do i resolve this please? texting is fine it is only when ringing one of the numbers.

If you mean iTunes libraries, import the files and playlists from one library to the other.
